Baros: King of the Forest

I stared at the giant stag, awe filling my eyes.

"Come on Crimson, get your head in the game! This monster is far more dangerous than the little deer we have been eliminating!" Celos exclaimed, "Get your pyro spell ready, it might take a while for us to beat this boss!"

I readied my spell, and sent it flying at the stag.

"Thwack!" My spell hit the stag and forced it back a little. A damage of -712 appeared above its head. Compared to its 10,200 hp, the damage was small, but effective.

"Nice!" Celos exclaimed, whilst finishing his spell.

However, this joy was short-lived as the giant stag dashed at me. I barely had enough time to thrust my staff in front of me before getting sent through the air. A damage of -800 appeared above my head and took away almost all of my 1,000 hp. If not for me throwing my staff up in time, I most likely would have died.

Right after this happened however, Celos' spell finished and two ghasts came out of the ground and started clawing at the giant beast, each scratch doing a little less than 100 damage, the gasts were able to pull off about 20 of these strikes before the stag finished them off. By this time, I had recovered and had sent another fireball at the stag. This time, however, at its legs.

"ANNK" The stag cried out as it fell. A damage of -992 appeared above its head.

"Good thinking!" Celos yelled, it's in a weakened state! Hurl all of your attacks at it! Now!!" He exclaimed as he started chucking many spirits and giant spirit balls of spirit energy at the stag while I was producing as many fireballs as I could. Before the stag could even go berserk, a pile of loot littered the ground. My exp bar started going up like crazy, before finally stopping at 73% of level 4, whilst Celos was 4% of level 5. My skill book also finally got to level 2, and my fireball skill got to level 2 also, obtaining a level 2 fireball skill along with unlocking my first cryo skill with my skill book getting level 2, was undoubtedly worth losing even 5 levels!

"Good job Crimson!" He yelled, "Lets go see our loot!" A greedy smile surfacing on his face.

Not regarding the giant pile of emeralds [Which were worth half a 50 copper coins (half of a bronze coin, basically a step down) , we collected several staffs, and a druid spell book. Not too mention the rare emerald bracelet that Celos got...

Additional skill- [Forest Guardian] (A giant leaf shield appears that can absorb half of your total hp)

Celos was ecstatic after obtaining this bracelet, jumping around like a little kid. We were both pretty tired, so we started the long trek back to town.

"You about to head to bed?" I asked him.

"Yeah, it's been a long day, but I had a lot of fun! I'm probably going to convert all my emeralds to in-game money, then sell half of it on the auction house to get some solars and keep the rest of the money for the game." He explained

"Wait. Hold on, did I just hear you say that we can sell these emeralds, and get SOLARS?! REAL MONEY!?" I was on cloud nine, if I did what Celos explained, I could get my life back on track!

"Yea," he started to explain, "For every bronze coin, it's about a single solar. From the emeralds you collected, you should probably be able to get around 400 solars!"

This time, I was like Celos when he got his bracelet, jumping up and down with glee. After I calmed down, I started talking to Celos.

"So, what's your name in real life?"

" Nobira, Nobira Hiroji. What about you?"

"Mo Fan. That's my name."

"Nice to meet you Mo Fan, want to meet tomorrow, same time?" He asked after we cashed in all our stuff."

"Yea, sounds cool." I said as we both logged out of the game.
