My Eyes.

"Ugh"

I suddenly find myself sitting in a dungeon.

'What am I doing here?'

..

This dungeon is dilapidated, walls broken, vines overgrown, and certainly no one alive down here.

Right?

'I think I should get up and look around'

He steadies himself and walks towards the broken down iron door of his 'room'

He gets out and lo and behold a ridiculously long hallway appears.

It looks like his confinement was at the end of this hallway

"Auh!"

A dead guard was sitting beside him on the ground, with rust and flora overtaking his armour.

'He's been dead for quite sometime'

My eyes drift and lay upon his slightly rusted sword.

'Maybe I could use this, just incase something comes about.'

I pull the sword from his waist... How long has he been dead for? I wonder.

...

I leave the deceased and walk down the corridor..

My eyes do not deceive.

There is something watching me.

'I need to get out asap.'

I walk cautiously towards the end of the hallway.

'sword in hand, ready to chop'

As I reach the end, I very clearly heard a chuckle.

'What did I do to face this?'

I ignored the supernatural activity going on behind me in hopes that they will think I do not know of their precense..

Slowly, I open the wooden door Infront of me.

Beyond I see Lush flora.

'It looks like I am in a forest.. This is a bad thing'

As far as I know if where I am harbours nightmare inducing ghosts, there will be far more dangerous.. 'things' out here

'I do hope I encounter, none of them'

I close the wooden door and I look around.

This forest... Is beautiful, plant life I haven't seen before.. Quite colourful.

I walk forwards.

'I am atop a mountain?'

I look down, and there my eyes find.

A village.

'I wish I had a minimap, navigation would be so much easier'

But I now have to make my way down.

...

Rustle

My descent down the mountain wasn't easy.

I am not even half the way down. It's getting dark.

Fortunately I found a cave.

....

'This cave is something more akin to a quarry'

As I kept on walking I soon stumbled upon a large expanse.

'is this where they conduct their mining?'

There is quite a lot of mining equipment here, and some of which I have never seen before.

I look around and.. Ouh, a pit?

I walk towards the large pit, it looked bottomless.

'Maybe I could reach the foot of the mountain using this cave?'

'I guess I should look around a bit more and see what I can find'
