Stars twinned the fate?!
"....You are worthless! A disobedient nonconformist! If it wasn't me then you would have already been deported back to your clumsy metropolis from which you have learned all of your methods of conduct in 'subway' public!"
Oh, my ears can't take it anymore!
As her voice echoed throughout the whole library, and even I think the books are throwing back her pitchy voice!
But, still, I couldn't say any of my discomforts, or else another lecture of my disobedience would be reapplied for an episode of another hour, and truly I don't have any gist to sit without even saying a word and suffer in silence!
With my skull lowest and my fingertips dug into my palm, I declared filled with responsibility for my guilt-
"I understand and acknowledge every charge that's made on me, and would welcome any punishment from your side...without any word..."
Miss Schlaz, sighed at my statement after almost lecturing me for half an hour -counting all of my blemishes, how messy I was?! How ill-mannered I am?! And I must be thankful to her for having me under her mentorship!
And no one is 'Kindhearted like her'!
"...good, because I am not allowing you to flee without any severe penalty!"
Severe penalty?!
I took saliva down my throat, wondering what the hell is she implying?!
Abruptly,
Putting down the colossus file in her sleeved arms onto the table, she yanked a pen and started to write something in utter silence, through the file peacefully, cracking and leaving me baffled, but without any complaints, I like an 'obedient' kid just keep on glaring for My custodian's upcoming words,
That words were going to split me into atoms!
As she commences with a final stroke on the file, eventually lifting her head off those bulky documents,
"As agreed on your previous commitment... I am withdrawing my name from your custodian list...with my full initiation..."
What?! Was that supposed to be bad news?!
I raise my head a bit energetically to look at her face, so pale as if no blood is running in it,
Why does it feel like dream come true to me?!
Finally, I am free from this living dead!
But outside I have to mention a lamb look, the look of sorrow even if inside I had popped an imaginary bottle of champagne!
"Although I didn't solely believe Someone would be willing to be your custodian even after acknowledging your stunts from yesterday, however, due to my sole reputation in the university, you have been assigned another custodian with full endeavor from today..." Miss Susanne spoke in dismay,
"It's so kind of you..." I bend my neck as if showing gratitude towards Miss Schlaz, but inside me- 'I am so kind to thank this witch! '
"Nevertheless, speaking of your punishment..."
Wasn't that suppose to be my only punishment?!
"Assigning all the books to their respective racks after the lecture is over for a whole month initiation from today..."
"What?!"
"Any problem?" She raised her eye brown, as if reminded of my helplessness,
This bloody helplessness, that put fire to my party inside out-
"No- No..." I spoke out with my fallen gaze, collecting the shatters of my wind cattle of fantasies,
"Miss Schlaz, Are you going to keep my ward all by yourself?!"
Ward?! Who's ward?!
Abruptly, a husky voice cut in, as I raise my head aloof, isn't he...
"Of course professor, she's all yours, I have lifted my hand now!" my Ex-Custodian chuckle that she rarely practiced, but...non of my concern stick to recording that once in Blue Moon moment but on, that unimaginable thing that had just happened, that even my brain has dug its crypt personally with R. I. P. -
He?! How?! Why?!
He...is my custodian?!
"Meet your custodian...Professor Arthur..." Miss Schlaz introduced him again and without my brain cell anymore, I slide my fingers into his offered hand puzzled, but his face was glittering with that usual flirtatious expression as he beamed and shook my hand firmly-
"Wisteria...the stars have twinned our fate, didn't they?!"
So, I was that errand, he was earlier talking about?!

"Um... professor, where are you taking me?" I asked thinking twice, holding my notebook close to my chest as I was following my new custodian's footsteps for almost half an acre of university land from the indoors to outdoors- which was filled with haze and clouds and a bone-reaching cold, the outdoors that I didn't know even exist, even in that green variety to somewhere Barron where the population density has declined rapidly over the region,
"You know morning walk, it's incredible for remaining healthy and is also seen beneficial for skin and longer age...So from this day, our meet-up place will be here- 6 Am sharp! Okay?! " he replied stretching his arms in the air and I, the helpless wussy pigeon just keep on following him because he has ordered me to,
And I just nod to his 'Okay? ' knowing I rarely hold a choice!
Just keep walking like a zombie in cold weather, until my life penetrates out of my body!
Abruptly in our silent walk,
"Are you afraid of walking with me?!" he raised a question, slowing his steps and coming along with my pace as I wiggle a bit aside,
Wow, how can someone predict exactly a thing?
"...it's not-not like that..." I declared looking away at the ruins of many sculptures on the route of isolation,
"Then how is it?!" he asked in a bit of amusement, as he pushed his lost spectacles back up looking at me eagerly waiting for my reply,
I looked down at the floor in confusion twining my fingers through the corner of my sweater,
"...I generally don't prefer to walk along someone..." under my breath I finally spoke the truth!
Leaving the professor laughing mindlessly as I look at him bewildered -
"That's... very peculiar! Most people like to move in the bunch and you-" he declared and ceased his laughter, dropping a moment of silence between us, just our footsteps and the chirping of birds and gusting trees were discernible,
"I assumed...you fear me because of our first encounter..."
Was it just my ears or did everyone hear that?!
It was so low that I couldn't believe that he spoke something or if was it just a fragment of my imagination?!
However, that shyness on his face answers that it indeed happened,
"Well professor, you left no exception to that foremost meeting... But isn't it funny I am still walking with you all alone somewhere in seclusion where you are possibly going to feast on me?!"
"Haha... You're a woman of higher brilliance... " he giggled covering his mouth,
And then suddenly his expression shaded as if something thud inside him, as he hurriedly took a vintage-styled pocket watch with metallic rose print as he pop up its metal piece glancing on time-
"Cinderella, midnight is closer..."
He quoted and turned the neck of his watch to face me,
*6:40*
What's the fuss about 6:40 here?!
I looked up at his face in utter confusion and suddenly, it strikes me with his eyes amber in shade-
"Holy crap! I have my music class at 6:45!" and as if boots of adrenaline pump blasted in my body, my body fell in sudden jolt as I started to sprint away,
"Don't forget your chores in the library!" Professor Arthur exclamation with laughter, of course, teasing me!
Ugh! Why he has to mess with me right now?!
