Chapter 73

The number of creatures began to increase as Nash and the others ran towards the capital. They appeared out of nowhere and had no choice but to kill it before everything worsened.

"The wyvern is about to attack..." Nash whispered to herself as she looked at the wyvern, "We have to move to the center!"

They run towards the center of the capital, and as they get closer, the wyvern begins to open its mouth.

"The emperor is bleeding!"

Nash quickly looked at her father and saw him in a serious state.

"The wyvern!"

"Roarrr!"

The wyvern began to breathe it's fire. Jaxael made a shield from his shadow to protect the knights, a few magic knights form a shield based on their magical abilities.

"Nash, stop!" Jaxael yelled, but Nash continued to run towards her father.

Before the fire reached the ground of the capital, Nash did not hesitate to create a massive black hole and absorb the wyvern's fire.

A few strands of white hair began to appear from Nash's hair. Her eyes had already turned red as soon as she created the dark hole.

"Father!"

Thanks to Katherine, Nash immediately teleported beside her father.

"Nash," Vincenzo and Daniel said.

"What happened?" Nash asked, looking at his father.

"Hihihihi"

Nash looked around, "who's that?"

"It's a black shadow..." Roven said, whispering.

"Take father to the healer,"

"No. My wounds are slowly closing." Fortunately, the spear didn't touch his heart, if so, the emperor would be in a deadly state.

"Father?" The knights behind suddenly whispered to each other,

"Nash is a member of the imperial family?" Marais covered her mouth in shock.

Squad 15 didn't utter a single word, and just stared at Nash and couldn't believe what they just heard.

"Roarr!"

Nash looked back to the knights, "all knights who have magic abilities, hit that black hole."

They were still in shock and couldn't move from their position, "faster!"

All of the knights let their magic be dragged into the black hole. All of the magic has been united into the black hole.

Nash stood up and looked at her surroundings, "shit."

"Raum"

"Yes?"

"I'll release you now."

"Alright."

Nash took a deep breath and focused on her heart as she spoke, "unseal."

Slowly, the chains blocking her magic abilities crumbled. Due to its powerful presence, the demon's presence was felt not only by the creatures but also by the knights.

Her hair was completely white, and her eyes were darker than before.

Nash looked at her squad mates, "Are the bracelets I gave you still with you?"

They raised their arms, revealing the bracelet Nash had given them before. Nash took off her necklace and crushed it into smaller pieces, leaving her with nothing.

She walked towards Katherine, "Scatter this onto different places, especially where there are knights who are severely injured. Come back soon, I need you here."

"You can count on me," Katherine disappeared.

"Nash..." Idris whispered,

Nash faints a smile.

"I'll be back, father," Nash said, not looking behind her.

"Where are you going?"

"There," Nash pointed to the sky where the wyvern is.

"You can't!" Daniel shouted,

The growls and snarls were heard once again and the creatures have appeared again, but bigger and stronger than before.

"Focus on that, I'll be back." Nash winked before turning her back.

Nash was about to leave when Jaxael grabbed her wrist, "don't go"

"I need to, the pressure in me is unbearable."

"You can't," Aeries said,

Nash sighed, "I'm... a demon's vessel."

The others who heard her were shocked, but they couldn't take their gaze away from the creatures.

"We're coming with you," Yjhan said.

"You can't!"

"If you can, we can, so shut up," Kane said.

"You might die."

"And so does you," they said.

"Roaarr!"

Nash sighed, "If I said stay far, you stay far."

"Who are you to order us that, we're older than you," Idris said, grinning.

Nash chuckled, "Tsk! Fine, Let's go."

Nash and the others fly towards the sky, though Nash wants to draw the wyvern down, she can't do it because of the skill she will do next, and she was worried for the capital as well, so she decided to do it mid-air.

"Are we going to anger the wyvern?" Idris asked, pointing his bow.

"Wait! Come close and point to me your weapons," Nash put a few demon's aura to their sword in order for it to be more powerful. "Attack it first, Give me a few minutes."

The others started to attack the wyvern, the wyvern breathed small fire unlike the ones it used for the capital.

Nash was in a distance away from them, preparing her next move. "I didn't even master this skill yet..."

After a few moments, she decided to believe in herself.

"Oi! Step away from the wyvern!"

A white hole began to form hidden within the clouds, and it has continued to increase in size.

As soon as squad 15 is far away, the white hole spits out all the magic abilities the black hole sucked up, along with it was the wyvern's fire. It hits the back of the wyvern causing it's wings to burn as well as it's back.

"Roarr!"

Squad 15 pursued the wyvern down and sliced its body as it fell.

"It will explode if you slice it!"

A knight shouted.

The body of the wyvern started to boil just like earlier.

Aidan stepped back, "it's heating up"

"Shit!" Nash cursed, then began to construct a larger black hole and sucked the wyvern's body.

Nash pants, 'well that's exhausting.'

'That's because you don't know how to fully use it yet which causes your magic to be unstable.'

'Ahh... thanks for the information.'

They head back to the center and help the others fight, the Emperor stood back up and fought the king creatures along with his sons.

"Hihihihihi"

Nash peered around her, but saw no one suspicious.

'That's eerie.'

Nash finished off two king orcs with the help of her squad mates.

"Man! That was really cool!" She exclaimed, oblivious to the fact that they were in the midst of a war.

"There's more coming!"

"My... thank the highest I joined you guys, this is the best sq— ugh!" She coughed blood.

"Nash!"

"Hihihihi"

Nash flinched as she heard the laugh behind her.

Suddenly, Nash started to feel pain from her stomach and once she saw it, she realized she was stabbed by a spear.

"Ugh," she continued to cough blood.

"Nash!" Vincenzo and Daniel attack the one behind Nash, it was not the shadow guy that Roven encountered a while ago. It was a witch.

Both ends of the spear had a sharp metal, Roven broke the other end and pulled it out of Nash's body.

"That hurts so badly!" Nash exclaimed and looked at her stomach, "Ah! My stomach is gone!"

"Be serious!" Roven scolded.

"Sorry!" The hole in her stomach started to heal.

Daniel and Vincenzo killed the witch after trapping it and burning it whole.

"Woah!" Nash's eyes sparkled after seeing the two fight.

"Nash!" Roven scolded her once again,

"Sorry," Nash pressed her lips thin.

"There's more coming." Raum said.
