Chapter 34: Friendly Competition 2
"So where are going to fight?" Emily asked
"Well we can use the yard it pretty big" Alex said
Both of them walked to the yard once the got there the started warming up there bodies.
"Okay I am ready" Alex said
"So am I" Emily replied smiling
"Then let begin" Alex said taking a neutral stand
"So you want me to attack first uhn" Emily said running towards him she true her first first but Alex dodged but another was already towards him he knew he had to take it head on so he blocked it with his hand and was sent few steps back.
"We haven't even started and I am getting beaten" Alex said
"I told you" Emily said
"Don't count your fists before start punching" Alex said
"Uhn" Emily was confused.
Using his super strength and stamina with the wind to make him faster than lightening he ran at her giving her punch which he knew she would block and she did do he tried to kick and punch her at the same time with his free part she easily stopped it but all of this was a distraction she suddenly let out a scream.
"Oh" Emily shouted when she looked down he gave her a flick on her head
"What was that even if I am a female you need to take this seriously" Emily said angrily
"Okay" Alex replied
Soon both of them started again. After some time Emily was having problem keeping up with his speed that she released one-quater of her cultivation base. Alex put more speed using air to the fullest he was trying to push her into using her cultivation base, after being frustrated for log she released her cultivation base all her status were multiplied. Both of them ran towards eachother as soon as their first clashed Alex was sent flying while Emily took four step back.
"One, Two, Three...." Alex Counted as soon as he got to three he blink to her back but this didn't go unnoticed by her as soon as she was taking the fourth step she shot to the air and her wings sprouted.
"Nice one I should be on my toe for that" Emily said
"Why don't we take this up a notch by magical attacks" Alex said
"Way ahead of you" Emily said
"Holy Piercer" Emily shouted suddenly white light surrounded Alex and started going at him.
"Element Guardian" Alex shouted and soon a big guardian was formed from the three different elements he had they either sent the light back or they caught
"I may not be able to beat you but I can take you down with me" Alex said with a devilish smile up his face he started blinking all around while dropping fire everywhere after dropping it he used his inferno power to raise the fire create a barrier.
"Fire barrier" Alex said they were now in a stage covered with fire Emily couldn't fly higher because the fire was scorching her wings.
"Even if I can't fly does not mean I can't fight" Emily said Alex ran at her throwing punches but she was dodging it he using blink to also fight her but she easily dodged after some time he jumped back.
"So are you not going to use your element?" Alex asked
"There is no need" Emily said
"Are you sure?" Alex asked again
"Yes" Emily replied
"Okay then any last words before you lose?" Alex said
"What?" Emily was surprised when she looked around she saw droplets of water
"Is just droplets" Emily said
"Think again" Alex said
"Wait droplets of water that Is patterned in a fire cave, what are you doing even if I survive what about you this is just a friendly competition" Emily said
"Well what do you think?" Alex said
"That this can't hold me down" Emily said smirking she immediately used her speed getting closer to Alex she hit a wall that wasn't there before.
"Tornado blade" Alex said and tons of air blade stronger and faster than air but Emily was guiding it but it was too much so she was moving back to create distance unknown to her that she was following the water pattern set after two minutes she finally realised her mistake but was too late.
"Water chain" Alex shouted then all the water gathered and chained her all of a sudden a magical chain appeared also.
"How did you do it?" Emily asked
"Well is all Cultivators this ignorant?, knowing my level and that this was just a friendly competition you decided to take it likely so I created water pattern also I used my mystic ability to create a magical chain though it not much of it since I haven't seen one before I only used my imagination I also told you to use your element but you didn't listen since you were ignorant in a real fight I may not be able to take you out with this but I will have enough time to escape alive" Alex explained
"Okay then say hello to my element, Heavenly Tribulation" Emily shouted
"I already calculated that if you are an Angel surely your element would be concerned with the heaven or Holy Qi so it should be able to break the fire but that my escape plan" Alex said
Realising everything was already planned she couldn't stop it now few seconds later a blue lightening that was fast and big it the fire it cancelled it but the fire repaired itself at this time Alex teleported outside before it repaired itself he then created a explosion.
"Water Explosion"As soon as Alex said this the water chain on Emily body loosened and exploded as soon as the explosion reached the barrier it created a double Explosion more powerful this time after everything died down Alex walked up to the stage.
"Looks like I won" Alex said
"Hmph" Emily snorted
"I didn't even use all my skills" Alex said
"Now can we go on a stroll?" Emily asked
"Yes" Alex replied
