Back to Beacon Hills

The sun had just passed his highest point as a girl set foot on the train station. Her black hair was tied up in a ponytail and her luggage collided now and then with her old sneakers. She placed her phone in one of the pockets in her black jacket and started to look around in hope of a familiar face.

Meanwhile a brunette boy observed her every move form a distance. He noticed her eyes glance green for a brief moment as she felt the pain of a little boy that fell on his knee but she quickly recovered and her eyes turned back to a normal brown.

The boy smiled to himself. This was gonna be good. He had found all the right information about her in Stiles' mind when he possessed him. Her name, for example, was Keylee McCall. The younger sister of Scott McCall. At the night Scott was bitten he started to ignore his younger sister in hopes of protecting her. That worked out until a pack of alphas came to Beacon Hills and one of them bit her. Only she didn't turn into a werewolf. Void had yet to discover what she was since no one really knew but all that was important for him to know was that she could feel others pain. That was exactly what he needed.

The nogitsune feeds of chaos, strife and pain. He could feed of her pain and he could use her to create chaos...

'Oh Scotty, you will wish you never tried to kill me.' Void whispered to himself before he stepped forward and smiled. 'Keylee! Hey, over here!'

She looked up and saw him standing there. With a soft smile she walked over to him. Not knowing who he actually was. 'Hey Stiles, where are the others?'

'Oh, Scott was busy with other alpha stuff and everything so I came to pick you up.' Void didn't mention that the so called "alpha stuff" Scott was dealing with was created by him. She didn't have to know that. He chuckled a bit at himself when he thought about how Scott would be trying to keep his new beta in check. Void might or might not made him a bit angry towards Stiles by simply pretending to be his formal host, just like now.

He just loved to play with someone. He remembered how he had walked up to Liam and spilled coffee all over him. It wasn't his best joke but funny nonetheless. And how he blamed Liam for it... oh, he got so angry. It was hilarious to Void when he ran away and Liam saw the real Stiles talking with Scott.

'What's so funny?' Keylee asked suddenly.

'Hmm, nothing, nothing. Let's go.'

Keylee raised her eyebrow suspicious. Something was off with Stiles, she knew it. But Void just gave her a goofy smile and she let it slide, brushing it of as a Stiles thing. They started walking to the woods when Keylee suddenly stopped.

'Hey Stiles? Where's your jeep?'

'I left it at home, it had problems again.'

'Oh, you came to walk all the way to here just to pick me up?' Keylee asked surprised. She knew that Stiles would never leave his jeep so that he left it at home to be on time to pick her up meant a lot to her, especially after they left on.. well... not really perfect terms.

Void simply faked a smile. 'Of course, now lets go.'

'But, Stiles, isn't home that way?'

Keylee pointed in another direction and chuckled slightly. Why was Stiles acting so weird? Well, when wasn't he?

'I know, I just wanted to take you on a walk through the woods.'

'What? Why?'

'Why not? Do I need a reason?'

Void raised his eyebrow and Keylee slowly shook her head. 'I don't think so, no. But I still think it's weird, but well, you are weird.'

'Wow, thanks Key.' Void said sarcastic.

'Just the truth. You have something to prove you're not? I'm all ears.'

Void smirked when Keylee did walk after him and they continued to walk to the forest. Once they set foot in there she took a deep breath. 'I love the scent of the forest, finally some peace. No people to pick emotions or pain from.'

'Yeah, I wish I could say I know how you feel but I don't. I do think I understand though.'

'Stiles?'

'Yeah?'

'What- what happened when I was gone?'

Void looked at the girl besides him who was looking back with a worried expression. She knew something was up. Void normally wouldn't stutter but a part of him wanted to see how far she would figure things out and her knew that Stiles would stutter a little when Keylee gave him that glare.

'N-nothing. Why?'

'Don't lie to me Stiles, you're an awful liar with me.'

The nogitsune couldn't help but smile in himself. Oh, she had no idea.

'You look pale, you didn't act hyper, at least not as much as normal, you are acting weird, even for you. Besides all that, you didn't take Roscoe and you called her an it. Scott didn't come to pick me up, I understand that.' Keylee explained. 'That doesn't explain why you din't ask Lydia or Allison, or even Isaac to drive. So what is going on?'

Keylee stopped walking to turn her full attention on "Stiles". She didn't sense anything from him which was weird as well. Why didn't she feel anything coming from him? Normally she would feel happy emotions, or worries, or she would feel how frustrated Stiles was cause he couldn't figure something out. But now he just seemed... void.

Void decided they were far enough in the forest and sighted as he looked down. He took Keylee's hand to prevent her from walking away and looked up, fully letting the act fall. The change was big, his eyes turned darker, he didn't smile anymore, it was more like a smirk was playing around his lips, like he was in full control of everything. Keylee swallowed and stepped back but could get out of his grip.

'Who are you?'

'Hmm, I don't believe we've met before have we? I mean, I know about you but you don't know me. Something else they kept from you.' Void suddenly realized something about Keylee. He masked his shock and decided to play with her a little. 'Poor Kitten. Now you must be oh so confused. Allow me to introduce myself. Hi, I'm Stiles, Void Stiles. I'm what they call a Nogitsune.'

Keylee's eyes widen. 'B-but, but you- wha? Huh? I- I don't understand. What do you want? What did you do to the real Stiles and why do you look like him?'

'I bet you really wanna know that don't you Kitten? I'll answer one question know, what do I want? I wan't you to come with me without screaming or trying to call for help.'

Keylee's expression darkened and trough gritted teeth she spoke: 'Go. To. Hell.'

She quickly hit his feet and tried to pull her wrist out of his grip but it only ended up at Void tightening his grip.

'That didn't go so well now, did it? Spare yourself the hard work and come with me without problems.'

She didn't listen. Instead she started to kick him in his stomach and eventually between his legs. That worked. Keylee didn't had to think twice and started to run back to the direction they came from. She panicked and desperately tried to remember anything about a nogitsune. What did he mean with "something else" they kept from her. What else did they kept from her then?

Much time to think about it was taken when four man in black suit with long swords stepped out of the shadows. Keylee gave a shrill shriek and came to an abrupt stop. She slowly started to walk backwards, who were those guys? What kind of ninjas are they? When she turned around to run away she turned straight in Voids arms.

'Hello there again. That was a stupid move. You don't wanna make me angry Kitten, so let's try it again shall we.'

Keylee looked with fearful eyes from him to the guys in black. Once again she tried to pull away which only ended up in Void tightening his grip so much she almost thought he would break her wrist.

'Careful Keylee, I could break it you know. Just come with me and I won't hurt you, fight me and I could break your wrist you understand?'

She just nodded silently. Whatever was gonna happen, it was better to follow now instead of cause problems. No way she was able to get away from him while he held her in such a strong grip.

'Great. Now come with me.'

Void started to walk and with every step Keylee didn't catch up he tightened his grip until she quickly decided to walk besides him. He loosened his grip and like promised, it didn't hurt. None of the two said another word. Void could hear her rapid heartbeat and he enjoyed her fear. Knowing that he was the cause of it. Knowing that it would drive Scott crazy.

They ended up at a cabin in the middle of the woods. There was no pad or anything. Just there, between the trees. Hidden. Keylee stared at it and forget to walk but was soon remained at it when Void tightened his grip. When they were right in front of the house he let her go and opened the door. He turned around and sighed in annoyance. Keylee literally ran of again. He ordered the Oni to bring her back alive and walked in to the house. He hid behind the door so he could easily close it once she would come in. He did't have to wait long before she slowly backed in. Void knew the Oni had driven her in with their long swords, he could hear she didn't trust it for an inch. Her heartbeat betrayed it.

Once Keylee was far enough in the house the door slammed shut. Void turned his back towards her so he could lock the door meanwhile Keylee ran away in the strange house. She opened the first door she saw which led her to a bedroom. She hoped for the kitchen or something with a weapon but there was no time for that. She closed the door again and hid beneath the bed, no idea what else to do. It didn't took long before the door opened and two foot stepped in. They walked towards the bed and stopped.

'Keylee... You can't run from me. Don't do this, it will only make things harder for yourself.'

Keylee tried hard not to breathe to loud and hoped the feet would just go away, though she knew he probably wouldn't go. this was a stupid idea, people always did it in movies but right now it didn't feel like something smart.

'BOO.'

Keylee was still taken aback when Void suddenly bent down and looked at her beneath the bed. She stared back with fear. He smiled sickly and raised his eyebrows. 'Are you gonna stay there?'

She didn't answer. She just felt her heart pound against her chest and the adrenaline filled her veins. Out of nowhere she pushed back against the floor so she lid away from under the bed and then she ran out of the room and into another one.

Void grunted annoyed. Why did she just not understand she couldn't run from him? Void opened the door and looked around but he couldn't see her anywhere.

'Keylee, come one. Stop this cat and mouse game. I will consider not to hurt you if you come out now.'

His eye caught the door to the living room and he walked to there. To his surprise it wouldn't open. He could hear her heartbeat behind it. He knew she locked herself in there. He also knew there was a window in there. Void groaned when he hear a soft thud as her feet hit the ground. How could one girl cause so much trouble. She wanted to play it like this? Fine, they would play it like this.

Void ordered the Oni to make sure she wouldn't get out of the woods but nothing more. Then he slowly started to follow her trail.

Keylee ran, she ran as fast as she could and didn't once look back. She had no idea where she was but she figured that if she would keep running she would get out of the woods eventually. She was scared, terrified. Even more when she saw one of the man with the swords. She quickly changed course.

'So far my plan of not getting lost.'

When she ought to be far away from the nogitsune she sank down against a tree and took her phone from her pocked, she looked for Scott's number. The phone didn't rang more but one time.

'Keylee, oh my god where are you? Are you okay?'

'Scott? Scott, no, I- I don't know. I'm in the woods or something. Stiles picked me up but it's not Stiles or something and I don't know it anymore Scott. I'm scared.'

'Hey, it's gonna be alright okay, I'll keep looking for you. We'll find you alright. We-'

The phone was abruptly snatched out of her hands. Keylee looked up right in Void's eyes. She jumped up, ready to run, but Void simply took her wrist, spun her around and held his hand over her mouth whilst he pushed her against his chest. There was no escape. Keylee struggled to come free but without effect.

'Hello Scott. Did you miss me? How long did it take before you figured out it was me and not Stiles who said those things to your little beta?'

Keylee was confused. Scott has a beta? She couldn't hear everything but she could understand it a bit.

'Void! Let her go, this- tween us- leave- out.'

'Hmm, I don't think so Scott. See, you really should have listened to me. I told you, you can't kill me. I can't die. But she can. I won't, don't worry. Allison was painful enough don't you think. Oh wait. You din't know about that, did you Kitten?'

Keylee was even more confused and stopped struggling. Eyes wide in disbelieve. Did he just- did he just mentioned that Allison was dead? That couldn't be right, right?

'Don't worry Scott, I promise I won't kill her. I could do far more by hurting her.'

Before Scott could answer he crushed the phone and carefully let go of Keylee. She seemed to be pretty much in shock.

'Did you- did you just say Allison's dead? Why would you say that?'

Keylee suddenly looked up at Void and for the first time she didn't make an attempt to run. Void smirked, he could detect the hint of fear in her voice like she already knew it but just couldn't believe it.

'I said that because it's true. Allison died. I'm surprised no one told you.'

'Why would you say that. Don't lie!'

'I'm not lying Kitten.'

Keylee quickly shook her head in disbelieve. Did he kill her? Or was he simply lying to her? Why would't anyone tell her her best friend died? It just didn't make any sense. She had to get away from here.

'Go to the hell!'

And with that she run of again. This time it was harder to run. Not only was she still out of breath and did her feet hurt but also was she half in shock about Allison. This couldn't be true. It simply had to be a lie.

Keylee stopped again when she saw void leaning against the tree in front of her. He still had that stupid smirk.

'My, my. And we meet again. Can you stop running away from me now? You aren't gonna get out anyway. The Oni won't let you. Don't look so confused Kitten. I'm a supernatural being.'

'NO! You are a monster and I hope you get struck by lightning! Get away from me!'

In one second Void's smirk was replaced by a slightly angry look. He lunged forward and grabbed both of Keylee's wrists.

'Well that isn't very nice of you. And I'm afraid I won't go in a long time. There is still so much I can do with you. But for now. I'm tired of this little game of ours Kitten, so take a deep breath.'

Without a warning he pushed a cloth against her nose. Keylee tried not to breathe it in, knowing she would faint if she did. But eventually she had to. The world slowly turned black as she felt her legs not working anymore. Void caught her before she hit the ground.

'Goodnight kitten.'
