chapter 29: She cares

The next morning ahaan woke up early and left with abhay for buying some gifts for the guests who were invited for the wedding ,there was only 4days left for the wedding,ahaan was still so restless ,he couldn't sleep the whole night thinking about naina,did he really deserve those statements by her? He thought ,does she really hate him so much? But why she doesnt stop him when he gets close to her ...all this thoughts were occupied in his mind

Ahaan was driving the car "kya soch Raha hai " Abhay asked

"Kuch nahi" ahaan replied

"I think you both should talk " abhay said

"She hates me " ahaan replied

"Don't be stupid,agar wo hate karti tho tujhe apne itne paas aane nahi deti ,she might be mad at you because " abhay was interrupted by ahaan

" She hates me,didn't you hear what she said ? Those moments meant nothing to her", ahaan replied

"Gusse Mai bola hoga usne ,ya phir she doesn't realise that she likes you " abhay replied

Ahaan stopped the car infront of the luxurious store ,they were going to buy silver coins for the guests as the gift

"4 din baad shaadi hai phir wo aur mai apne apne raaste " ,ahaan replied

"What do you mean,didn't you tell you like her " ,Abhay asked as he was shocked that ahaan already gave up

" Jo huwa usko bhool jaana hi better hoga humare liye" ahaan replied

"What do you mean better hoga ? You gave up on her already without even confessing ?" Abhay asked as he was getting mad on ahaan because he was again behaving like a coward running away from the situation

"She doesn't like me, tu kya chaahta hai Mai confess karke reject ho jaau?" Ahaan replied

"Fucking hell ,don't tell me you are scared of getting rejected,are you fucking stupid ? Don't you see how she looks at you ,don't you notice how you both are perfect for eachother? ,I can't believe I have to tell you all this even after you both almost made out ,for once be a man damn it " abhay replied

"I saw her last night when I went out for a walk ,she was standing in the balcony ,jaise hi usne mujhe dekha the way her expression changed to anger ,and the way she rushed and banged the door on me ,mujhe nahi lagta wo mujhe Zara sa bhi like karti hai " , ahaan said

"Did you both speak ?" Abhay asked

"No but I apologised " ahaan said

"Wtf why did you apologize,usko laga hoga ki tu guilty hai for whatever happened between you too ,why are you being so dumb nowadays ,you weren't like this " abhay said

"I wasn't like this because nobody effected me to this extent, naina effects me so much , everything about her is hurting or breaking me at this point,I know hum dono ki bich Jo bhi huwa uske baad mera usko akele chor Dena galat tha , she can insult me for that but she can't question on my character,uski baatein teer jaise chubti hai " ahaan said

"Tu khud khudko playboy bolta tha tho ab uske bolne se itna effect kyu ho Raha " abhay asked

"Pata nahi ,chal chalte hai late ho Raha hai " ahaan said as he got out of the car and both ahaan and abhay went inside the store ..

AHAAN 'S POV

It took 30minutes for shopping ,after we were done ,we were going back to the resort

I was quite throughout the journey ,even abhay didn't speak anything but kept observing me every now and then ,we reached at the resort ,abhay got out of the car carrying the gifts ,I parked the car and we both went inside ,when I went inside I saw naina and rudra sitting extremely close to eachother, she was almost on his lap ,I stopped walking looking at them in shock ,abhay also looked at them in shock and then looked at me ,naina was laughing and giggling at something rudra was showing her in his mobile,but as soon as she noticed me she stopping smiling

"Dekha tune mujhe dekhte hi kaise uski hasi gaayab ho gayi ,she hates me so much " I said to abhay

I kept the gifts on the table and was about to leave but Anita 's mom stopped me

"Ahaan beta tumne subha se kuch nahi khaaya hai ,naina breakfast lagaa de dono ne subha se kuch nahi khaaya ,Bina kuch khilaaye hi gifts laane bhej Diya Maine I am sorry beta " ,Anita 's mom said as she placed her hand on my head

" Sorry mat boliye aunty aapke bete jaise hai hum ,I am glad we could help you ", I replied ,naina looked at me with a blank expression

"Naina tu abhi Tak yahi hai ? Breakfast lagaa de almost lunch time ho Raha " ,Anita's mom said and naina got up from her place walked towards the kitchen

I was about to walk towards the upstairs but abhay stopped me

"Kahaan Jaa Raha hai ,chal nasta karte hai ", abhay said and dragged me towards the dinning table

Naina came back with food bowls and placed it on the dining table ,she started serving to abhay first ,then she came towards me,she served chapati and rice curry

There was awkward silence between three of us ,as abhay kept looking at us and naina was trying her best to avoid me ,she was about to leave I held her hand immediately,she looked at me in shock ,we made an eye contact ,she wasn't protesting to take her hand away this time but she kept looking at me and blinking her eyes making my heart weak

"Did you eat ?" I asked unknowningly I didn't know why I asked that

She looked at me in surprise,I was still holding her hand ,she was about to say something

"Naina tu bhi khaa le kuch subha se kuch nahi khaaya hai tune sugar level low ho jaayega " , Anita 's mom said

Naina immediately shrugged off my hand and sat down on the chair beside me

Abhay looked at us and smiled

"This is called dil ka connection" he murmured but it was loud enough for two of us to hear ,naina looked at abhay and murmured a " shut up"

I don't know why this made me smile

"Why are you smiling ? " Naina asked her tone was so sexy that it literally gave me shrills

"I am just .." I shuttered

Wtf why I am I shuttering ,I thought to myself,abhay was laughing hard hearing me shuttering for the first time in my life

"What's so funny?" naina asked ,abhay immediately stopped and started eating his food

So naina was really waiting for me ? Why did she not have her breakfast ,it was almost 2pm and she has to take her medicines too ,I was happy and confused at the same , what if I am just thinking too much and she didnt have anything because she wasn't hungry,she hates me why will she wait for me ,I kept thinking

"Finish your breakfast,I have other works to do " naina said ,as she was still eating

" Tumne breakfast kyun nahi kiya " I asked

She looked at me and then looked down ,she almost finished eating,she got up from her seat and walked away to the kitchen

"She was definitely waiting for you " abhay said

I immediately got up from the chair,took the plate and followed her towards the kitchen,I was getting impatient now ,I needed my answer,why didn't she eat her breakfast,she was diabetic too ,she can't skip breakfast,as a doctor I was worried because of that too

When I entered the kitchen I saw her washing her plate ,I went close to her,she turned around and froze looking at me so close to her ,we stared at eachother, I went more close to her and she kept moving backwards,her back hit the slab of the kitchen,I placed my hands on the slab caging her in my arms ,she looked at me in shock and surprise

"You were waiting for me , weren't you ?" I asked

"No" she replied

"Really ,tho break fast kyun nahi kiya? You know you are not supposed to skip your breakfast since you are diabetic too and it's dangerous" ,I said softly ,my hand automatically went towards her face ,I touched her cheeks which were turning red ,she was getting affected by our proximity,she shivered a little when I traced her cheeks with my fingers

She was about to say something but she stopped and looked down

"Look at me when I am talking to you " I said

She looked at me ,she kept her hand on my chest and pushed me away

"Meri marzi I can skip breakfast,lunch ,dinner ,I can do whatever I want,samjhe tum? And why do care?you got what you wanted already" She said making me furious

She insulted me again ,she really thought I was around her because of my sexual desires for her ? ,she really thinks so low of me ??

She was about to leave ,I immediately grabbed her hand and pulled her close to me,her chest hit my chest,I pulled her more close holding her waist tightly,I was really angry this time,her eyes filled with tears

"Do you really think so low of me? ,do you think I was around you for ...I stopped and her tear drops fell and it made me weak ,I loosened my grip on her waist but pulled her more close towards me,her nose touching mine,and her boobs pressed my chest completely,she bit her lower lip trying to control her tears

"Why are you pushing me away ,why are you using such words for me ? Why do you think so low of me naina ? Tumhe sach Mai lagta hai ki Mai tumahare saat kuch galat karuga ?tumhe lagta hai ki Mai tumhe bas apne satisfaction ke liye use kar Raha hoon ?, don't you feel anything for me ? Don't you feel anything when I touch you ? Don't you like me " I asked

Naina looked at me her eyes and expression turning soft,my eyes were already filled with tears

I was really hurt by her words ,she really thinks so low of me,the girl who literally made me so weak for her thinks so bad of me

Naina touched my face with her palms ,to my surprise she wiped my tears and I closed my eyes,I kept my hand on the back of her hand ,naina moved close to me
