Chapter 160: Cook

Daisy stepped out of the bathtub, and they put a white robe around her shoulders. Daisy put her hand in the robe and tied it around her waist. One of the maids handed her a small towel. Daisy took it from her and started using it to pat her hair dry. She paused and looked at them.

"I want you to go and spy on Sofia and report back to me." Daisy stated, staring at one of the maids. She bowed slightly and walked out of the bathroom.

Daisy walked out of the bathroom and walked to the wardrobe. She opened the wardrobe and started going through all the clothes. They were just too perfect that she couldn’t choose the one she wanted to wear.

"Choose for me, will you." She stated, looking at the maid. She shyly moved closer to Daisy and picked up a pink high-low dress for her to wear.

"Thank you." Daisy beamed and started putting on the clothes.

She finished wearing the clothes when her phone started ringing.

"Give me my phone." She declared. The maid handed her the phone immediately it was Chris calling.

"Go out for a second." Daisy stated, staring at the maid as she walked out of the room and shut the door.

"Hello."

"How are you? I want you to come to my house let’s have some fun." Chris stated.

"I can’t have some fun, I am supposed to be at work, remember?" Daisy muttered.

"I know, but I don’t think you will be going to work anymore since you are living with a billionaire now." Chris remarked.

"So you want me to leave home just to go and see you?" She asked.

"Of course I am your boyfriend, don’t tell me you are letting this whole fake marriage thing get into your head, I missed you a lot. I want to see you, kiss you, feel you under my hand and…" Daisy cut in.

"Enough of the daydreaming. I think I will come see you another time."

"I can’t wait any longer." He protested.

"You will have to wait, Chris, you are not a baby," Daisy stated when she started hearing a knock on the door.

"I have to go now." She muttered and hung up.

"Come in." Daisy commanded.

The maids walked in and looked down immediately.

"The lady wants you downstairs." The chorused. Daisy raised an eyebrow.

"To do what?" she asked bluntly.

"To prepare food." One of them muttered and the other one hit her with her hand.

"Cook, is this some kind of a joke?" Daisy stated. She inhaled and started walking out of the house, and the maids ran after her.

She walked down the stairs. There was no one in the living room.

"Where are they?" Daisy asked, looking at the maids, and they looked up, using their heads to point at someone. Daisy looked in the direction they were pointing and sighted Sofia. Sofia walked up to her and grabbed her hand.

"Come with me to the kitchen." Sofia said, dragging her to the direction of the kitchen. Daisy didn’t want to fight, so she followed Sofia to the kitchen.
