Chapter 8 : Are you jealous?
Abhay came to look for ahaan, he saw ahaan standing behind the table and smoking the ciggy
"ahaan, we are waiting for you inside aur tu idhar smoke kar raha wo bhi itni raat ko, you don't smoke at night,sab theek tho haina? ",abhay asked
"hmm I was just thinking ", ahaan replied
" thinking about what? ", abhay asked , both ahaan and abhay sat down on the bench , abhay took 1 ciggy from ahaan and he started smoking too
" kya huwa kuch bolega? anything serious? " , abhay asked again
"I saw her talking to someone on the call,and she was crying ", ahaan said
" kiske baare mai baat kar raha hai? naina? ", abhay asked to which ahaan nodded his head
" may be koi friend hogi " , abhay replied
"koi ladka tha", ahaan said as he kept playing with the ciggy and looking down on the ground
" bhai hoga uska", abhay said
ahaan looked at him and raised his one eyebrow and said " Bhai? Tu itna sure kaise ho sakta hai ? "
"boyfriend bhi ho sakta hai ", abhay replied and smirked looking at frustrated ahaan, " wese tu itna tension kyu le raha hai, jealous? ", abhay asked
" shup up abhay, I am just curious", ahaan said
"curious to know about her boyfriend ? ", abhay said by raising his eyebrow, ahaan sighed and got up from there, he threw the ciggy in dustbin and started moving inside the house
" are you not coming? ", abhay asked
ahaan turned and replied " I am sleepy , kal baat karte hai "
Abhay knew how to put oil in fire and he just did that, abhay and ahaan are very close friends , abhay was playful,flirty from childhood and both abhay and ahaan used to do lot of fun together, from hooking up with girls to clubbing together, while akash and vineet were serious ones from their group, Abhay somewhere knew naina is the one for ahaan, though he observed naina from just few hours, he knew she was different, she was different from the girls ahaan dated , girls who used to hit on ahaan, and ahaan never gave attention to them , here ahaan was running after naina, right from the day they met, naina 's presence brought some change in ahaan 's behavior, the guy who never followed any women was continuously following naina, and now abhay got to know that he was getting jealous too, though abhay himself was confused whether naina was single or not
Abhay went to garden area , he saw naina was still sitting with her friends and they all were playing snake and ladder
"Tu ahaan ko laane gaya tha na kidhar hai wo? ", vineet asked
" usko neend aa rahi tho sone gaya ", abhay replied
" sab theek tho haina wo jaldi so jaata hai lekin itna bhi jaldi nahi ", akash said
" hmm, he looked confused ", abhay said
" confused about what? ", vineet asked
"he said he saw naina crying while talking to a guy ", abhay replied
" so what? " , akash said
"usko lag raha wo uska boyfriend hai ", abhay replied
" boyfriend nahi ho sakta yaar common ", vineet replied
" ho bhi sakta hai, isiliye bola tha usko to not go behind her, inko mile huwe zyaada se zyaada 7hours huwe honge and he is already getting into this " akash said
"mujhe ye samaj nahi aa raha why he is upset about it, pehle aise hota tho he used to flirt with another girl wese bhi like akash said inko mile huwe sirf kuch ghante huwe hai,why is he getting affected ?" , vineet said
"because he already likes her ", abhay replied
" kuch bhi? I can believe attraction hoga because she is beautiful , I can believe he is curious because he is not getting same attention from her like he used to get from other girls but him liking someone and getting affected is impossible, he is ahaan malhotra", vineet said
"mai dekh ke aa raha hoon abhi, tum log ko maanna hai maano warna dheere dheere tum log ko realize ho hi jaayega , wese bhi jitna mai jaanta hoon usko koi nahi jaanta tum dono bhi nahi ", abhay replied
" hmm I think we should directly ask her whether he has a boyfriend or not , mai puchu? ", akash said
" no Tu mat puch, don't make it easy for ahaan ", abhay replied
" what do you mean? ", vineet asked
" let him ask by himself if he is bothered ", abhay replied
" he will never ask, we all know kitna bada ego hai uska ", vineet replied
" nope, he will ask as he is already getting frustrated about this, damn sure usko poori raat neend nahi aane waali ", abhay said with a smirk on his face
" lagta hai abhay ye ship sail karwaa ke hi chorega ", vineet said
" only if she is single, which I hope ,if ahaan really likes her and I hope he doesn't hurt her because this one will only get complicated as she is not just a random girl who he usually dates ", akash said
Meanwhile naina, priya, neetu and anita were playing snake and ladder and as usual naina was losing the game
'yaar mujhe nahi khelna tum log haraa rahe ho mujhe jaanmuchke ", naina said
" humne kya kiya tu khud snake ke mu mai jaa rahi ", neetu replied and others laughed
" humesha mere saath hi aisa hota hai ", naina said with pout face
" aww so cute, let's stop playing guys bacchi ro degi ab " , anita said and others laughed loudly which caught boys attention too
"bacchi nahi hoon mai ", naina said
" accha accha sorry, chalo let's stop this game and play something else " , priya said
"madam almost 12 ho rahe mujhe neend aa rahi ", anita replied
" neend tho mujhe bhi aa rahi , idhar macchar kaat rahe ", naina said
" haan yaar idhar sone ka plan banaaya par idhar bahut macchar hai ", priya said
" lets go and sleep in our rooms good night", anita said
"good night",others wished
anita got up, akash followed anita and wished her good night
" kya huwa chalna andar chalte hai", priya said
"wo mujhe akele sone mai " , naina stopped in between
"kya huwa? chalna sone chalte hai neend aa rahi " priya said and dragged naina with her inside the house
