PROLOGUE

Opening my eyes the first thing I heard was the faint beeping of the heart monitor and the first thing I saw was a hand repeatedly squeezing the oxygen mask on my face.

I was semi-conscious but everything was passing by as a blur and despite their murmurs about how screwed I was I couldn't be bothered. This day was going to happen sooner or later, the only reason I didn't make it happen sooner was because they decided it would be a good idea to wait two decades before they did thousand year blood war. Anyway back to business; I remember finishing the last episode but I don't remember the last episode, in fact I don't remember anything from the show it was like my mind was playing tricks on me and at the worst possible time too.

'What a masochist, but wait if it's my mind doesn't that make me a masochist' I wondered.

I didn't realize that while I was having this whole existential crisis thing my heat had stopped beating at least that's what I gathered from the defibrillators they were bringing towards me. They charged it up and put it on my chest and after the words, "Clear" an electric volt travelled through my body and for some reason it jogged my memory or rather experience because in one brief moment it felt like I was watching the anime from the beginning to the end for the first time.

And so I died with a smile on my face.

"He's gone. Call it"
