Chapter 30 (The Seal)

**At Yamato's Apartment**

"You can undo the invisibility spell." Yamato says.

Celestine appears In front if him as she breaks the spell.

"That was tiring." she says

"What was?" Yamato asks.

"That spell takes a lot of energy so that's why it is tiring."

"Oh okay."

"So the rescue mission was a success, but what are you gonna do now? You are not gonna sit and wait for the kings to come to yourself right?"

Akari says.

"Yes, I can not just sit dull...maybe negotiating with her."

"And how can you trust her? How do you know that she isn't lying?"

"We did forge a pact right?"

"Yeah you did so that will take care of the lying detection but what about trust?"

Celestine looks at Yamato in confusion as for her, he was just standing idle.

She waves her hand Infront of him to get him back to his senses.

"Hey, Yamato are you there?"

"Oh yes sorry Celestine."

'Call me Cel instead. Celestine is kinda long."

"Okay Cel...."

"And what were you doing? You did the same in the dungeon."

"Oh, I was talking with Akari."

"But I couldn't hear anything and I even tried a high level mind reading skill, but that didn't work either. All I could see was a dark place."

"Hmm that probably is because of the resistance barrier on me. Anyways what's about the dark place?"

"It shows the nature of one's thoughts and heart."

"That's dark. Anyways I have a question."

"Go on and ask."

Yamato looks at her with straight eyes and asks.

"How can we trust you?"

Cel looks down frustrated and replies.

"You still don't trust me?"

"Sorry, my cautiousness kicks in."

"I'll make you trust me then."

She chants a spell silently and then holds on Yamato's hand.

'that's one hard hand....NO NO THAT ISN'T WHY I GRABBED IT. AHEM'

"Yamato, this will prove my loyalty. If you don't need me, you can kill me on that very moment."

She puts his hand above his heart and his hand goes in her chest and touches her heart.

Her body starts to get warm because of the unidentifiable sensation.

"You can squeeze it anytime That's how I show my loyalty."

"Her heart..." Yamato says in a low voice.

"Akari run a check on it. I think there is a seal."

"Yeah, you are right I sense it too."

"Hey Yamato, how long are you gon-na hold it?"

"Cel, there is a seal on your heart."

"A WHAT!?"

"Stay still, I'm removing it."

"Yamato I prepared the purification spell. Use it to deactivate the spell."

"Right."

"DIVINE PURIFICATION"

As he casts the spell, the mana of the spell flows through his hand to the heart of Cel and starts to undo the seal.

"Ugh..this feeling."

"You are turning all red, are you okay?"

"CAN YOU SAY I AM AT THE FAULT? It's embarrassing to stay like this." she says with her eyes filled with tears.

"Sorry but you have to get used to it for a while."

"O-okay."

"Yamato, this spell is gonna take 70 percent of your energy. It's a high level curse. Do you wish to do it?"

"Do you think I am in a position to say no?"

"Then I'll take that as a yes. This last process is gonna give out weird voices from her. Be calm."

"What weird voices?"

A large amount of energy at once passes through Yamato and breaks the seal in an instant.

"AHHH." Cel moans.

"Damn that was unexpected."

After breaking the seal, Yamato puts another seal to protect Cel from any other curse caster.

"Okay it's done." he says as he takes out his hand.

"BODY ENCHANTMENT REVERSE."

"So taking off the seal was all you did right?"

"Yeah..."

"I feel l have more emotions now."

"More emotions? Damn that king he's gonna pay sooner or later."

"Soo, do you trust me now?"

"Yes I do. And on that note, can you think of what to do now?"

"Hmmm, you have retrieved me and the news must have spread out now, so he will send more attackers. Killing each of them won't really do any good to you because they will keep on coming."

"So what should I do?"

"You should directly go for the king."

"I can? But how."

"While scanning the dungeons, I found a gate. And it most likely is the gate to enter my world. There are two dungeons and I suppose that the gate is inside the most horrific one. And there is equipment left by the Beast King inside the other dungeon, so you should first take the arms and then go to the gate."

"Is that Beast King really an enemy?"

"Yes. He just isn't a coward. Your swords are also given by him."

"Oh, I must thank him before killing him."

"You should. By the way you look sleepy."

"Sleepy huh, I just gave up 70 of my energy in breaking the seal, so it's normal. Anyways I can't just leave this world as it is and go for adventures right?"

"Yeah, so what are you gonna do?"

"It might seem stupid but I wanna create a defense force. I'll train warriors to take my place when I'm Gone and keep peace but for that I have to argue with many people."

"And where will you start from?"

"From this town and then this city and then this whole country and if I have to then I'll go aboard."

"That's gonna take a lot of your time."

"But first I gotta build trust in people." he says as he yawns.

"I'm tired so goodnight."

He says and falls on the bed.

"Uhh you asleep?"

*Snort*

"Yes he's asleep. He looks so defenseless like that."

Cel tries to put her hand on Yamato to poke him in an offensive manner and as it reached his body, her hand was deflected by a powerful force.

"Ouch.So he isn't defenseless in any manner. Hwahh.... I am also sleepy now. He didn't tell me where to sleep though, I'll just lay beside him for now."

And she also falls fast asleep.

***The Next Day***

"GO AWAY INVADERS."

"GO AWAY PROCLAMED HERO."

"WE WANT PEACE."

Yamato wakes up from the riots and feels something heavy on him.

"What's this heavy thing on me."

"Mwm ahm mm."

"Oh it's Cel. What the heck is she doing on my bed. What's with the loud noises. What's even happening."

He gets up and also wakes Cel up.

"Wake up, it's no time to sleep."

"Let me sleep."

Yamato takes off the blanket and drags Cel out.

"Listen, you are the commander of my newly created defense force so for starters, our first mission is to stop the riots against us."

"I can't go, I'm a demon."

"Can't you change your shape?"

"Oh yeah the identity enchantment."

"Yeah do it."

"MAKE ME LOOK LIKE THE CREATURE I DESIRE AND LET ME PROCEED TO MY OBJECTIVE, IDENTITY ENCHANTMENT START."

Her horns start to disappear, and her scales also turned into skin, but her power remained the Same.

'You know what? Stay like that forever."

"Why?"

"You look better like this. Anyways you go and hide between the crowd."

"What are you gonna do?"
