Deep down, Prince Revaz couldn't stop wondering how he was still able to feel the pain when he was clearly dead. However, soon, he couldn't think further as his ability to regenerate activated and his bones quickly healed up.
Unfortunately, it only repeated the cycle of torture from the beginning as the liquid corroded his bones all over again. For the first time ever since he had transformed to this midnight creature, Prince Revaz deigned his speedy recovery.
"Heh..." Kalliope's stained lips split into a wide grin as she lowered her body slightly. "What an interesting individual. You can actually recover that fast."
But, that didn't dampen Kalliope's mood. In fact, her heart soared with an inexplicable thrill as her foot crushed his arm further as though she wished to grind it to dust. "No matter. This shall be a lot more entertaining then."
