Looking at this he was quite satisfied with his status window, nodding to himself moved out of his bed, and looked around, seeing his dorm mates still sleeping he mused to himself thinking he woke up too early. Which in his case was a good thing, it meant he could get an exercise in and go to the library and start learning his first spell and complete his first task. Looking at his 2 titles he couldn't stop grinning *Seems like this first task is going to be easy, hehe.* Aaron thought. Putting on his clothes he left the dormitory and started light exercises.

After that, he headed towards the library. When he arrived at the library it was 7 am and it was quite deserted inside. He walked up and searched for a book that could help him complete his task, searching for a couple of minutes he found a book called 'The Book of Charms & Spells' he picked it up and sat down somewhere, opening the book he flipped through it and stopped when he saw a chapter explaining the levitation charm, he started to concentrate and read on how to cast the spell, when he read the last word he heard the notification noise from the system.

*What? So fast? It seems like these titles are better than I thought, haha!* Aaron thought, extremely happy about how fast he learned the levitation charm. Picking up his wand he swung it and whispered "Wingardium Leviosa" and aimed it at the charms book, seeing it floating up he almost couldn't help and break out in a dance on the spot! Immediately grabbing the book he started going through all the spells he could before class started.

After about an hour he finally left the library with a satisfied smile on his face *Status* he said in his mind.

"Hmm, levitation charm has 1/50 instead of 0/50, is it because I used it one time? Does that mean my spells can level up by repeated use? I'll need to test this later" he whispered to himself. Making his way to the transmutation classroom which was a joined class with Gryfindor it seems. When he arrived he realized he was the only one in the classroom aside from a cat who seems to stand on the teacher's table, which he knew was his professor. "Seems like I'm a bit early" he scratched his head and sat down in the front row of the class.

He picked up a book from his bag called 'Beginner's Transformation Guide' the book where he learned the transformation curse level 1 from, he found it quite an interesting book so he decided to read it again and wait for class to start. As he was reading the next person the walk-in was Hermoine Granger, he looked up from his book and nodded and greeted her "Hello" he simply said.

"Hello" She replied in kind and took a seat behind him. After about 20 minutes the last 2 people arrived, Harry and Ron.

"Those stairs are deliberately aiming at us trying to make use late!" Ron said, looking through the classroom and sighing in relief after he saw that the professor hasn't arrived yet.

"Seems like we're not too late, the professor hasn't arrived yet." he said to Harry who nodded back at him.

"No, she's already here" Aaron couldn't help but say, getting a weird look from Hermoine, Harry and Ron who after giving him one last weird look trying to take a seat. But before they could sit down, the cat on the table sprang forward and shifted into a cat getting shocked looks from everyone in the class except Aaron. Casting Aaron a surprised look she walked up to the duo.

"That was bloody brilliant" Blurted Ron out.

"Thank you for that assessment Mr. Weasly." Said professor McGonnagal with sarcasm as she continued saying "Maybe you'd find it more useful if I transfigured you and Mr. Potter into a pocket watch so that maybe you guys can be on time next time, hmm?"

"W-We got lost." Harry said stutteringly.

"Maybe a map? I trust you don't need one to find your seats right?" She said walking up to the front of the class and started speaking.

"Before starting class, I want to remind you that Transfiguration is arguably one of the most complex and dangerous spells you will learn in Hogwarts. Anyone messing around in my class will leave and not come back. You have been warned."

Professor McGonagall waved her wand and turned the desk in front of her into a pig. Amidst the exclamation of many little wizards, she changed the pig back into a desk.

Sitting in the front position, Aaron clearly saw the entire transformation process.

Accurate, fast, and flawless.

He was in a trance, changing an inanimate object into one with partial sentience, here he could see the charm of magic, making the impossible possible and performing miracles. Clenching his fists and determination flashing in his eyes to work hard and one day reaching the peak of magic and making the impossible possible, but first, he'll need to start slow and focus on class.

Professor McGonagall started explaining the theory behind transfiguration and as Aaron listened he heard a system reminder

Getting the result he expected made him a little happy, seems like through repeated practice and having someone explain to you the theory behind the spell can give you experience points for that spell.

While Aaron was in his little world thinking about all the possibilities to increase his spell arsenal the class was moving on and the professor was looking through the class for the students progress with a strict expression on her face, when she saw Hermoine and the difference in her match she let out a small smile until she saw Aaron who was seated in front of Hermoine with a dazed expression on his face. Her expression turning into a strict one again she walked up to Aaron and tipped her wand against his head.

"Mister Adair does this class bore you? Why aren't you trying like the rest of the class to turn your match into a needle?" She said.

"I'm sorry professor I was thinking about something from the explanation you gave before." saying that he picked up and swung his wand "Transform." he said and the match deformed into a perfect needle. He looked at the professor and said "Is this alright professor?" Professor McGonagall had a shocked expression the same goes for all the other wizards in the class.

"Very much so Mr. Adair, Ravenclaw 10 points for superb usage of the transfiguration spell." She said with a small smile on her face and walked back to the podium.

Aaron was about to go back to thinking about his improvement in magic when he felt someone nudge him from the back, when he turned around he saw Hermoine Granger poking him. "What is it, Miss Granger?" he said.

"How did you do that? I read a book about basic transfiguration but I could only change my match a little bit" She said. He looked at her and started explaining his understanding about the spell, at the end of the class only he changed his match perfectly to a needle and Hermoine almost changed hers getting her 5 points for her house.

The rest of the day went by like this, going to classes and getting house points for his outstanding performance getting pleased smiles from his professor, except snape. Then again he knew this guy wasn't going to show it when he was pleased with a student because he's a big tsundere. * It's not like I'm pleased with your result or anything, it's just that you did the bare minimum in my class which no one else seemed to be able to do, baka!*

"Ugh!" Aaron almost puked at that disgusting thought *Fuck what is wrong with my brain, delete! Delete that scene right now! I need to learn occlumency so I can erase this disgusting image* He thought heading to his bedroom, when he entered his bedroom he finally saw his 2 roommates.

He walked up to them and introduced himself: "Hello, my name is Aaron, pleased to meet you."

The first one to answer was a boy with curly brown hair and matching brown eyes: "Hello, I already know who you are, I think most first years know after sitting with you in class and seeing you score so many house points. My name is Edward pleasure to meet you" he stuck his hand out shaking his hands with Aaron. The second one stepped forward, this boy had short black hair and brown eyes as well: "Yoo Aaron, my name is Michael pleasure" he introduced himself with a carefree feeling.

After their introduction, Aaron decided to sleep and wake up early to practice magic instead of now with people in the room. So after putting his pajamas on, he tucked himself to bed and fell asleep excited about improving his magic tomorrow.
