The Massacre 8

After a brief encounter with Arrieta In the party, Thena was walking around trying to absorb the whole essence of how the rich and powerful lived their lives. She didn't exactly know what she would be going back to tomorrow, so she decided to make sure she made the best of this opportunity.

Her role in the Princess Kidnap had been fulfilled and Thena was not surprised. They were still kids so, giving them an important role would be out of the question.

If Thia hadn't been careless on the first few days here, she would have also been tasked with an easier role.

All Thena had to do at this point was keep an eye on the guests, along side the mysterious spy in the orphanage, whose identity still remained unknown.

She continued with her role while also doing her own thing.

She stared lustfully at the food that was being served and she knew she would be having a lovely night.

She kept on jumping from one dish to the other, trying different delicacies, in the elegant manner Diana had taught her in the past days.

She and her 'foster' mother had spent the past two Days bonding and Thena could not deny she was getting attached to the Chancellor. She had taught Thena about how to act right in public and some other forms of manners. Ofcourse Thena failed miserably when it came to anything that had to do with manners. What was she going to use that for? Still she appreciated the woman for teaching her how to eat in a manner that didn't attract unwanted attraction. As far as Thena was concerned, that was a very valuable lesson. One she didn't learn even in happyLand.

Thena elegantly kept on with her eating spree while keeping an eye on everyone in the room.

"This Mission is almost over and who would have thought with how we started I would achieve alot. I got to dress, eat and sleep like a goddess, I met with my idol and I got to eat some more. I wish all missions would be like this one". Thena thought.

Few uneventful minutes later, Thena sighted Rex coming back with the princess. He looked at him and was surprised seeing how the princess was still walking by his side.

What Happened when he had left with the princess a while ago. According to the plan once he got back, they were to leave quitely. But now, she was still looking at their target, walking free.

" Why should they leave when the target had yet been kidnapped." Thena thought.

She stared at the princess for a while and she could not wrap her head around what was going on. She searched for Rex and realized he was making his way out with his wife.

'Are they going to leave me here she thought?'

"What's going on, are we aborting the mission?" Thena thought

She looked at the Princess once again and that was when she noticed something off. Through out the party, the Princess has been smiling at the guests, trying as much as possible not to feel suffocated by their actions and even some words they said, but most of her smile had been fake, Thena was mostly certain the Princess disliked most of the guests. Or at least found them annoying.

Now the princess was infront of her, smiling genieuly at her guests. And it was after she had a meeting with Rex of all people, who by the way is leaving the party with his wife.

It's either they had a really great conversation that miraculously changed the Princesses feeling towards her guests or whoever she's staring at now isn't really the princess.

'Some how, Rex has taken the princess without anyone suspecting a thing.'

'How did he do it' Thena thought.

"Well it doesn't matter, I guess it's time to leave."

As she was about to take a step she saw a man standing in front of the princess looking at her suspiciously....

Rex looked at the Princess who was smiling at him, something she had never done before.

"Hello Lord Laxe" the doll said in the Princesses voice.

"It's great to see you haven't left the party."

Harry just stared at the Princess and from up close, he could tell she was really different from the princess he knew.

"Who are you?" Harry asked in a cold tone

"I beg your pardon?" The Princess asked.

"I don't know what's going on here but you're not the princess" Harry said once again this time drawing attention from everyone around.

Harry was about to do something drastic when Twenty soldiers Came in from the entrance in a hurry drawing everyone's attention to the entrance.

Everyone looked at the soldiers who were looking around hurriedly with full amour and weapons in their sheath ready to be drawn.

The soldiers were lead by a woman wearing sunglasses. She walked majestically in front of the soldiers and everyone standing in the way on the -blood red haired- woman instinctively moved out of the way, not wanting to get in her way.

The woman got to the princess and bowed before speaking

"Your highness, something has come up, we need to escort you back to the Palace" General Zira said with an urgent tone.

"What's going on?" the fake Lena asked

"I'll explain on the way you highness, but for now we have to move."

"Wait-!" Harry said but Zira gave him a death glare causing him to shut up.

"What's the matter soldier?" The general asked

"She's-" Harry tried to explain but the didn't know what exactly he was supposed to be explaining and how he was to explain it.

"It seems you have nothing to say soldier" General Zira said and immediately turned to Henry.

"Where the hell is Ija?"

"She said she had a personal issue to take care of" the Henry doll replied calmly

"At a time like this? damn it" Zira thought.

She looked around and saw Harry was still standing there.

"You!" Zira said said pointing at the Harry

Yes Harry replied.

"Come with us. Princess, let's go" Zira said an Immediately led the way leaving everyone in the room wondering. 'What was going on.'
