Chapter 24 - Brainless Young Masters

Xin Yang couldn't contain his glee as he organized the spoils of his recent attack. Ye Meng was busy cultivating, while Bai Lihua was training, and the mad Yu Yong was trying to wrap his head around Xin Yang's audacious plan.

Xin Yang had decimated an entire family, taking everything they had worked for without a second thought. Yu Yong was in awe of what he had pulled off, realizing that even he, the notorious demon known as Heavenless, had never even considered something so bold.

Despite having gained a large collection of precious artifacts and herbs, Xin Yang still couldn't use any of the weapons he had obtained. He was eager to enter Golden Core soon, hoping to unlock even more potential from the mysterious book that had brought him here.

Meanwhile, Yu Yong was surprised to learn that he had already reached Foundation Establishment 8th Stage, while the others struggled to break through with their high-level techniques that required immense energy intake. Xin Yang was the closest to breaking through, but they all knew it would take time.

Xin Yang proposed their next target: a young master from the Lin family, known supporters of the Divine Cedar Sect. Bai Lihua and Ye Meng agreed, and they set their sights on the young saint of the Li Clan.

The group formulated a plan to watch the young master before attempting to kidnap him. Knowing that the young saint would be heavily guarded by elders, they needed to move quickly and quietly to avoid detection. Xin Yang was confident that he could pull it off, eager to prove his immense power and bravery.

The next day, they put their plan into action, keeping a close eye on the young saint's movements and waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

First, they'd watch the Young Master of the Li Clan, see where he often goes and what he does, then when the timing is right Xin Yang would go in and kidnap him.

It may sound easy, but knowing any Young Saint, they'd be protected secretly by some Elder.

So, they have to go in and out before even those protectors have a chance to react, and who can do that perfectly?

Of course, it's the handsome, brave and super powerful Xin Yang (All in his head of course)

Xin Yang and his team had gathered important information about the Li Clan's young master, Li Jin, and knew that he frequented an expensive pavilion with other young masters. After waiting for the perfect moment, Xin Yang opened a portal way outside the city and used the Divine Void Steps twice, instantly appearing right behind Li Jin. Before anyone could react, he grabbed him and disappeared through the portal again.

Li Jin was thrown to the ground and his cultivation was sealed. He looked around with confusion and demanded to be released, insisting that they knew who he was.

"Where am I? Who are you guys? Get me out of here this instant, don't you guys know who I am!?" Li Jin bellowed.

In disguise, Xin Yang told Li Jin that they were the lost souls of once-peerless masters seeking vengeance on their enemy, and had chosen Li Jin to be their successor and spirit of vengeance.

"What? Oh right, you've seen how talented this Young Master is so you decided to give me your inheritance huh" said the idiotic Li Jin.

'What an idiot,' thought Xin Yang. "Yes Young Master, your supreme talent blinded us all."

"Hehe, now hurry up and give me whatever you wanted to give me, I'm very busy, my time can't be compared to people like you, it's very precious," Li Jin said.

"Alright Young Master, here," as Xin Yang said, he threw a punch straight at Li Jin's dantian, it didn't cripple him yet it injured him severely.

Afterwards, Li Jin was in a trance and asked what had happened to him.

"Oh don't worry about your cultivation, we can't give you our inheritance when you already have cultivated in another manual, so we'll give you our years of cultivation as compensation" said Xin Yang with a straight face, as everyone else was looking at him 'this wasn't part of the plan'

"O-oh, humph you better, I have trained tirelessly for years and I have finally broken through to Foundation Establishment, you better give me a higher cultivation Realm" said the almost crying Li Jin

"Oh, of course, you'd instantly become a Golden Core Cultivator" as Xin Yang mobilized all the Qi inside the realm, he injected it inside of Li Jin's dantian, making him a Golden Core Cultivator in mere seconds.

Feeling the strength coming into him, Li Jin was ecstatic, now his succession to being the Clan Head was guaranteed, no one would dare doubt him anymore, and the Elders wouldn't open their filthy mouths again.

After becoming a Golden Core Cultivator, Li Jin was ecstatic and marched triumphantly towards his clan. However, before he could say a word, he was instantly thrown out, confused and wondering what just happened. He hurriedly checked his cultivation and was relieved to find that it was still there.

Meanwhile, former sect leader Qin was sitting on the bed of the Li clan, wondering what he should do next. Suddenly, he sensed a Golden Core Cultivator heading his way and wondered who it could be. Before he could go out and investigate, an explosion hit his face and he was left injured and dazed.
