When Caleb arrived at Raven's house he sat in his car for nearly twenty minutes. He had second thoughts about this. But in the back of his head, he knows this is the right thing for him to do. If he wants to conquer all evil, he must have Raven on his side. Now that he knows she's a witch, he feels comfortable about confronting her about a few things. He just wishes that he could be upfront and open with her about himself.

He finally got the nerve and walked up to Raven's front door. He knocked on it three times quickly, he knew if he didn't then he would leave. After the third knock, Raven peeks out of the window on the door, she notices that it's Caleb, and when she opened the door, she was surprised to see him standing there. She greeted him and smiled. He greeted her with a smile. She invited him in.

They walked into the kitchen and sat at the table, speechless. Raven didn't know what to say to Caleb and Caleb was at loss for words. He becomes mesmerized by her beauty and stares at her. Raven spoke first and asked him if he wants something to drink, he stuttered and said, "I'll have a glass of water." He watches her as she grabs a cup and pours his water, when she turned around, he quickly lowered his head. He didn't want her to see him staring at her. Raven then sits back down at the kitchen table, across from Caleb, and she starts the conversation.

"So, what can I do for you?" She asked.

"I know this is kinda weird how I just showed up at your house and I'm sorry. I'm not some crazy person," He replied.

"Well, How did you find me?" She asked.

"I looked you up on the internet," He mumbled and said.

"I see. Can I ask you why?" She asked.

"Well, from the moment I saw you I felt a connection to you. I want to get to know you better and maybe we can go out on a date sometime soon," He said.

"Hmmm. Well maybe we can," She replied.

"I'm not good with this kind of stuff. I know you had told me things about you and I never told you things about me, so I wanted to have a talk with you about me," He laughed and said.

"Go ahead. I'm listening," She replied.

"Okay. Here it goes. First I want you to know that I'm a nice guy and I will do anything for my girl. I've been in a relationship and the girl just left me, without a second thought, and I don't want to scare you away. Another thing is when I tell you about me, you must promise you won't say a word to anyone, we must keep it a secret and you will understand why," He said.

"Okay. I'm listening," She replied.

"I'm a warlock. I'm not a bad one though. I'm a good one, but there have been times I've had to use my powers for protection against the demons," He said nervously.

"Ohhh. Okay. That doesn't surprise me. There have been so many weird things going on around me that I'm not surprised," She replied.

Caleb sits at the kitchen table in shock. He thought that she was going to be scared of him and tell him to get out of her house. Now he becomes a bit relieved and not so nervous around her. He decided not to mention anything about his mother and Nija to her just yet, he wants them to get closer before he goes into detail about them.

Caleb couldn't believe that he thought Raven was a person that would never talk to him again if she found out what he is. He had his thoughts all wrong about her. As they sit and talk, he realizes that she is nothing like he thought she was. She's just like him. They have so much in common that they did not know.

They talk for a while and have some laughs. Caleb asks her out on a date and she accepted. Again, he thought to himself that she was an arrogant, stuck-up person and would never accept him as he is, and he was wrong about her. He did all of that worrying for nothing and he even thought about lying to her.

Caleb asks her what her plans are for the day and he was surprised at her response, she had mentioned to him that she must read the witch's book, "The Book Of Shadow. She informed him about her few friends who are witches also and one of them is going to cause harm, either to herself or others and she must find a way to stop her. He was not expecting to hear anything like that from her, but he offered her his help.

Raven was surprised that he offered to help her, she mentioned that she would love his help but doesn't know where to start. He assured her that he could help her, he just needs to know more details about what is going on.

"How about if we discuss this over dinner?" He asks.

"We can," She replied.

"Great! I am going home to get a shower and get ready. How about if I pick you up around 6:00?" He asks.

"That is perfect. I'll be ready. Thank you," She replied.

Caleb leaves her house and heads home. The whole way home he thought about how different Raven was from all the other women in his life. He could not believe how wrong he was about her. He becomes so relieved and has a good feeling about her, now that he got to know her better. He cannot wait to take her out to dinner!

After Caleb left, Raven went back upstairs and started reading the book of shadows. She couldn't concentrate on what she was reading because she must get ready for her date. She wants to look her best for Caleb. Her feelings for him are getting deeper.
