chapter 10 : Back massage

"you are making me crazy ms naina" I said to myself

I removed my shirt and tried to sleep again, I don't know when I dozed off

AT 5.30 AM

Ahaan ahaan utt

"kya hai yaar sone de na" i replied

"ahaan wake up "

"kya musibat hai ", I said and got up immediately

" Tum dono idhar kyu so rahe ?aur tu shirtless kyu hai kahin tum dono ke bich" , abhay asked

"dimaag kharaab ho gaya hai tera? she was scared to sleep in her room so I just gave her a company " , I replied

"really? , why are you shirtless then? ", abhay asked with a smirk on his face

" it's hot here, there is no AC in hall, tune mujhe interrogate karne ke liye meri neend kharaab kar di idiot , now get out I want to sleep " , I said and again laid down

"no utt ke room mai jaake so jaa aur naina ko bhi jagaa de " , abhay said

"kyu? let her sleep " , I said

"tum dono ko koi aise dekhega tho log galat samjhenge, it's better if you both get back to your rooms before anyone wakes up ", abhay said

" hmm, you are right" , I replied

I wore my shirt and went to wake naina , I sat down near sofa and tried to wake her up

"naina utho ", I said

" hmm " , she replied in her sleep

"naina wake up ", I said again

" hmm sone do nah " , she replied in her sleepy voice

"chal ke apne kamre mai jaake so jaana now wake up ", I said my lightly touching her shoulder

she hummed but continued to sleep

" ahaan looks like someone is coming wake her up fast " abhay said

I tried my best to wake her up but she was such a sleeping monster

I went close to sofa , bent down and lifted naina in my arms

"what the hell " , she screamed , her eyes widened, and her cheeks turned red

"shut up, someone is coming, I will leave you in your room tab tak aawaaz mat karna " , I said and started walking towards bedroom, she kept quiet and held my shirt tightly

I dropped her on the bed

"why did you " she was about to say something but stopped as abhay came inside the bedroom

he handed pillow and blanket to naina

"apne kamre mai jaa ke neend poori kar lena agar karna hai tho ", abhay said , before going out he winked at me

naina looked at me angrily

" koi dekh leta tho log galat samajte isiliye , I tried to wake you up but you didn't wake up ", I said

"thank you " she replied and smiled, I smiled back and came out of her room

My back was hurting because I was not used to sleep on the floor ,I went to my room and laid down on the bed, the visuals of our first kiss( no not a kiss though ) flashed in front of my eyes, I touched my lips and smiled

damn, I am behaving like a creep".. I said

Naina's pov

I went to my room after playing games in garden area, it felt so lonely already, I am not used to staying or sleeping alone, being brought up in a joint family made me totally dependent on them, I usually share room with my naani, I am not scared of sleeping alone but I am used to getting pampered by naani, she used to keep telling me stories and I used to sleep listening to her,

You guys might find this funny but that's how I have been brought up, I am pampered by almost everyone in my house

I changed my dress into night wear and came back to the bed, I laid down, I felt uncomfortable,it was suffocating , so I took a novel and went out of the room

I sat down on sofa and started reading the novel, I love reading romantic novels at the night times, I was so engrossed in reading that I didn't see ahaan coming

"itni raat ko idhar kya kar rahi ho tum? ", he asked

I was surprised to see him as it was late already

" tum abhi tak soye nahi? ', I asked him

he came and sat beside me, his hand touched my hand which gave me chills already, I immediately took my hand away and he apologized, I didn't know what to say , what if he laughs at me after hearing to me, still I confided in him and told him everything , he made tea for me and he slept on the mattress because of me, I felt bad so I asked to go back to his room but he thought I was asking him to leave because I have a boyfriend, that was so silly of him to think like that without even asking about it, I didn't know why all our talks was making me blush , I covered my face with blanket and slept

The next morning, I heard someone calling out my name and disturbing my beauty sleep, I didn't want to wake up so I continued to sleep, someone lifted me in his arms then I realized ahaan and I was sleeping together , I immediately protested but he shut me up asking me to keep quite , I kept quite but I was very angry, this is the second time he was lifting me in his arms without my permission , he took me to my room and laid me down on the bed

"why did you.. before I could complete my sentence, abhay entered in the room and handed me blanket and pillow, after abhay left I looked at ahaan angrily

" koi dekh leta tho log galat samajte isiliye, , I tried to wake you up but you didn't wake up" ahaan said

I knew it I was a deep sleeper but what he did was not decent either,he could have tried to wake me up still I felt like what he did he deserve a simple thank you,he slept on the floor and stayed with me whole night, I was thankful to him, I immediately thanked him with a smile on my face and he smiled back and left the room..

After he left the room,I laid down on the bed thinking about the night, I couldn't stop smiling , everything he did made me feel special, made me blush, he was worried and stayed up with me I didn't know how to feel about this ,hume mile huwe sirf 1 din huwa hai,I already formed my opinion on him,may be I was wrong to judge someone so quickly but his behavior said the same and his flirting nature says so too

I was not able to sleep again so I got up and went to shower, I had a bath and came out wearing a bathrobe, today was the day of an engagement and it was going to happen in evening, so I selected a crop Indian top and jeans to wear I would dress up again in afternoon I had enough time , I changed and came out of the room

Everyone was awake and were working in the kitchen

"good morning " I greeted everyone

"good morning " everyone replied in unison

"Naina idhar aana zara" , anita called me so I joined her

"kya huwa? ' I asked

" ye dekh ye naye kapde hai hum sab ke liye, choose for yourself and for me too ", anita said

" par kapde humare liye kyu? I have already bought it for me", I said

"mom leke aayi hai hum sab friends ke liye it's better if you don't argue on this, and ye engagement ke liye hai, apne dresses pehenne keliye bahut functions hai abhi ", she replied

" but this is so, I mean you know I don't wear lehenga and blouse, I don't even know how to tie the hooks of the blouse " I replied as I looked at the dresses

All the dresses had open blackless blouses with just one hook to tie, I never wore something like this before

" oh common naina, kabhi tho kuch naya try kar liya kar, look at this, this will look so pretty on you " , priya said as she handed me sky blue blouse and lehenge

"this color will suit on her, this looks beautiful ", neetu said

I liked the lehenga but the blouse was quite open from the back with one dori, and front also had deep neck

"par var kuch nahi this is selected for you and you are going to wear this ", anita said

I didn't argue further, rest of the time we spent on selecting dresses for each other

I selected baby pink color lehenga blouse for anita

" nashta lag gaya hai sab aa jaao " , anita 's mom called everyone

All the guests gathered to have break fast , some had their breakfast in their room,some had on dining table, some where sitting in hall and having it

Jiju came with abhay and vineet but I looked around for that person, he was not with them , they looked worried,

"akash kab se bulaa rahi thi, tum sab kidhar te, aur ahaan kidhar hai breakfast karke dusre bhi kaam karne hai ", akash 's mom said

akash jiju came towards his mom who was sitting with anita 's mom in hall

" maa he said uske peet mai dard (back ache) ho raha hai, I asked him to rest, if you don't mind uska breakfast uske room mai hi bhej do " , akash replied

"peet dard, kaise, wo theek tho haina? ", akash 's mom asked

" haan theek hai, thoda aaram karega tho theek ho jayega " , akash replied

"lekin peet dard huwa kaise kal tho bilkul theek tha", akash 's mom asked

Abhay immediately looked at me and smirked, I blushed unknowingly and looked away

I felt guilty , he slept on the floor because of me , I even thought that may be it happened because he carried me in his arms

"mai abhi uske liye breakfast serve karke laati hoon ", anita 's mom said

" aunty aap baitho mai karti hoon ", I said

" sirf serve nahi room mai dekar aur khilaa kar aana hai " abhay said and smirked, I looked at him angrily

I took the food in tray and went towards his room, abhay stopped me in the tracks

"naina suno " he said

kya hai? , i asked angrily because I was really annoyed with his teasing nature

"ye painkiller hai de dena usko ", I took it from him and started going towards his room

my heart beat was increasing on every step of the stairs , I reached at the door of his room and knocked it

"come in ", he replied

I went inside the room, there he was standing shirtless with some ointment tube in his hand

I looked at him in shock , I didn't know when my eyes started drooling over his abs

I was so lost that I forgot everything, I came back to my senses when ahaan called out my name loudly

" wo mai ye breakfast dene aayi thi " , I said it with difficulty as I was stammering and was super embarrassed

he came towards me and stood in front of me, his eye contact was making me feel crazy "you were drooling over me", he said and crossed his arms across his chest and smirked

" drooling over you? in your dreams ", I lied because yes I was drooling over him

" did you bring breakfast for me? ye chamakkaar kaise ho gaya " , he said

I started serving the breakfast for him, I kept it on the small table near the bed, and started serving him his breakfast

he sat down on the bed and kept looking at me, his gaze was making me nervous

"I am sorry ", I said in low tone

" huh? " he asked as he looked at me in confusion

I looked at him and said sorry again "I am sorry meri wajeh se tumhare peet mai dard ho raha hai "

"tumne thodi kuch kiya hai, i am not used to sleep on floor ", he replied

" meri wajeh se tho neeche sona pada " , I said

"so iski wajeh se you are paying me back by serving breakfast for me? " he asked

I gave him the plate "did you eat? " he asked I nodded my head

I got up and was about to leave, he held my hand

"give me company please", he said, I sat down beside him, he started eating and I couldn't stop adoring the way he was eating like a kid , his mouth was full and he was eating in hurry

" aaram se khaao khaana kahin bhaag thodi jaayega " I said as I unknowingly wiped the corner of his mouth with my hand, he looked at me in shock and surprise , I immediately realized and moved a little away, he smiled looking at me , I noticed he was in pain and continuously hissing in pain while eating

"did you apply the ointment? " I asked him

"no ", he replied

he finished the breakfast, I gave him the water, i gave him the pain killer which abhay gave it to me

I took the ointment from his hand and asked him to sit on the bed properly, I climbed on the bed and sat behind him, I took the ointment , my hands were shivering but I tried to not show it, I started applying the ointment gently

" your hands are shivering ", he said

I bit my lowerlip in embarrassment but kept calm, I started gently massaging his back , I noticed he closed his eyes and was relaxing ..

" you are so good at it" he said

I kept massaging his back gently, his eyes were still closed

"it's done " I said , he immediately turned his face behind and I almost choked in shock because we got really close, his nose touched mine, my eye lashes were touching his, I immediately got down from the bed, I kept the ointment tube on the table and I was leaving but he called me out

"suno "

I stopped in my tracks , I turned again he was standing behind me so closely

I took one step back

"why do you always run away without completing your task? " ahaan asked me as he took one step forward

I didn't understand what he meant, so I looked at him in confusion

he took one more step forward, I was about to take a step back but he immediately held my waist and pulled me towards him

"kya kar rahe ho tum choro mujhe ", I said as I struggled to get out of his grip
