After coming to my new house, I didn't leave the house. And just sleep on my soft bed. Because this is the last good sleep I am giving myself.

New next day I woke up early at 4 in the morning and came down to the second volume of the tower where the training center is located.

I enter the training centre and saw I was the only one all alone there. "well lucky me, I can do my workout without any disturbance, "

For martial artists what are the most important things to have? Is it stealth, Agility, a huge amount of Qi, divine weapons, or powerful techniques?

No, none of them is as important as one thing that every martial artist needs. And that is 'Stamina'.

In a fight one's stamina determine one's Victory. The more stamina one has the less tired one will be. And the less tired one is the more calm one's mind will be in a fight. Making him think more rationally.

Of course, strength, Agility, and the amount of Qi all these things are equally important but the thing that comes first is stamina.

So, without wasting any time I came in front of a treadmill and start running.

Hello, my name is Alex. I am a C- ranked superhuman who works for the Aquarium guild. As a member of this guild, I always want to give my best so I always train my hardest in the gym. For more than 5 years I have been the first person to come to the gym. And I take pride in that record of mine.

But unlike before he doesn't lose consciousness anymore. He just runs from 4 am to 4 pm and leaves the gym.

Today is the first day he starts lifting dumbbells. He is lifting 20-keg dumbbells in both hands.

Unlike before now, he runs for 6 hours and then starts lifting for another 6 hours.

Today he is lifting 40-keg dumbbells. And it seems he is struggling.

But he is still going on.

"sigh, I should go and advise him not to be so hard on himself. "

I have been working out for a year now. Time goes by so quickly when you are busy.

I have been doing exercise in the gym for 12 hours a day and doing my spear training for 5 hours a day in my private training room in the house.

During this one year, nothing much happened other than the system giving me weird-ass cringe titles like 'Silent Runner', 'Giant Lifter' and ' Exercise Guro' etc. Thank god nobody but I can see these names.

But because of these titles' effects, I was able to gain more stats in less time. But today is a special day. Why you may ask? I called out the 'Status Window'. Soon a blue screen came in front of my eyes.

I didn't stop breathing soon I started to feel a hot sensation in my stomach. My Qi—no Mana core was forming in my lower abdomen. I can feel the heat coming from it and making my body as hot as a wok on an extremely hot stove.

Soon the hot stove in my abdomen starts to transform into a ball. And an extreme pain rush through my whole body as if thousands of needles were pacing in every micrometre of my body.

"Hold it, hold it, hold it," I started to chant in my head. But still going with my rhythmic breathing. Because if I shout, I know that will be the end of this Asher Grays's life.

After a time that feels like an eternity a round-shaped ⚫ Black Star forms in my abdomen.

"So you have done it"

Suddenly a creepy ass voice whispers in my ears. I look up and to my horror two giant eyes the two pupils as big as the sun with the colour of the rising sun 🔆 just like mine looking at me.

"Who_" before I could finish talking another whisper came into my ear,

"Noootttttt powerful eeeeeeenoughhhhhhhh"

As soon as the whisper ended a pain more intense than the pain before rushed through my body and placed in my lower abdomen.

As if two nuclei particles merge and create a nuclear fusion and eminence energy. My Mana from my Mana core and unknown energy combined and create a completely new mana core more bigger and hotter than before. The heat was so much that it felt like my body was being deep-fried in a deep- frier.

Soon warning bell rang in my ear,

Notifications were coming one after another in front of my eyes, but I wasn't in a condition to read them. The pain from before was still hunting me like a trauma. And before I knew I lost consciousness.
