When Dezi Falconi, a pampered rich boy, meets up with Rox Forrester, a savvy trailer trash hottie, sparks fly. Chapter 18

He had considered everything that Dezi had told him, hardly being able to believe it. He knew that maybeit would be best to move out of the trailer, thought of all the pros and cons of such a decision, and finally made up his mind. Wasting no time, he jumped down off the stone fence and headed back to his trailer. He was just about to round the last trailer in the park when he was suddenly grabbed and gagged. Something dark, heavy, and blinding was thrown down over him. When he began to struggle and tried to call out, something blunt came down on his head, knocking him out.

Dezi paced, looking at his watch every few minutes. Why the hell did he let Rox go out there alone? He should have been with him. Wasn’t that why he was here, to watch over him and keep him safe? He didn’t offer because he didn’t think Rox would want him tagging along.

When you have things to think about, you don’t want distractions.
