Grounded and Isolated

I ran to the mirror in bathroom and checked my
neck. I saw a red bruises . I don't know from where they came from I took off the ring and sat on my bed trying to remember what happened in the club .
No one opened the door until late night. I
constantly heard yelling from downstairs but they
were all muffled. Dad is angry too.
Dad came in my room with dinner. He
placed the dinner on the table and left. he didn't
even talked to me. I'm feeling like crying.
The next few days were worst. They took my
phone and laptop. I was grounded. I wasn't even allowed to go to college , No one talked
to me. Dad just came, put the food on table and
left, everyday.
Dad talk to me please" I called him when he
entered my room.
"You know the rules Hazel,
You have to stay away from girls until you get married ."
He said with no emotion
Dad please list-
"Don't tell me that you don't know who gave you those hickeys"
"Dad ,I got those Bruises because I fell unconscious"
He was shocked
"I am so sorry. I should never have gone to that
club. I hugged him.
"You went to club ? " He asked angrily
I told him everything
'I'm glad Tom was there with if I caught you again going to club ever again you will see wrath of your mother and she won't be lenient next time '
'I'm sorry dad' I apologize
"I will do whatever you will ask me to. I won't go anywhere without telling you . But Please don't ignore me."
"No . Its okay." he consoled.
On the Friday night, my dad asked me to join
them on dinner table. I was happy
But they both were ignoring me and it was hurting me.
"I will do whatever you ask me to do. Please talk
to me." I pleaded.
"you are going to be married soon." Sneered Mumma .
I looked at her . dumb fold
"Sunday morning at 10 am, be prepared she will
pick you up, you are going on a date.
"What?... No. I don't want to get married so soon.
Mumma please." I sobbed but in vain.
