Master, You're Moving in with Me?

Qin Keqin was in jovial high spirits as she carried her blanket and pillow as she walked into Lu Qingyun's new abode.

 After making sure that she got the place correctly, she had immediately carried her personal belonging and made her way to his new accommodation.

 "He is going to be very surprised," she thought wistfully. "I wonder if he will get a shock?"

 Lu Qingyun was reading a meditation cultivation slip in the small hall of the new abode when Qin Keqin had suddenly entered with a chuckle, "Qingyun, look who's here?"

Lu Qingyun was startled as he immediately put down his cultivation slip and he was blinking his eyes as he asked with a surprise look, "Ke- Master, why are you here?"

 Qin Keqin laughed softly, "I am your master. Do I even need any permission to visit you?"

 Lu Qingyun blinked his eyes, "That may be the case but what is the meaning of this blanket and pillow? I actually already have my own blanket."

 Qin Keqin chuckled, "Who says it is meant for you? It is for myself. From today onward, I will be sleeping with you-"

 All of a sudden a tray that was used to carry a boiling pot of tea was heard dropping onto the ground.

 Qin Keqin had immediately turned ashen because it was not Lu Qingyun that had dropped the tray but Lie Xingyuan!

 The reason why she had turned ashen immediately was because she was exceptional good with her perception and it was extremely difficult to ambush her. Moreover she was also a seventh realm great saintess with an astonishing high level of divine sense. But she had somehow failed to detect the presence of Lie Xingyuan who was also in the hall!

 Lie Xingyuan was carrying the tray of tea to Lu Qingyun when the Sect Leader Qin had suddenly dropped in and when she said that she was going to sleep with Lu Qingyun, she was so startled that she had accidentally dropped the tray.

She thought shockingly: Their relationship has even advanced to the stage of sleeping together?

 Lu Qingyun did not notice the expression that was on Qin Keqin but he did notice that Lie Xingyuan had accidentally dropped the tray and there was a mess on the floor.

So he smiled, "Xingyuan, master is here. You don't need to be so nervous."

 Lie Xingyuan immediately stammered, "Your protégé Xingyuan greets acting sect leader."

 Qin Keqin had a slight flush on her cheeks. She had wanted to tease Lu Qingyun but she had never expected that there was someone else in the same abode as him.

She asked her curiously, "Why are you here?"

 Lie Xingyuan stammered with fright, "I am senior brother's maidservant. This is my duty to attend to his daily needs so that he can better focus on his celestial cultivation practice."

 Qin Keqin was startled, "How come I didn't know that he has a maidservant?!"

 Lie Xingyuan explained with a weak smile, "All the core disciples have an ordinary protégé as a maidservant. This is the usual practice."

 Qin Keqin was muttering silently to herself, "Then I am screwed…"

The reason why she did not know was because she had shown no interest in running the Heavens Ridge Villa. 

 She forced herself to smile, "Mm, so you are also sleeping with my disciple Qingyun?"

 Lie Xingyuan had immediately turned ashen as she quickly said, "My room is far from senior brother's room."

 Qin Keqin had purposely said that to correct her carelessness earlier. She did not want Lie Xingyuan to think that she was going to sleep with Lu Qingyun.

She nodded before she waved her fingers, "Do you mind helping me to get my blanket and pillow to my new room? From today onward, I will be staying with the two of you."

 Lie Xingyuan quickly nodded with sunken countenance, "I will get it done quickly."

She quickly grabbed the blanket and pillow before she left the hall.

 Lu Qingyun was startled, "Keqin, you will be staying with us?"

 Qin Keqin chuckled, "Naturally I am. Are you glad? Or I am disturbing the two of you?"

 Lu Qingyun smiled, "Of course I am glad that you will be here. I am only worried that I won't be able to see you at all…"

 Then he quickly smiled, "It is no wonder why we are suddenly assigned a bigger abode. It is because you will be moving in with us."

 Qin Keqin laughed weakly, "That's right. But that is also because you are the new Shengzi of the Heavens Ridge Villa." 

 Lu Qingyun asked, "Keqin, I wondered why you have appointed Ouyang Xue to be the new grand elder of the Crystal Cloud Spirit Hall?" 

When Lie Xingyuan was not around, he had immediately called her Keqin again instead of addressing her as Master.

 Qin Keqin smiled, "You are asking, is it because you are particularly concerned about her?"

 Lu Qingyun shook his head as he replied, "All the protégés know about this and are quite shocked to hear of it. It is not a great secret. Everyone is now talking about this matter. Keqin, may I know if there are any particular reasons why you have appointed her as a grand elder? I am just curious."

 Qin Keqin was thinking: So that she will be too busy to look for you in the future."

 Lu Qingyun clapped on his palm, "Keqin, you are really kind. If you had appointed her as grand elder of the White Spirit Hall then she may be too busy to fend off the hostile protégés and elders. But instead you had appointed Wang Ming to take over the White Spirit Hall. In this way, Grand Elder Wang Ming will be too busy fending off the new hostilities to bother with her. Slowly, Ouyang Xue will be able to consolidate her influence over the Crystal Cloud Spirit Hall. This is really brilliant of you to think so far ahead."

 Qin Keqin kept quiet.

She had never expected for him to have guess her intentions. Although she had considered Ouyang Xue to be a potential love rival but at least she had good intentions toward Lu Qingyun. Therefore this was her subtle way of repaying her for her good intentions. Moreover, if she did not invite Lu Qingyun to the Heavenly Lotus Teahouse, she would never have known his heart for her…

 She had clearly overheard him telling Ouyang Xue that he had already someone in his heart…

 "Why don't you tell me that you like me?" she sighed in her heart. "Since you are so smart but why you can't tell that I like you?"

 As she sighed, she had looked up and suddenly saw that Lu Qingyun was looking at her with a tender expression.

 She had no idea how long they were looking in this manner. Between the two of them, there was something unspeakable and that was she was his master and he was her disciple.

 For Lu Qingyun, there were many things that he had wanted to talk and to say to her. But she was his master now. He was really afraid that he would lose her once and for all if he were to tell her that he liked her…

He wondered if Qin Keqin was serious about the pledge to become his dao cultivation partner but he did not want to ask her that now as it would seem to be forcing her to accept him. 

 Qin Keqin chuckled as she took out a silver pill, "This is a high grade spirit pill. I have specially prepared for you. It will be able to help you with your cultivation. I have personally concocted it myself."

 "Oh?" Lu Qingyun took the silver pill as he inspected it closely. "Keqin, you are an alchemist?"

 Qin Keqin smiled shyly, "I am only a third realm alchemist. So are you impressed? This pill takes me over a week to concoct and I've made it just for you. So are you touched by my gesture? Unfortunately my skills are a little lacking and this is the only successful spirit pill that I've made. I try to improve myself the next time though."

 Lu Qingyun muttered, "Thank you…"

He was really touched. The ingredients to make this spirit pill were really expensive and it had probably cost her a bomb.

 Qin Keqin said softly, "Cultivate well and take your martial lessons seriously. Don't forget that there is a core protégé tournament in 3 months' time. I hope that you will be able to do well. I will be back in a few days."

 Lu Qingyun was startled, "Keqin, you are leaving so soon? I've thought that you are staying with us?"

 Qin Keqin said melancholy, "I have something to attend first."

Then she gave him an alluring smile, "But look, my things are already here. I can stay with you anytime when I'm free."

 Her original intention was to spend a day or two with him but when she had learnt that Lie Xingyuan was with him, she had decided to change her mind at the last minute.

 She chuckled, "But you know where I will be mostly at, right? If you are free, why don't you come to my hideout to look for me? I have already instructed them to allow you to come and leave the Heavens Ridge Villa as you pleased." 

 Lu Qingyun had a heavy heart when he learnt that she would be leaving so soon, "I hope to see you soon…"

 Qin Keqin nodded, "We will…"

 As she left the hall, she cast a look in the direction where Lie Xingyuan was last seen. "Mm, Lie Xingyuan. Just exactly who you are? You have a most extraordinary background and it is something that I will definitely find out. You may be able to fool him but you can't fool this great saintess."

She had decided to do a check on this Lie Xingyuan's background. 

 When Qin Keqin had left the hall, Lu Qingyun slowly took out the spirit pill that Qin Keqin had given him and took a sniff.

He was looking palely and was sighing melancholy, "Keqin, why did you add the starforge substances into this spirit hall? What is it that you don't want me to remember?"

Qin Keqin did not know that Lu Qingyun's alchemy is actually much higher than her and is probably the best even in New Empyrean City.
