chapter 56 - saving a naked man

It's been a few days since Samshiel had reported to the Wizard King and made the deal with Liar. During that time, Samshiel's been relaxing and spending time with his women as he usually creates clones to do his missions for him.

It was convenient that he could receive everything in real time so it doesn't hinder his growth but lately his power had reached a bottleneck and needed to escape this world to advance further. His bloodlines had gradually integrated with his very being enabling him to overpower certain traits they possess.

Some of those times he has been diligently having 'activities' with all of his woman but excluding Zihao Yu, Sakuya, Sally, Kaguya and Mereoleona. As for Sally she still focuses on her research but always takes the privilege to cling to Samshiel.

Samshiel decided to tell Mereoleona about his inner world because he already accepted her a while back before Rebecca and Charlotte confessed.

For those few days inside Mereoleona always kept pestering Samshiel to fight her in full power which he does by using his strong force making her grin in seeing his capabilities. Samshiel didn't give her any bloodlines or other powers as she denied the offer for now. But it doesn't mean she doesn't want one.

As for Kaguya she's been lately staring at Samshiel with a longing gaze but didn't say anything and always runs away when she meets his gaze. Samshiel didn't want to rush his relationship with her because of what of happened to her and waited for the right time.

Samshiel went for a few missions with Vanessa and dates with his harem strengthening their relationships. Mereoleona wasn't really into dating as she prefers training but still joined them because she was bored.

Many were gossiping about Samshiel but he doesn't really care considering they weren't worth anything in his eyes. As long they didn't touch any of his women then it would be fine.

Right now he has just finished his mission when he abruptly heard the sound of spells being fired from a distance.

He instantly used his Tenseigan to locate the location and found a guy being chased by some fairly strong mages.

Samshiel used [shunpo] to quickly arrive at the source and immediately saw the diamond shape sigil on their grimoires. He decided to observe the situation for now before proceeding.

He doesn't want to be involved if he could but a gut feeling was making him stay to see how things play out.

He saw a man being chased by the Diamond Kingdom mages and recognized the man. He had red hair wearing lime green clothing with white inner shirt. The man was Fanzel and Samshiel knew from which arc he was.

He didn't realize that in the canon Fanzel was supposed to train Asta for a few months. Samshiel never read the Black Clover's novel therefore he doesn't really have any clue about it.

"Enough of your resistance and come with us!"

"Fanzel-sensei please come with us peacefully."

Said a voluptuous, fair-skinned young woman with pink eyes and short black hair. She wore a dark furry cloak and maroon short.

"Cereza, can you remind me who are these people!?"

["Darling that man is Fanzel Kruger, husband of Dominante Code. That woman is Mariella and she is a student and friend of Fanzel."]

"Oh that's right they were introduced in the witch arc but why is Mariella chasing Fanzel, wasn't she suppose to be with him?"

["Darling it's due to you not reading the light novel of Black Clover that you don't know. Let me explain…"]

She began to tell him everything in great detail. Samshiel forgot about his omniscient treasure that allowed him to know anything but he didn't care because he loves talking to Cereza.

"I see, I need to convince her to join me huh."

Samshiel needed to get Mariella to betray the Diamond Kingdom and perhaps join him in his empire. He knew Fanzel was trustworthy man to join his empire. Samshiel already met with Dominante when he was with Vanessa on a date introducing himself to her.

He could see the sadness in her eyes when she talked about her lover. Who would have thought that a few days after meeting her that he would meet her husband?

Samshiel decided to make his presence known to them. He released his mana pressure at them making them look towards the trees.

"Yo! It seems you're causing a ruckus here. Don't you know that it's disturbing the local animals?"

Samshiel jokingly said as he gradually closed the distance. He gazed at Fanzel who was on high alert raising his wind sword ready to slice anyone and this made Samshiel smile making Fanzel bewildered.

"Are you perhaps Fanzel?"

"W-who are you!?"

"I am a friend of your wife, Dominante and it seem you are in trouble here."

The diamond mages were annoyed that they were being ignored while Mariella just stared at his handsome face. She never felt any interest in men before and she was confused at this strange emotion.

Mariella was trained to be a cold blooded killer therefore she did not have any experience when it comes to romance.

Sensing her gaze, Samshiel used shunpo and kiss her hands giving a sweet smile, making everyone stunned at how fast he moved. No one was able to even see him move.

"Can you tell me your name, pretty girl?"

Mariella blushed a bit because of how warm Samshiel was. He had very high charisma due to his many bloodlines and skills. Samshiel didn't like using his gaze to make someone fall for him unless it was meant to save them.

Like loveless marriage, it would make him want to get that woman. Samshiel doesn't like NTR-ing a happy couple such as Dominante and Fanzel. His personality truly changed when it comes to pursuing woman because in the past he felt unworthy of romance and was sometime rejected by his crushes.

All the diamond mages recovered from their shock and tried to attack Samshiel who promptly didn't move as he used repulsion forces to send the attack back.

"That's a bit rude can't you see I'm talking here!?"

The bodies of the mages where all knocked out by the blast. Samshiel didn't change his gaze and continued to look at the woman who was bewildered from what happened.

"Your eyes hold an immense remorse and sadness…..."

Samshiel then grab her waist and proceeded to hug her tightly while giving her a calming aura. The Otsutsuki Ancestor bloodline enables him to sense emotion and transfer his own.

Mariella who never felt such warmth couldn't help but cry out her pain. She was an assassin and was taught to kill anyone even their closest comrade.

Fanzel seeing everything couldn't help but become dumbfounded yet smiled in relieve because he was still alive and saw his disciple showing such emotion.

Mariella already planned to leave her assassination job for good and redeem herself by turning herself in prison but unknown to her, fate had been in her favor.

"You stupid husband!! Do you have any idea how long I was waiting for you."

After easily defeating the diamond mages all of them returned to Clover Kingdom with no issue because Samshiel used his genjutsu to make the soldiers forget. Samshiel didn't know if there was another traitor though he already planted his soldiers in their shadows.

Along the way Mariella was embarrassed at how she acted towards Samshiel who didn't mind. Somehow she reminded him of his sister back on Earth.

When they arrived to where Dominante was she instantly beat the crap out of Fanzel for making her wait for so long. Both Mariella and Samshiel just watched on the side with their sweat dropping.

"…But I'm glad you're safe, thank you Samshiel for saving my husband."

"It was no problem because you're a friend of Vanessa."

"I see, but are you planning to add Mariella to your harem?"

Domnante asked teasingly as she saw the eyes of Mariella and instantly knew it was the eye of someone falling in love. She already knew about Samshiel's harem when he visited her and thankfully she only sees him as a little brother.

Fanzel on the other hand had his jaw drop realizing how much of a man among men Samshiel was and gave him his utmost respect.

Mariella blushed a bit but didn't show it on her neutral face yet it was obvious regardless of how much she tries to hide it. She would be lying if she said that she didn't want to hear Samshiel's answer.

"Perhaps, but that's her decision not mine anyways it seems you two are not normal fugitives of the Diamond Kingdom."

Dominante only told Samshiel the gist of her background and didn't talk about Fanzel being a teacher that taught children how to kill.

"And it won't be long until the Diamond Kingdom finds your location."

It's true if a Diamond Kingdom spy was to find them then they will likely try to find them and capture or eliminate them immediately knowing they could cooperate with the Clover Kingdom to give info about the Diamond Kingdom.

"This is a perfect opportunity to tell you about joining my empire."

Samshiel gave them a warm smile while the group were confused at what he saying. They only knew three major kingdoms and none was an empire.

"What do you mean, Samshiel?"

Samshiel narrowed his eyes then opened them revealing his omega and alpha pupils. The atmosphere became serious making Dominante shocked because she knew Samshiel's carefree personality.

"First of all the decision is yours alone and I would respect it but this offer is an opportunity that will always be open."

All of them could feel from Samshiel the charisma of an emperor who rules over the masses. Samshiel began to explain who he is but excluding his origin because only his loved one are informed.

Both of the couple were shocked to know that he is a person from a different dimension where they could live peacefully.

"Wow I never thought you had that ability….can I put it on hold for now?"

She wanted to think it over with her husband before making a concrete decision.

"Of course and I will come back here tomorrow."

He turned to Mariella who flinched seeing his gaze, she felt naked under those charming eyes. Mariella was shocked from her thoughts.

"As for you, the decision is yours if you wish to join or not. For now, I shall take my leave."

He used his shadow teleportation and gradually disappeared not before seeing Mariella longing gaze. Samshiel only smiled tenderly and knew her heart was now his but only time would solidify it.

Now only Dominante, Fanzel and Mariella remained. While the latter was in daze the former move and said.

"You hit the jackpot, Mariella."

She said teasingly making Mariella wake up from here daze and pretend to be unaffected but when she was out of sight couldn't help but blush.
