CHAPTER ELEVEN ~Chanel

I don't know why I was feeling nervous preparing for school the following day. I still feel a little strange but I'm sure I will feel better soon. Mom slept in my room with me last night, always waking up to check on me. She didn't get much sleep and she have to travel this afternoon.

After adjusting my high ponytail, making sure it's tight enough, I brush my edges with a toothbrush, applying edge control. I carry my school bag, walking carefully to the car. Rémy is already there waiting for me.

"Move to the passenger's seat. I'm driving you to school today."

"Why?"
