Chapter 10

I followed Simon. I wear my cap and shade, he do shopping with his wife and my eyes never left on them. I saw him grabbing something from his pocket—a phone, he signaled her wife who was busied talking to the sales lady while holding the clothes. Simon excused himself and walked out to the boutique, with his two bodyguards. I followed him as he walked to the hallway and stop to the stairway. I walked slowly and secretly injected his back with an overdose drug and walked away.

I stopped and watched him rolling down on the stairs. His guard ran instantly to save him, I take off my cap and shade, went back to the mcdo. On my way I saw Alys on the boutique, she was scanning the clothes the lady gave her.

I passed the botique and heading to the mcdo.

"Kiari!" Oh! that's Alys's voice and I looked back and saw her walking up to me. She's smiling and she hugged me.

"I miss you." She mumbled and I nonchalantly hugged her with my single hand and let go of her from that hug.

"What are you doing here?" She asked to smile brightly. But my attention caught by the ambulance and quickly ran. I'm sure they are going to pick his dead body.  I looked back at Alys and Shake my head.

"Tss." She hissed and rolled her eyes. And she grabbed my hand heading to the mcdo. I looked at Selina she was looking at us but when she saw I was looking she quickly looked away.

"Uhm what's your order Kiari?" She asked me and I shook my head. She faces the lady and the lady looked at me stunned. I looked at her with burning gazed and Looked away addressing to Alys. I looked back at Selina and I startled that she wasn't there anymore. I roamed around my gaze but I can't find her.

"Hey, Kiari are you okay?" Alys asked but I didn't mind her. I went outside the mcdo and looked for her. I can feel the heat rising inside of me and I'm sweating.

I got back to do and saw her. Quitely sits there and scrolls on her new phone. I instantly walked to closer to her and our eyes fixated on each other. I'm catching me breathe and she looked at me confused.

"What hap—" I cut her words.

"Where have you been?!" I asked her deeply dark yet there's a presence of worry and frustration. I  furrowed.

"I pee." She said guiltless. I nodded and she continued doing her business on her phone.

"Hi! Kiari where did you go?" Alys asked me furrowed. I didn't mind her questioned and she sat on our table. I sat beside her, and I looked to Selina she was looking at Alys.

"Who is she?" Alys asked pointing at Selina and Selina looked at her and smile a little. She was sad.

"Oh, I remember holy sake she's the angel," Alys said surprise.

Selina was confused about her and she stared at me. I stared at her blankly and I shrugged.

"Uhmm Hi." She said to Alys and mildly shy.

"So what's her name?" Alys looked at me. And raised her eyebrows.

"Ask her," I said blankly and grabbed my phone. Alys smacked me and I looked at her she rolled her eyes.

"So, angel what's your name?" She asked the confused Selina. And Selina smiled at her munching her fries.

"I'm Selina." She said looked down.

"Well, I'm Alys!" Alys said and giggled. Selina nodded at her.

"Oh by the way tomorrow is the opening of my boutique maybe would like to come," Alys said eating her hotcakes.

I looked at Selina and She looking at me waiting for my reply. I sighed and nodded.

"Okay." She said and drinking her soda.

"Great!" She exclaimed. "Anyway, I have to go." I stood up for her to pass, She hugged me and I hugged her back. Selina was looking at us and quickly looked away.

"Bye! Kiari bye Selina." She waves her hand and walked out of the mcdo.

Selina stood up and looked at me.

"Let's go." She said nonchalantly and not looking at me. She walked fast and I followed her.

We get in the car and I could feel there's something wrong with her. She kept avoiding my gaze and she doesn't talk. I didn't my her and drive back to the condo.

I don't know why I feel this way. And I hate this feeling when I saw kiari hugging to that girl Alys.

I thought he's a bad boy and ignore everyone around him. And barely make friends with someone. But looking at his when we are in mcdo he didn't seem to mind, and he felt comfortable with Alys.

I feel embarrassed and guilty, the girlfriend is here and her boyfriend is sleeping with someone and lived in the same condo and house. And the worst is her boyfriend bye me a phone and treat me at mcdo. Oh no! what if she says I'm slut? like that!

I need to the moved house immediately. My Mom didn't raise me just to be called slut and any profanity.

But the feeling of being Insecure to Alys still lingered. She's pretty, sexy her boobs are big and she's classy. While here I am, daughter of kiari's maid. My life sucks! My mom died and I left behind chased by demons. I can't leave with the same condo with him anymore the thoughts kills me.

"Uhm... Can we head home right now?" I asked him, He was driving the care straightly forward gaze. He didn't actually care he always looked at me with that expression blanked.

Maybe he's mad. I looked at him he nodded and did a U-turn.

He didn't talked much, I don't know what's running on his mind.

We got home and I get off of the car. And walked up inside, Cilia ran towards me and looked at me from head to toe.

"Why?" I asked her. Why she's looking me like that? I furrowed.

"What happened? Are you alright?" She asked for some stuff and check my body. "Know what kiari came here yesterday he was looking for you. It was tensed his gone berserk." She said and grabbed me in my room. I looked at her shaking my head but she walked closer it seems like she was reading my mind. She sighed in relief.

I planning to take a bath but the thoughts of staying her while kiari had a girlfriend crossed my mind.

"Hmm, Cilia. Mind if ask you something.?" She looked at me furrowed.

"Yeah sure." She said and sit of my  bed.

"What would you feel when you live with one place with a man that's in a relationship with someone? like he has a girlfriend or boyfriend like those instances." I ask her and she seems surprised.

"Well, I don't feel anything since I don't live in one place with someone who has a girlfriend." She said seriously and she shrugged. I took a deep breath, I really need to move house staying here definitely ain't good.

I need to find a job and a house to stay in an instant.

"Hey, why do you ask me like that kind of stuff?" She asked and raised her eyebrows.

"Nothing," I said defensively.

"Really?" She asked not convinced. I nodded.

What if I ask for her help? Maybe she could help me. I looked back and she was looking at me.

"Hey Cilia, Can you help with something?" I asked her.

"Something what?" She asked confused and start wiping the shelves

"I'm planning to move out," I said and she literally shocked. Her jaw dropped but soon she managed.

"What?!" She shouted and I immediately covered her mouth.

I signaled her to shut up and she nodded. I removed my handoff from her mouth "Why?" she whispered.

"I—" the door opened and Kiari peeps on my room. Our eyes fixated on each other but I instantly avoid he's burning gaze.

"Master..." Cilia said and stood up looking at me.

"What happened?" He asked deeply cold. And he was annoyed.

"I'm...s....sorry Master for—" Cilia said trailed off. So I cut her words.

"Nothing we are just talking," I said. not throwing glances on him and he closed the door.

Cilia sighed in relief.

"Thanks, Selina. That was close." She said smiling.

"Welcome. But can you help me?" I ask here and she just examined my face.

"Why are you planning to move out?" She asked cuffufled.

"I think staying is not good. Especially kiari had a girlfriend." I shrugged and she nodded.

"So who's that lucky girl?" She asked me about her idiotic behavior.

"Alys," I said nonchalantly

"Oh! Miss Alys the classy." She said surprise. " Yeah, she often visits kiari here before." She said.

Does she often visit kiari? but now she stopped? I don't see her visit Kiari anymore. Maybe because I was here?

" By the way how can I help you?" asked arched her brows.

"I'm looking for a house for rent and a Job," I said furrowed.

"Okay. I know where you can rent".She said smiling brightly.

"Where?!" I asked her I was excited finally I can give Kairi' s peace.

"8th street my Auntie owned a house for rent there." She said  I smile and nodded.

"That's great! So now I need to pack my things. Apps no! I need to check the house first." I said. She looked at me like she wasn't agreed with me." Why?" I asked her.

"Master let you move out? " She asked frowned. I shook my head in an instant.

"He doesn't know about this," I said and her jaw dropped.

"He will look for you." She said.

"I'll tell him when everything is settled," I said and she nodded.

"Okay. I need to do the laundry. Just call me if you need anything." She stood up and walked out of my room. I laid in my bed and sighed.

I groaned and slowly opened my eyes. I grabbed my phone from beside the table and check the time. It's late I wake up at 8: 15 Pm?!

I get up and walked down hope that Cilia's still awake.

I walked heading to her room. I did a few knocks and she opened the door.

"Yes?" She asked slept and she yawned.

"Let's go? I need to go to 8th street and see the house." I said almost whisper.

"Okay I'll wear my jacket, You know it's extra cold outside." She said and I nodded.

She goes out and wearing a cap and jacket.

"let's go?" She asked and I nodded.

"Let's sneak out," I said and she nodded.

We sneak out of the house slowly. We stopped near the gate, Uh-oh the there's a guard standing there.

I looked at Cilia and she raised her hand giving me thumbs up.

She walked to the guard and she talked to him. What the hell she hugged him and she signaled me to passed immediately. I walked fast without making any sound. And when I get out Cilia let go of him and she said thank you.

"Oh, I just gonna throw the garbage outside." She said to the guard grabbing the black huge plastic bag. And walked outside, And she put the plastic and hold my hand and we ran.

"That was close," I said catching my breath. She winked at me.

"I'm Cilia I do impossible stuff most of the time." She said cockily and giggled.

The cold night made me shiver.

We walked on the street and there are few people walking.

"Whooo," Cilia said and shiver slightly. "It's cold." She said shaking.

"Yeah," I said shaking from the cold too.

We reached the 8th street and Cilia knocked on the door.

The door half-opened and the man appeared.

"Good eve.yes?" He said.

"Good eve. I'm looking for Jessy." Cilia said and the guy opened the door.

"I'll just call her. She's upstairs." The guy walked up and I roamed around the house. It's good.

"Hello! my beautiful nice!" The girl exclaimed she hugged Cilia. She must me Jessy.

"Good thing you visit me." She said and Cilia smile brightly looking at me and Jessy too.

"Who is she?" Jessy asked furrowed, I don't like her aura.

"She's Selina. Where are looking for a house for rent? I brought her here maybe you have an extra room for her." She said and grabbed my hand.

She nodded and showed us the room and told me about the monthly payment. And it's mildly costly but all I need to do is to find a job to pay for the rent.

And after the reservation, we walked home.
