webnovel

The start of the beginning.

Aaryn, having reached the pinnacle of power and becoming the strongest, found himself in a paradoxical state. The once insurmountable challenges that fueled his cultivation journey were conquered, leaving him with a sense of accomplishment but also an overwhelming sense of boredom. As he looked upon the world, time passing by without presenting any new challenges, Aaryn pondered the purpose of his newfound strength. What now? That single question turn the entire chaos upside down! Author warning!!!!!! Don't expect the novel to get good immediately; at least read until around chapter 50. Only after that will the story be able to develop. If you don't like overpowered characters, this might not be your cup of tea. There will be mystery, challenges, and things won't just be given to the protagonist. And yes, he will be the strongest from the start, but read the story to understand more. There will be romance and a harem, but don't worry, female characters won't be portrayed as headless fools, nor will every girl join the harem. This is my first novel, so I hope people can be understanding. I am also not a native English speaker, but I will try not to make grammar mistakes.

young master

Rahul's pov:

"Well, let's ask around to understand which lower realm we're in," I suggested. Rishi, however, dismissed the idea, claiming he had a way to discern our location. Curiosity piqued, awaited his to see how he will find it.

"Seera, scan this realm and provide information on its current affairs," Rishi commanded. Amaan and I exchanged puzzled glances, wondering what he was up to. Suddenly, a hologram materialized before us, displaying pertinent information.

For some inexplicable reason, I couldn't see the hologram's screen. Amaan, beside me, quipped, "Technology, bro, technology." After Rishi perused the hologram's contents, he turned to us and disclosed our whereabouts.

"From the information I've gathered, this lower realm is known as the Sablea Realm. Interestingly, it's divided into two parts: the human territory, ruled by King Aldric Ironhelm, and the devil's domain, ruled by Malgrim Voidrepper. Typically, lower realms have a single ruler, so this division is peculiar," Rishi explained.

"Why might that be?" Amaan inquired.

"Usually, by the time a lower realm encounters the Eternal Empire or vice versa, conflict ensues until one major race emerges as the ruling authority," Rishi clarified.

Unfazed, I remarked, "Well, it doesn't truly matter who rules. Any other information?"

Rishi nodded. "I've also pinpointed our location. We're in the capital of the human kingdom, specifically in the royal district."

I sighed in resignation. "I should have known. He drops us in the most open and dangerous place."

"What's our next move?" Amaan asked.

"I suggest we explore the capital. Since we're already here, we might as well have some fun," I suggested. "After that, I'll consider joining a sect or something."

Rishi agreed to provide information on the sects when the time came. "Sounds good," I replied.

"I didn't just want to rush into battle. I've been doing that for nearly a hundred years," I added.

"What exactly was that hologram?" Amaan inquired.

"I'm curious too," I chimed in.

"It's like a smartphone, but far, far, far better," Rishi explained, emphasizing its superiority multiple times. And it works on every realm which has been acknowledged

"I asked Amaan, 'By the way, why weren't we able to see the hologram?' Rishi said he had made it private, that's why."

"'Interesting,' I said. 'Well then, what should we do first? Any suggestions?' I asked. Both of them looked at me, and Amaan said, 'Rahul, you already know my ideas are not the best when it comes to group activities.' Rishi, embarrassed, added, 'Well, I also haven't done much, and I've never been to the lower realms, so I'm clueless.' I looked at them speechless, thinking they could give some suggestions, you know."

"I said, shaking my head, 'Well, let's first eat something. I'm actually hungry.' On that note, Amaan nodded vigorously, saying, 'That's a brilliant idea! I'm very hungry too, man. I'm not even sure how much time has passed since I've eaten.' Rishi simply nodded in agreement."

"I turned to Rishi and asked, 'Can you find a good restaurant for us to eat?' He said, 'Sure.'"

"'I found a good restaurant; we can go there,' he said. 'Do you know the way?' I inquired. He replied, 'Yes, I have GPS.' I should have expected something like this."

"After a few turns and teleportations, I don't know how, but there wasn't even a guard to see the teleportation. I have also read some novels, so I was aware of how in novels there are guards around teleportation to charge fees. Novels and reality sure are different, man."

"Amaan seemed to be thinking the same thing as me."

"Finally, we reached a high tower building. The building alone was huge, at the very least, I guessed 10,000 meters or something. It was 10 times the size of the Burj Khalifa. Once again, I marveled at the sheer things I had been seeing."

"I looked at Rishi and asked, 'Just where have you taken us?' He said, 'Well, this hotel is the best hotel in this realm, of course. Do you think I would stay in some shabby hotel?' He said in an offended tone, as if it would be an insult to stay anywhere less than the best."

"Amaan looked at him and asked, 'Why is he behaving like a young master?' We both ignored him. Truth be told, even I thought the same thing as him. After ending my training with Aryan, my pride has also multiplied by some level. So, I too wouldn't like to stay anywhere else but the best."

"Amaan looked at both of us, muttering to himself excitedly, 'So, are we finally going to slap some young master or something?'"

Amaan pov

The guard looked at us, but their eyes lingered longer on me. For a moment, I thought they might stop us or something, but I wasn't sure why. However, they didn't. They stepped aside, maybe because of our clothes – if I say so myself, our clothes were definitely far superior to what I had seen since we arrived. "Welcome to the Spirit Oysters Hotel. We welcome esteemed guests," bowing.

Rishi and rahul nodded to them. Seeing us do that, I too nodded, and we all entered the tower.
