Chapter 40 (Force Acquired)

Yamato wakes up and looks around with surprise. Where he was neither his house nor anywhere he has been to before. Nor it was a prison or nor an investigation room or either a demon court. There were no cloth on his body and he was just laying.

"Where the hell am I?" He says slightly.

He lays down again and tries to investigate the area and his memories.

"Oh yeah, I fought the demon and I think I won. Then what happened next? If I won I shouldn't be here." He says.

"Don't get worked up kid. That woman named Asami got you here. After the fight you passed out because you used a lot of your mana. So, you were treated here." Sage says.

"Oh, so I'm at her house. That's a relief."

Yamato gets up and wears the clothes he saw next to him. He gets out of the room and follow the voices he could hear.

"Is he alright?" Yuna says.

"Yes, my master was just exhausted. I healed his scars and everything. He should be fine." Kai replies.

"But it's been 9 hours." Asami says.

"He must be having mana replenishment. We should let him rest." Celestine says.

Yamato smiles as he hears the talk thinking how everyone's so worried about him…

"This is the first time I have people who worry about me."

He goes inside the hall where everyone is sitting to meet them.

"Yamato, you are awake." Asami says with surprising look.

"Yeah, thanks for worrying about me and caring for me. I feel all better now. To be honest, I'm feeling a little light weighted. My body seems in a perfect condition."

"Oh that must be my work my Liege. I used every healing magic I could think of to get you to a perfect condition." Kai says respectfully.

"But wouldn't that drain your mana too? And you aren't in your planet either so isn't it a little dangerous?"

"Don't worry. I get mana supply from my General, and she gets it from you so as long you are fine, we all are fine."

"Oh, okay that's good."

Yuna looks at Yamato with a stare of rage to give him the signs.

'Does she want me to say something? I think yes.'

"Sorry for worrying you Yuna. I broke the promise once again, so please forgive me this time."

"Yeah you better be sorry. I am forgiving you now so you better be grateful."

"Yes, I'll be grateful."

The stare goes on, and the area turns silent.

"So I think I should give the good news now." Asami says delightfully.

"Good news?"

"Yeah, the government has accepted your request. And they are giving you 500 men who you can train for now. You will provide with material for the weapons and train the soldiers and if it goes well, they will allow you to take over other cities too. Isn't that great?"

"They really did it!? So, it means I have moved a step towards my goal. Kai."

"Yes sir?"

"I'll leave the training of all the men to you."

"You can count on me for that."

"Celestine."

"Yes?"

"You will train me and Yuna. Can I count on you for that?"

"I'll do as you please."

"Asami."

Asami doesn't reply.

Yamato realizes that she isn't the type to be under his order, so he calls her again.

"Lady Asami." He says softly.

"Yes?"

"Can you please review the deals and meetings with the government? I am not good at these stuff, so it would mean a lot if you take control over as an overseer."

"And what will I gain from it?"

"Anything you desire and which I can give you."

"Okay, I'll ask for my reward soon."

"And what do I do?" Yuna asks.

"You will be training with me."

"Oh, okay."

"You'll also be fighting in battles with me too."

"HUHHH? Isn't that too soon for me? I just went through a near-death experience not so while ago. You want me dead that badly?"

"Don't just to conclusions. I can't just let a superhuman sit there idly. You will help me if you don't need me dead again."

"Mhmmm."

Yamato sighs and then looked at everyone.

'Right now, they are my hope.'

"Okay then, our plans are made and if we go according to it, I am sure we will reach what we desire."

"Yeah if it works smoothly that is." Asami says.

"Don't worry, I'll make it work smoothly."

*Next Day*

The sound of many vehicles was heard. Yamato went out to check it and saw that it was the men the government promised to send. By full surprise, they were here in just a day.

'How the hell were they able to get an army of 500 in just a day.'

"Hello sir, I am here from the commander as he said to deliver these men to you. So are you Mr. Yamato?" A man said who was supposed to be the head of the army.

'Asami actually told them my real name. This is going to be a pain.'

"Yes, I am Yamato, nice to meet you."

"Alright, so the commander also said that you were to give him some material to search in and make some weapons out of them right?"

'The materials….shit. I forgot about that.'

"Oh about them. I never thought the force would arrive this early, so I haven't really completed the preparation, so it would be very helpful if you take it after a week or so."

"And what do you plan to do until then?"

"A warrior must know how to defend itself even without a weapon."

"Well said, I'll come back later."

The man leaves and commands the force to stand still.

"Yamato, I sense mana from them." Akari says.

"What! Mana from them?"

"Yes, I suppose their strength is what's transferred into Mana. They are best to train. They can even learn magic."

"Woah, these guys are literally what I needed."

Yamato then uses telepathy to contact Kai and summon him.

Kai receives the signal and summons In front of Yamato in the very moment.

"You called for me my lord?" He says.

"Yes, I want you to make a formation out of these guys and train them both magic and offensive attacks. You can see yourself, there is mana in them."

"Yes my lord, I do sense a little of mana. I will assemble them to the position and train them. Leave it to me."

"Okay, do what you can. It's almost my time for training, so I'll see you later."

Yamato goes to his training arena leaving the soldiers in hand of Kai. But of course, there was commotion. Many of them were confused and didn't accept it.

"WHY IS A DEMON TRAINING US?"

"YOU ARE OUR SOLE ENEMY RIGHT NOW, WHY SHOULD WE OBEY YOU."

"WE DIDN'T AGREED TO THIS!"

As the voices of disagreement rose, the patience of Kai also declined.

"SHUT UP BEFORE I SLAUGHTER EVERY SINGLE OF YOU BEINGS." he yells.

"If my lord hadn't beat me in the dual, I would probably be killing everyone on my way. I am not like the others, I have been betrayed by my ruler, and so I'm helping Sir Yamato in his goal to kill that ruler and retain peace. And that's the sole reason I have to train you to kill my kind. If you still disagree, I'll have to use force." He continues.

The Ruckus turned into a ground of fear as none had the guts to clutter even a single word.

"Now then, do as I say if you want to protect your world."

The opposition was turned into obedience and the training continued.

'I knew he was the best person who could handle the training of men. If I had sent Celestine as I planned, she would be abused or could even have killed someone. Things just somehow worked out.'

*STRIKE*

"Sir, you should not think of anything else while training. I see your overthinking as your sole weakness." Celestine says.

"Yamato don't be so silly headed. Concentrate on your training." Yuna also continues.

"Okay okay, I will do."
