The Slayers Exam
3rd April 3000:
The boys along with King Logan sit at the dinning table for breakfast:
"Good morning boys. I have an important announcement to make", says the energetic King.
He continues saying"In 4 days time Kinea and Kean will depart on their slayers license exam. It will commence on the 8th with registration and testing on the 7th and will end on the 28th, a 4 week program".
"And what is the use of taking this exam?",Kinea asks.
"Because, if you wanna be legible to kill monsters you have to have the backing of your respective kingdom, all organized under the body called the UN",King Logan explains
"The United Nations in the spirit realm?",Kean questions.
"It's not the same one. This one is for the spirit realm in which there are 4 great nations and 12 more branches from them as it goes as follows. In the North we have the kingdom of Volgard, In the south we are here with the Kingdom of Babylon, in the East and we have the Kingdom of Samedon, in the west we have the Kingdom of Radin and finally in the center we have the UN",the King explains.
He continues saying "Well that's enough chitchat let's eat".
7th April 3000:
The twins escorted with King Logan and Tolo reach the UN. The beauty of the city is on a class of its own, they get to the arena where the first exam would take place.
The king registers the boys and tells them"I have registered the both of you for your exam. In terms of grouping you are apart of the second fleet, take note of that. Well with all said and done me and Tolo will be returning back to Babylon. Good luck".
As the king departs the boys sit down until the event begins. "Welcome a bright and sunny day for us to have our international Nations Slayers license exams. In this competition we will give you a series of tests and if you pass you will be grouped into teams of 2, which will face off at the final exam in which your ranked will be picked", says the Announcer
The crowd of almost 100 start murmuring thinking to themselves how almost a 100 people would fit into just 2 groups.
With one of the contestants asking "How would we all fit into 2 groups".
The announcers face goes from a happy one to a serious one as he says "Let me be frank with you, no more than 12 of you will pass".
The crowd murmurs more and more.
As the announcer continues saying "I say that because that is the highest we've ever gotten. We do not base our passes by rank but by score. From the tests we'll judge your speed,strength,spiritual control,spiritual energy and fluidity. In which we'll choose who passes or not, now with all said and done let us begin".
1st test:Combat ability
"A beast is released into the arena in which 3 contestants are to defeat it" the announcer explains.
Many sets have their chance to do theirs with not all being able to beat theirs thereby being evicted immediately many teams go and some pass until finally it's time for the twins.
The twins step up with a man with pink hair, yellow eyes wearing a red shirt and black joggers.
He stays quiet but Kean comes to him saying "Since we're going to fight together we should get acquainted. I am Kean and this is my brother Kinea".
The man looks at them saying "I am Andrew, I'm 16. That is all I will tell you".
