But, even if I can't kill you, I should be able to severely injure you with the item that I prepared for malevolent powerful people like yourself. Which I am sure will indelibly brand my image in your head and help you not to forget me soon.' Maxmillan said within himself with a cold light that concealed the interminable fiery rage that blazingly burned at the far depth of his savagely-gazing eyes.
Looking back at the massive cave dug at the foot of a mountain in the distance with the intent of entering it and wreaking absolute devastation, which was in pure retaliation for them laying their hands on his mother, numerous men armed with enchanted swords, shields and wore certain magical armors that covered their heads and chests, suddenly emerged from there with the aura of extreme savageness exuding constantly from their invincible-looking, tower-like bodies.
"Hmm." Maxmillan exclaimed in slight surprise as he stared at them.
"I guess the Astra Spellcraft Lord that operates this nest is probably so wealthy and powerful that he can afford a small private army of his own. Anyway, now that I have come across you guys, I will make sure to eliminate every single one of you. Your mistake was following orders in guarding the operation base that my mom was incarcerated in with the unforgivable nefarious intent of selling her off as a slave to a faraway land!" Maxmillan said further with a deep savage glow manifesting in his eyes.
Whoosh!
Unexpectedly, he suddenly dashed out at a great speed towards the immense adversarial assembly that totally comprised of sword-wielding and shield-bearing armored users of Astra Mystralis without fear or wariness in his heart.
Maxmillan at this point, was absolutely scared of nothing that if an actual cosmic god stood in a confrontative manner before him with a vast aura of mountain-crumbling fierceness radiating without end from his powerful celestial figure, he would still dash out to battle him and make him experience his annihilative might.
Seeing that Maxmillan had chosen to run towards them to engage them in battle, they immediately dashed out towards him too with loud savage cries and roars leaving their mouths. Also, a bellowing overbearing intent to cut or hack down everything that would appear in their paths, exuded greatly from their towering bodies like waves of a tempestuous sea.
Immediately one of them arrived before Maxmillan and fiercely swung out his enchanted saber to cut him into half, Maxmillan who had a quick reaction time and effortlessly dodged the slicing saber attack, abruptly stepped to the side and explosively sent out his right leg like an hammer that was furiously blasted out of a cannon at the chest of the armored man, which instantly sent the armored man flying for dozens of feet into the distance.
As soon as Maxmillan did that and looked around him to evade incoming furious sword and saber attacks, he suddenly sighted someone in the distance that wielded a glowing magical blade that totally caught his interest.
The sword was like the light saber that was used in Sci-Fi movies back on earth, in movies like Star Wars and so on. But he knew this wouldn't be it and that the one wielded by the person in the distance, was probably a treasure sword possessing a magical core that allowed the sword to emit a blinding solid light that could cut through things.
'Seems like something I can add to my paraphernalia. It would be nice to have this energy-emitting magical blade that I can use along with the other combat-purpose items in my inventory.' Maxmillan said inwardly with a glow of determination emitting from his eyes.
Then suddenly, he jumped highly in the air towards that person that stood at a distance of thirteen feet away and used his left knee, which he brought in brief contact with his forehead, to strike down with immense force at the larger-sized armored man that wielded the sword and wasn't expecting Maxmillan to make such a move that would leave him open to attacks.
Bang!
Upon being struck by Maxmillan's jumping knee attack, the helm worn on his head instantly blasted off from his head due to the tremendous striking force that impacted it, while his entire body performed a forceful flip in the air that caused his unprotected head to heavily bash the ground.
Crack!
Due to the force that was exerted on him which caused his body to perform a forceful 180-degree turn in the air and viciously impact the solid ground headfirst, caused his neck to crack and his head to break, resulting instantly in his brutal extermination.
Immediately Maxmillan finished him off with that powerful physical move, he bent down to pick up his glowing magical blade which he tightly grasped and prepared to use in slicing the other armored warriors that flanked him on all sides into halves.
However, the blade suddenly vanished from his hands with a system message abruptly appearing in the holographic screen in his vision.
Although he was presently in the heat of battle with teeming adversaries that wanted nothing but his annihilation, time however ran differently in his mind, which was a temporal diverging effect of the powerful, dimension-warping and time-altering consciousness co-inhabiting his body.
Therefore, a second that passed in his head, was about 20 minutes that passed outside of it, giving Maxmillan ample time to read through the notification message that had surfaced in his head and make up his mind.

Then a broadsword that was 2-feet wide, 6-feet long, and 9-inches thick due to the numerous micro-systems and circuitries housed within it, instantly appeared in his right hand. While the sword which was a silver-grey dual-coated, supra-technological sword that gleamed in the light of the sun, began to produce soft mechanical whirring, whistling and humming sounds, indicating that the numerous electromechanical and mechakinetic components contained within the sword were beginning to operate.
But totally lacking in idea on how to use or operate the heavy sword that whirred, whistled and hummed at a nigh-inaudibly low pitch in his right hand, Maxmillan who understood that the flow of time in his head was much more slower than the flow of time outside, immediately chose to read through it details to understand how to operate the sword and unleash more devastation upon the people that abducted his mother and barbarically maltreated her.
