A few weeks go by and Lester who already had his core has been focused on controlling his World Qi. When someone was able to control World Qi they were much stronger than those who did not, as World Qi was essential for cultivation. Controlling World Qi was extremely difficult for anyone, especially Lester, as he hadn't placed any World Qi in his core, however, he could still identify World Qi and work on controlling it.

As Lester trained, he would talk to Patrick about his training as well, giving each other feedback. Patrick was focused on learning Martial Arts as both he and Lester wanted to build a good foundation. Both vowed to become stronger and they were working towards that.

The world continued to change drastically day by day and more powerful beasts were found. There were also hidden beasts that stayed in seclusion away from the outside world. Beasts who stayed in seclusion were arguably the scariest of them all as there were so many things unknown about them.

These beasts held immense power and whoever set foot on their land, they would kill without mercy. They could easily kill those at the beginning level of cultivation, meaning they were either Middle level or higher. This thought was extremely frightening to anyone in the world, especially as the history of these beasts in the world has been filled with destruction.

If a cultivator was to fight a beast of the same level in cultivation, the beast would have an upper hand, just due to their battle instincts and size difference, however, it completely depended on the cultivator as well.

Such beasts were already found in the Amazon, the Atlantic ocean, and Siberia. These beasts were too powerful and right now only those top 5 cultivators around the world were capable of fighting on par with them. The Water Prince would definitely have a much better chance fighting them, but these beasts were too reclusive, no one knew their capabilities and some would say their intelligence was on par with humans. They were sleeping dragons and crouching tigers.

Many more cultivators appeared and an equal amount fell. It was a battlefield in the world of cultivation and those who sought fame and power would have to put their lives on the line to do so. The Boulder Brawler also found an apprentice which was a young girl from Egypt who showed amazing talent towards cultivation. He would happily pass down his knowledge to her.

Time continued to pass slowly and Lester's control over World Qi improved as he could move very small objects with it. Lester rarely left his home as he was so focused on controlling the World Qi. The World Qi he was controlling was puny compared to those controlled by people with cultivation books, and if he continued to try and control World Qi in such a way he would never reach the same level as them.

As he lived in a remote part of the Philippines, he was grateful that there weren't too many disturbances, however, he was suspicious as to why there haven't been many attacks in the Philippines. It was near where the cargo ship crashed, how come it felt so calm and peaceful?

Currently, he was sitting in front of his computer shocked at a piece of news that hit him pretty hard. Someone extremely powerful had fallen. This person was ranked third in the world and he had fallen! The Wolf Madman, who was capable of transforming into a powerful wolf beast had been brutally killed by another beast.

It was a strange shark beast with wings on its back. The shark was the same size as the wolf that the Wolf Madman had transformed to, however, the wingspan of the shark was huge. The fight between the two took a while, however, a backup was too late, and although he was killed by the shark beast, he had done some severe damage to it as well and at the end, both the Wolf Madman and the powerful shark beast died. He had saved countless lives, he was a hero that would be placed in history forever.

The world was in shock at the fact that someone as powerful as the Wolf Madman would be killed in such a way. To many, he was already a god-like figure. Even to cultivators, he was someone they looked up to. His death was just too much of a shock.

This death had alarmed everyone that monsters were getting stronger and if cultivators did not focus on strength, sooner or later the world could be run by beasts.

This event caused cultivators around the world, especially Lester, to become even more determined to get stronger. Their planet was in danger and they needed to become stronger.

It was like the cultivators of the world were at war with these beasts and things weren't looking too good.

The world mourned the death of a hero, as time continued on, unaffected.

Lester continued to control World Qi, however, he began to exercise as well trying to bring his body into a better condition. He continued to stay home and barely left his house, but in this day and age, not many people left their homes.

Patrick was becoming impatient by the day, however, this wasn't his fault as people from the ACA were becoming even more pressing when it came to recruiting him.

The Reason they wanted to recruit him so badly was that he was young, and possessed pretty good potential. Although he was two years younger than Lester, Lester knew that Patrick had better talent than himself. He took less time to create his core, which showed he possessed a better talent, at least based on what people would say.

"Lester man, Do you have any info on the cultivation books…? They are bothering me much more frequently and I need an answer from you, I don't want to pass out on this chance!" Patrick said with worry to Lester.

Hearing the worried voice of Patrick, Lester responded, "A few days… In a few days, I'll tell you! Trust me! In fact, don't accept it. I have a very good surprise!"

Lester promised to Patrick, and Patrick reluctantly accepted it.

Lester's gaze turned towards the cabinet as the call ended and moved towards it. The closer he got to the cabinet the faster his heart raced and his body trembled. This is something he has always wanted to do but never had the courage to do it.

Whatever was inside of the cabinet has been causing chaos within Lester's mind for the longest time, but now he would finally open it.

As he grabbed the cold silver handle of the cabinet he pulled it slowly as if he was opening the biggest treasure in the world.

As the cabinet opened his heart raced even more and sweat appeared on his body. It was there, his biggest secret. Finally unveiled.
