Chapter 35 - Last Wish

　　Edward recounted to Lenka in detail the circumstances surrounding the discovery of her sister's body that day.

　　The elven girl listened attentively, then bowed, "Thank you for telling me this, there is one more thing I would like to ask for your assistance."

　　"What is it?"

　　"Will you take me to the one who first found my sister's remains?"

　　"Well, please follow me."

　　Anyway, with nothing else to do right or left now, Edward grabbed Lenka and headed for Ruby Street.

　　Your Excellency True Vampire Ancestor doesn't look angry.

　　"Uh, come on in .... And this is?" Ray-Ray was slightly more relieved as he noticed the girl behind Your Excellency the True Vampire Ancestor.

　　"This is Lenka, and it's about her that I'm here."

　　Lenka curtsied to the pretty young lord, then said, "Hello, I would like to ask you a question about the cause of my sister's death."

　　Then the door of the townhouse opened, Countess Margaret, wearing a thin shirt that barely covered her body, was about to run out, only to be dragged back to the door by Linlin, and then closed the door with a "bang".

　　Both visitors saw the shocking scene and for a moment did not know what to say.

　　So he said, "You had better tell her if you know the cause of her sister's death, but if the truth is too harsh, weigh your words."

　　Lei Lei's heart was immediately a piece of clarity, and he secretly said that he understood!

　　So the great screenwriter Leonardo is back on the line.

　　"Didn't see much of it at the time, but your sister seemed to be the victim."

　　"Victims?"

　　"At that time, I saw that the group had a bad look on their faces, so I hid. Then they got into an argument over dividing the spoils, and your sister argued for completing the mission before thinking about the bounty, but the other one sneaked up on her."

　　Ray-Ray made up the story off the top of his head, following the order of the assassins' deaths at the time.

　　"What about the one who sneaked up on my sister?"

　　"That man was later killed by other assassins."

　　Lei Lei, purely out of fun at the time, controlled the assassins' attacks with precision, allowing them to die together.

　　Rinka was silent for a moment and said, "That means the person who killed her sister is dead?"

　　"Yes."

　　"That leaves no one to take revenge on... so was it my sister's dying wish to finish the mission?"

　　"Uh, I did hear that she was advocating for the mission to be completed first, but that doesn't count as a last wish, does it?"

　　"It counts, and it is the rule of our elven race that we must do all we can to help avenge the accidental death of a member of our clan, or if we cannot, then we must fulfill the wishes of the person who died."

　　Ray-Ray nodded, knowing that the Elves had such a tradition.

　　"Well, I'm going to investigate if the target my sister wants to kill is dead, and if not, I'll kill him."

　　And Your Excellency the True Vampire Ancestor, who had been listening silently, was obviously very surprised by this decision of the elf girl:

　　"That, even though your sister is dead, she didn't have a grudge against the original target of the assassination, did she?"

　　Your Excellency True Vampire Ancestor froze for a moment.
