Chapter 7, Information

As my mother finally decided to give me books talking about general information about this universe. I was really shocked because the scope was way bigger than what I have experienced before. It was like I am reincarnated in those wuxia or xianxia novels that I read about in my third life. The universe was divided into four parts Top, High, Medium, and low-tiers galaxies. There are like tons of races all competing to reach the top of this universe to sit on the Throne as the strongest race.

Among all those races, the most prominent ones are Humans, Dragons, Elves, Demons,Vampires, Werewolves, and Angels or as they call them here 'Winged Humans'. Of course, there are many other races with different bloodlines but those above are the ones that have the largest say in the universe.

As for the four parts of the universe that was divided, they decided to name it Upper World for the Top and High Galaxies, While Middle World for the Medium Galaxies, and for the Lower World, they consist of Low-Tier Galaxies and normal continents that are suspended in the void.

Although those continents are incomplete worlds that don't have enough Gin to make those planes reach the level of planets , they are still placed in the Lower World category to not make a new classification for it.

The resources here in this Universe without a doubt very expensive as I have seen from the general knowledge books, But after a moment of thinking I rationalized that this is simple. After all imagine all those races, that are divided into who knows how many clans under the royal family of each race or the leading clan of the race.

The number of citizens of the Universe are in trillions maybe more, of course, no one is bored enough to count them. So imagine the number of resources needed for all those people and each of them competing for The Throne, of course this is the typical wuxia world filled with killing, stealing, and other heinous things.

Oh, we have deviated from the original point which is what are the currencies used in this Universe.

There are mortal currencies Bronze, Silver, Gold, and finally Crown. What? Did you think that there will be a new mortal currency since this is a cultivation world? No no no of course not. Did you think the people here live in a foreign reality?

You can't expect them to invent new elements so they can be used for mortals as a currency. No one really cares about mortals here since there is a large number of them in the Universe. So as I was saying, 100 Bronze=1 Silver, 100 silver = 1 Gold, and 1000 Gold= 1 Crown.

Of course, Crown is made from compressed Gold so the mortal kings and the Royalties in the mortal dynasties have something that separates them from the ordinary mortals.

This is all for mortals, as the cultivators from this Universe, they use Gin stones. They are divided into high, mid, and low stones. There are also Top Gin stones but they are only available to the people at the top of the pyramid of the Mortal Stage of cultivation, as after breaking the shackles of mortality, then we can deal with the currencies above.

It all depended on your level of cultivation to absorb them. I noticed that Gin came from the word Origin, So whoever named the spiritual energy like that was too lazy to think of a better name.

As I was recalling all this information, there is something that nearly slipped my mind, and that was the Universal Throne.

Where is it? When does it appear? What are the qualifications to sit upon it? And so on… Thousands of questions regarding The Throne but mother didn't tell me anything and there is nothing mentioned about it in the books.

'Hey System, do you know anything about that?' I asked the System residing in my body. The System has been quite this whole year since my rebirth and it didn't talk with me much except for a few times when it told me about not to try and absorb energy in the atmosphere or about it going in sleep mode for a while, something about the system is rebooting and it needs time to collect energy and information. But when I asked what information it is talking about, it totally ignored me.

[I can not tell you Host] replied the system in the same robotic tone.

'Why?' I asked in an irritated tone at that system that have been keeping information from me all the time.

[There are restrictions in the system preventing me from telling you certain information unless you learned it from an outside source or reached an appropriate stage in cultivation]

'Alright keep your secrets to yourself, Humph'.

That's how our conservation ended with the sound of someone coming here.

This newly arrived person has crimson hair, crimson eyes, and a cute face.

Who else but my sister Alina?

Asked my sister who I learned later that she was 18 years old, which unsurprisingly suited her bubbly character as a teenager, She is supposed to have joined the elite academy with other influential kids of her generation this year. Generation in the cultivation world doesn't mean people of the same age. so many people are older than my sister since my sister can be considered the youngest of the bunch.

I heard from her when she usually comes home, that this academy is of a neutral faction since it has many strong people from many Royal families and other big clans who send their princes, princess, and other influential kids when they reach a suitable age or if they want them to go adventuring with people of their calibre.

The academy is like some kind of sect of those novels or the sects out there in the galaxy. But the academy is made by the joint effort of the top factions of the Universe to be a place to sharpen them.

"Reading, a book"

of course I can't reply to her with a complete sentence with grammar because that would be weird and my vocal cords won't allow me to anyway since they aren't well developed yet, so I replied to her with my childish voice.

"Aren't you, our little family genius?" said my sister Alina while giggling.

I really have to try hard not to blush from embarrassment from what she said, but since I have no control over my body since this is a child's body, so I just blushed like an idiot and that made my sister laugh a little more.

After that my sister spent some time chatting about random stuff that happen outside the Palace, then she left me alone to continue my studies.

And just like that another 3 years passed.
