Chapter: 341: Memory 2

"Here, have an apple." She muttered, handing it to him. He stared at the apple, pursed his lips, and heaved a sigh. and yanked it from her.

"It's not like I am taking it because you asked me to." He shrugged and turned to the other side of the bed, biting into the apple.

"I also bought a candy bar for you. Do you want it?" She asked in hushed tones.

He looked at her with a poker face. "I don't want it." He stated slowly.

"It's useless talking to you." She grumbled, grabbed the bag from the floor and dropped it on top of the closet next to his bed.

Raymond was running into the hospital. He didn't know how to feel. He was lost.

He halted in front of the hospital room. He wanted to go in there and talk to her. He thought he would tell her in great detail the feelings he had for her and the terrible waves of emotion that bombarded him all day, every day and all night every night.

He walked into the room and saw her in front of him, looking cool and calm.

He rushed to her and stood in front of her. He let out a big sigh, thinking of what to say.

"Are you a mute? Speak up." She babbled.

"I..I am sorry Daisy, for all the things I have put you through. The humiliation you had to face because of me, the force allegations laid against you by my parents, the hardship you have had to go through because of me. I am sorry." He said blinking back the tears in his eyes.

Daisy was flabbergast. She was lost for words. She wanted to speak, but no words came out of her mouth. She wanted to pour out her rage and anger at him. She wanted to hit him on the chest and curse him, but she was standing there like a stick.

"Talk to me, Daisy, and tell me if you've forgiven me." He inquired.

Little Ryan was confused, staring at them. He wanted to call his hero, but he felt there was something they needed to settle between themselves, so why interrupt them? 

Suddenly, the door flew open and Mrs. Louis walked into the room.

"Please talk to me. I want to know if you have forgiven me. I want to hear your sweet melodious voice. I want to..." Raymond couldn't complete his sentence when Mrs. Louis tugged Daisy away from him.

"So you have finally come to your senses and you think my daughter is some cheap slut you can throw yourself at whenever you want." Mrs. Louis ranted.

"To be honest with you, I love her. I want to make her part of my life. I want to take care of her and my child." Daisy cut in.

"So it is all about Ryan, the first thing you care about when you regain your memory is Ryan," Daisy chuckled and shook her head.

She sauntered over to Ryan on the bed and hugged him.

"Ryan is mine, not yours." Daisy declared, grimacing at him.

"You heard her, so get going." Mrs. Louis said, pushing Raymond out of the room.

Daisy has started 🤦 why does she like playing hard to get? I wonder what Raymond will do to gain her heart. Sorry for posting late there was no light.
