Ciro's Workplace

Juniper was making a morning coffee and decided to check his Nexus Network account.

Juniper opened his account and noticed that there were a lot of notifications from the live broadcast he had done yesterday. He noticed his account also had credit, Juniper was happy that he could make money off his hobby so easily, he was going to use some of the money to buy a House with small garden and expand his gardening hobby.

Juniper pressed on the notification and a window opened showing a large amount of views, it was something Juniper wasn't expecting at all. It was his first time doing a live broadcast and now he had thousands of viewers, it seemed they enjoyed what he cooked. After clicking the button to close the window Juniper packed up the rest of the stew he had put aside ready to take to Ciro.

Juniper walked out of the apartment with the food package, he was wearing a casual outfit of a loose fitting white shirt, black jeans and black shoes. He didnt really set any plans up today.

Juniper arrived at the place Ciro lived and knocked on the door.

Javier happened to open the door.

''Its been awhile Juniper.'' Javier smiled and let Juniper come in

''Ciro will be out shortly, make yourself at home.''

''Thanks'' Juniper held out the food box he had brought. ''I brought the food from last nights broadcast, Ciro said he wanted to try it''

"Thank you, it looks delicious." Javier took the food with a big smile.

''There should be enough for all of you to share, I made sure to make a lot.'' Juniper said.

Ciro came out from behind ''Thats good! how about we have it for breakfast.~''

Alton and Aiden were following out behind.

''Everyone sit down here and eat, I'll get out the plates and cups. Its just us in the house this morning, Raphael, Rowan and Clay have already left.'' Javier went into the kitchen and got out the plates and cups and heated the stew. Once he had everything laid out he sat down with the others.

Juniper looked over to see Ciro and him eating their food quietly, the boys had a plate each and Ciro had an extra plate.

Feeling Junipers gaze on his extra serving Ciro looked back at Juniper. "Im just a little extra hungry recently.'' Ciro smiled embarassingly

Juniper smiled slightly ''Its fine, Im happy you are enjoying it.''

''Javier is taking Alton and Aiden over to their schools, Im going to head out to work too..'' Ciro paused for a moment ''..Actually I wondered if you wanted to have a look at where I work, you mentioned before you were interested in Contracted beasts.''

''Yes please, I would love to.'' Juniper said excitedly

''Alright, I'll arranged a tour for you!'' Ciro picked up the dishes and headed towards the kitchen.

After that they headed out and called a taxi, Ciro and Juniper headed over to Ciro's workplace. They stepped inside the building and there was a large room that had rows upon rows of cages filled with different beasts, some of them Juniper had never seen before.

''This is the Beast Hospital.'' Ciro walked up to a door, touched the glass and it opened.

''Although I say Beast Hospital I only work in the department that caters to small sized Beasts, there are a few other Females working here but most staff are Male. Specially as you work with larger beasts the departments are pretty much all Male.''

''Speaking of Male...'' Ciro side glanced at Juniper.

Juniper realized what Ciro meant.

Ciro spoke again ''You did the Pheremone Match right? how did it go?''

Juniper hesitated for a moment.

''I wanted to wait awhile...'' Juniper answered.

''Oh, so you arent seeing anyone?'' Ciro asked curiously.

Juniper blushed and stammered ''Nno...no..no... I met outside of the Pheremone Match''

''Ah? Why didnt you tell me?'' Ciro raised his eyebrows.

Juniper shook his head ''It all happened pretty recently''

Ciro gave a short laugh. ''Well, now I know you need to spill the gossip. Also I think you should give your highest match a chance at least? What if they are an interested party, they are probably waiting for your message.''

Juniper sighed and then felt slightly guilty ''...I will think about it again.''
