Kai's POV:

"I told you not to get cot!" I yelled at the two wolves before me. "W-we're sorry Alpha," Nick said, "Next time you will be punished," I said in my Alpha tone. "N-never again alpha," They both said. "Who has the intruder?" I said the full disapproved voice, even I heard it. "R-Ruby did Alpha". As soon as they said that name I was mad. I'm pretty sure my eyes turned black. I yelled in my alpha tone. "RUBY". I was full-on mad. She ran quickly to my office. "Ruby," I said coldly. "Y-yes Alpha". She said I can feel the sacredness coming off her with different emotions along with it. "Is there something you should be telling me?" I asked with a cold voice and glared down at her. "W-well we brought back a girl, she was so pale and we thought we can nurse her back to health then let her go because it looked like she hadn't eaten in days and she is only 22 years old and she-" I cut her off "Go to her and tell her to get out!" I roared with anger, I know that it was rude of me but a human, here? No. Definitely not. "B-but Alph-" She started to say but didn't finish when I glared at her. "Now," I said with a really cold voice. She ran out of the room in a hurry. Okay, I felt bad about what did so I got up and was on my way to apologize to her for being overdramatic. I started to walk away to catch her. I smelled a familiar scent. What's that? I thought to myself. I instead followed the sent. When it stopped I found Ruby talking with some girl, I hadn't seen her around here before. I walked up behind her, She was short but cute. Her hair was beautiful and long. "Who is this?" I said a little mad. "The wolvehunters spotted her in our territory the other day". Ruby said I knew she didn't want to tell her what I said so she acted like she didn't know anything. I looked down on her when she turned around to look at me. She was beautiful, She had light brown hair, she had dark brown eyes. She had round ears, which I believed she was human. She had been staring at me for about a minute and I smirked in my mind "Hello?" I said just to see her reaction. "O-oh sorry," She said. Her voice was like an angel, she had a sweet voice, I felt like I knew her forever. "What's your name?" I asked her. "Her name is-" I cut off Ruby by holding up my hand in her face making her shh. "I asked the young lady". I said a little angry because she knew that it was rude to talk out of turn. "Yes My apologies Alpha". She replied with respect and slightly bowed her head. The girl was confused, but I didn't want her to ask questions again. "So, What's your name?" I said. "M-my name is Ashely, Nice to meet you". Ashley held her hand out. "Nice to meet you, my name is Kai". I sook her hand. I was shocked because of the bond I felt with her. It's like I waited for her for years. Like she was the only one I needed, I felt like I knew her forever. I finally said "Mate."
