4. I am a Uzumaki

Just as the atmosphere in the room turned heavy.

"Yes, Danzo we should leave this matter in Kushina's hand and do you think there will be any problem with both of them keeping an eye on the boy?" came a third voice as the door of the room opened and a man in his late fifties wearing normal clothes walked into the office.

"Lord third" greeted Minato, revealing the identity of the man to be the third hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi.

"Lord fourth" he returned the greeting and sat in the chair next to Danzo.

Danzo as if knowing that he could not obtain the boy, clicked his tongue in frustration and changed the topic.

"The Uchiha's dissatisfaction has increased, as they believe their leader fugaku should have been selected" he said looking at Minato, in fact he was also dissatisfied with this decision as he had recommended for orochimaru to be the hokage.

"Give it time they will come around, and Minato's accomplishments in the previous war are for all to see." replied the third hokage.

'If we keep waiting we won't know what hit us', Danzo thought as he believed that both the third and now the fourth were too soft, which would one day lead to the downfall of the konoha.

"Okay, lord fourth, hiruzen I will get going as I have to oversee things" he said and left the room.

The room fell into silence once the man left before Hiruzen broke the silence, "So, what did you call me here for, I believe it is not because of Danzo" he said looking at the duo in front of him.

"Kushina-chan is pregnant" announced Minato with a happy smile on his face and the serious atmosphere in the room turned joyful in an instant.

Aiko climbed the stairs towards the first floor following behind the fox-masked ANBU, when he suddenly detected a gloomy aura full of ambition and darkness above him.

As he looked up he saw a man with bandages covering his forehead and right eyes wearing white robes, walking down the stairs with a wooden cane in his hand.

The man also looked up and both of their eyes met, Aiko saw a look of recognition which turned into frustration which was also quickly hidden as his eyes gained a stoic look.

The mark indicating the man turned red for a second before going to a lukewarm yellow colour, making Akino suddenly realise that a person with good control of their emotions could technically fool the system.

Then they both averted their eyes and passed by each other heading towards their respective destinations.

They stood in front of a closed door and the ANBU member knocked on it thrice. "Come in" came a calm voice from inside the room.

Once inside the room, Aiko was shocked by the chakra intensities of the people present in the room, the yellow haired Man sitting head of the table had a calm aura around him giving people reliable feeling, the woman standing next to him had an identical red hair as himself had the largest amount of chakra he had seen till today, her aura was fiery as a fire, but there was something dark sealed deep inside it confusing him, the third was a old man sitting with his back to Aiko and he felt a aura of someone who seemed to have been in power for a long period of time.

"Lord Third, Lord fourth and lady kushina" greeted the ANBU going down on one knee.

"Ah, just in time" said Minato, giving a small smile and all the peoples gazes focused on Aiko

The ANBU got up and handed a file to the hokage, who after reading it nodded towards the woman who smiled happily.

"Aiko, from your blood we have found out that you have the bloodlines of the uzumaki clan, the same as my wife Kushina here, would you like to live here in konoha with us?, I would suggest that going out with your condition is very dangerous as there are a lot of powers still coveting uzumaki bloodlines" said the man called lord fourth seriously looking at him.

'Ding! Do you wish to stay in konoha with Uzumaki kushina?'

-yes

-no'

A notification popped up in his mind, surprising him.

"What is the Uzumaki clan? Do you know anything about me?" asked the red-haired boy as he was lacking in this information due to his memory loss.

"The uzumaki clan was the leader of the village Uzushiogakure, they were disbanded with most of its members hunted down and scattered due to its destruction, but konoha has always been an ally to the village" answered the third surprised by the calm behaviour of the boy.

Kushina had a sad look on her face, even though she had migrated to Konoha at a young age, that was still her clan making her very sad and angry.

Aiko sensed the change in woman's emotions and also felt a feeling of loss when he realised that he really might be all alone in this world.

"So, what do you think?Kushina can be your guardian at least until you can provide for yourself" asked Minato again.

Aiko nodded his head after thinking for a bit and selected yes in his system, but there wasn't any more changes, and he thought, it was the most advantageous action for him at the moment and the dot representing the woman was the darkest shade of green he has seen till now, showing that she meant no harm.

Once that was settled, Minato asked Kushina to take him to the house he would be staying at and watched her drag the boy excitedly out of the door.

"Kakashi, I have a mission for you" said Minato towards the fox- masked ANBU who was standing by the door silently all this time.

"Yes, lord fourth" replied the man removing his mask, he had spiky white hair and defined face, with a blue mask covering the lower half of it, he wore his forehead protector in such a way that it covered his left eye.

Minato sighed at his cold response and tasked him with watching over Kushina and protecting her from the shadows during her pregnancy, which kakashi accepted and left to follow them.

Only the two hokages, one old and one young, were left in the room.

"The boy was very calm and he seems to be a sensor type" mused the third

"Yes, but there wasn't any abnormalities or seals found in him, so it might be his character and kakashi mentioned that he sensed two ANBU members following him on his way here" replied the Fourth

"Then he will be a good seedling" chuckled the third, both of them were firm believers in the 'will of fire' and were happy to see potential young people and didn't doubt that the boy would develop a sense of belonging to konoha after staying it for some time.
