"The voice of the Majority is no proof of justice"

-Friedrich Schiller

After Beam made her statement, she went to her seat to watch the whole hearing process of Anong's case. It had been a long time since she had last heard about it, and she wondered if the news was accurate. When it came time for the defense to present evidence, Anong stood up and gave them the details of what happened during their fight. She was told that there was no physical injury on Anong's body; however, they did ruin ploy's future while seeking justice for her brother.

When it came time for Anong's testimony, he took his seat and looked directly at the judge who sat next to him. The two talked for a few minutes before the judge asked the prosecution for a brief recess. As soon as he left.

Anong stated, "Beam was right, I was in debt with his guy, and we did have a misunderstanding, I thought that I will just be staying here till I can pay all my debt with him aside from the motorcycle but I heard so many accusations online that I raped a woman, I don't take any substances nor any medicine to not to remember what I did but I really don't know why I was accused of rape." He said as his voice broke.

The prosecutor, a young man, stood up and said, "We will talk later Anong, we have another witness now," Anong nodded.

As Anong walked out of the room, he saw a tall and light-skinned woman in a decent dress and they crossed paths.

And it was aom's sister, the one who accused him.

After he walked into the interrogation room, his first thing was to call Beam and tell him that he couldn't make it.

Beam was surprised by his statement and told Anong that there must something wrong if he didn't want to go to the trial, the fact that they are making some fake accusations about him, it would be easier for them to win while anong was not there because no one will object the case.

But Anong refused saying that he was already prepared for this outcome and that there was nothing else that he could do, that he was just scared of what was going to happen. But the truth was, he wasn't just afraid of what will happen to him but more afraid of the effect that the incident would leave behind on Beam.

The trial began again and the jury came back with new evidence. They also testified about the video which showed how anong assaulted the woman, after that was over, they returned with another piece of evidence which showed where anong was the whole night. After the video was finished, Anong's lawyer Testified also using the pictures ploy had captured on her phone before she died.

Beam also testified about Aom's videos regarding her page about not speaking up to both of them, while in fact, she did tell aom to talk to her personally, but aom refuses and wants to use social media instead.

She even stated that as she was sitting on her chair at the courtroom she found a hidden camera that LIVES on aom's social media accounts.

In the end, it turned out that the only one who really knew the truth is Aom. Because she was the only person who actually knows that he raped the woman.

Beam also stated that "Ploy only found out that Anong raped a woman due to Aom in the school hallway after tweaking her hair, just because she didn't know what anong did."

After the hearing there will e another season tomorrow for the victim's testimony.
