Chapter 10: Into Minecraft

I opened my eyes, and I was back at the mine.

The first thing I did was open F3. I was checking to see if any days had passed as I had left the world.

And none did. Well this is not a good thing. I was planning on building chunk loaders, and afk farms, so I can get a shit ton of resources while being in the real world.

I went up the ladders, and eventually reached my 'home.'

Now, I have a very basic plan. Make a proper food source, and find a village. After finding a village, I will move there.

The reason I wish to move to a village is fairly simple. Villager trades are the fastest way to become overpowered.

Oh, mining has been shitty lately? How about a fortune book? For 1 emerald, you get a fortune 3 book, watch mining become easy!

While I agree some villagers are scammers, I remember when I just started the game, I bought an efficient 4 villagers book for 60 emeralds, and I felt so proud.

But the basic trading halls will easily decrease emerald costs.

When I opened the house door, and realised it was morning, I decided to harvest the wheat I had, and re-plant the seeds.

I got 6 pieces of wheat, and I left them as is.

Then, pilled up.

Since there was no 'lag' in this world, I had my render distance at max, and piled up. This way, I will be able to spot a village nearby.

And I did!

Across the mountain I was, and near an oak biome, there was an oak village.

I decided to shift there straight away since I had nothing major in my base yet.

I took all the ores, wood and cobble I could. While I had to leave behind some cobble, I couldn't do anything.

So then began my trip across a mountain, to a village.

The first thing I did when I got there was kill the iron-golem.

While I did have plenty or iron, it was not enough for the farms I had in mind.

I then rang the bell, and trapped the villagers inside. Unfortunately, the village did not have a blacksmith.

It did have a librarian, and I decided to temporarily move into that place.

I got a bed from another villager house, and placed it into the librarian's house, and set my spawn.

Then, I put a couple chests down, and moved everything into it.

Now, I decided to open my grimoire to check for anything on it, and what I saw scared me a little.

[The player has been in this reality (a/n: including real world) for plenty of time now, and is ready for his first 'quest.']

[Quest: get 12 blaze rods

Time limit: 30 in game days

Reward 1: Logging out

Reward 2: 1 log in pass

Reward 3: 1 Randomized power

Failure: Trapped in game until next quest]

There was no accept button, it seemed like a mandatory quest.

30 days, it was honestly more than enough, I didn't need 10 hours to get 12 blaze rods, 1 hour was enough, and that was me being humble, and assuming I got a good nether seed.

Right now, I decided to make a villager trading hall, and get overpowered enchantments.

As of right now, I have 22 experience levels, I need a decent mob-grinder. 22 levels are going to get me nothing.

I also need book-cases, but they can be bought from villagers as well.

I then had my first sleep in this room.

I paid 15 iron to know this information, according to the grimoire, if I sleep, it just speeds the world up, and causes mental and fatigue.

(a/n: There is no physical fatigue)

After waking up, and killing a newly spawned golem, I found a near-flat area and dug a staircase down.

It was a 2 way staircase.

The reason I was doing this is because digging down, gets me resources while getting a job done. Sure it won't look nice, but that is for future me to think about.

After going down about 10 Y levels, I decided it was enough for now, and decided to dig a 20 by 20 by 4 hole.

After making that choice, all I had to do for now was ground, and I got it done in 2 days, and 1 diamond pickaxe, and 2 iron pickaxes.

It was at this point where I realised I should enchant before moving on. The reason I did not do so till now is because I did not want to waste levels on trash enchants, but now I have a plan.

I went into a house with 2 villagers in, and made them into fletchers.

After that, I got 2 stacks of wood, and did the stick trade.

For 32 sticks, I got 1 emerald, so for 2 stacks of logs, I got 32 emeralds and 5 levels, this took an entire day.

I repeated this for 1 more day, and was more efficient this time, and got 64 more emeralds and 6 more levels, putting me at 33 levels.

After that, I went to another villager, used the lectern I got from the librarian's house, and made the villager into a librarian. With this, I decided to get a fortune book.

I could have gotten mending, but I feel like at this stage of the game, I don't really have equipment which I want to keep long term for, and therefore fortune is the way to go.

It took me a day, and I finally got fortune 3 for 22 emeralds, which was decent for now.

I bought the book to lock in the trade, and repeated the stick trade method.

I did this until I had enough emeralds to buy 15 bookshelves, 1 for 9 emeralds.

After that, I made an enchantment table, put the bookshelves down and did my first enchantment on my pickaxe.

I also made a grindstone, gotta have one.

I got efficiency 3 only, which was bad so I redid the enchantment and this time got efficiency 4, unbreaking 2.

Since this was probably the best I can get, I made an anvil, running out of the iron I have, anvilled the fortune 3 pick, which was 8 levels.

...

(a/n: sorry if this seemed rushed, probably was, but I want to move on from this boring grind phase. Next chp will be more informative. Also, please vote in the previous chapter. Lastly, it is like 11.45 for me, and I am a student, so I usually won't upload at this time, so this is a rare one :)))

I am also gonna add one more option guys
