" Traitor in the higher-ups." She shouted shocked by the discovery.

" And why would any higher-ups who enjoy their lives here would do anything to risk the safety of the city? " Claire asked confused.

" He doesn't want to put the safety city in danger." Capricorn said and Claire sighed in relief.

But Capricorn hasn't finished sayong what he wanted to say," He wants the utter destruction and annihilation of the City."

" What?" She shrieled in dismay.

" Now you know why you won't be given all the hidden intel. This information shocked you anf you cannot even cover your emotion.

You are pretty unexperienced secretary, Ms. Aberdeen.

You don't have complete control of your emotions and from your actions since you entered the room, i can concure that you will be suspicious to every bureaucrats and people with power in the city.

So I feel that as an old friend of Daniel, whether you are adequate and professional enough to deal with such level of sensitive intel which shocked even me, Ms. Aberdeen?" Capricorn asked her.

Although it seemed like he was arguing and scolding her, in fact he was coming to terms with the message that Daniel conveyed to him.

' It seems that the deep waters of the city must be disturbed after all.' he thought to himself.

He has a sense of anticipation for the chaos he is mostly likely to unleash on this city.

' It has been too long since I went fishing in troubled waters. And you gave me the perfect opportunity to do so. You really are a great friend. Always giving out the best gift. '

Capricorn was a two faced man. What he really thought and what he said are always confusing. He had mastered tge way of confusing others with his actions.

None of his actions have any relation with his goal or objective yet when these actions are taken into account in a grand scale, then the true goal is revealed.

Daniel was one of the few out there who could understand him and hence the two had sone common topics to discuss and talk about.

And through these, they become good friends with each other.

" Damn, old man the kid even discovered their is a traitor among the group. He is fast. I don't know how he did it. Do you have any clue ?" Lance asked Principal Roger.

Old man Roger didn't answer his questions as he was in thought. He himself didnt know how he knew that there might be a traitor among the group.

He doesn't remember revealing anything that might hint Danuel in his current task and suddenly his brain clicked, " Task".

" What do you say, old man?" Lance heard the principal murmur something and so he asked what the old man said.

" We did mention this, Lance. We revealed it to young Daniel about it at the very beginning itself when we gave him the task objective." Roger explained it to Lance.

But Lamce was still confused about when this was really mentioned. " But old man at the beginning, we mentioned only the task, demography of the Duravel city as well as it's topography.

No other information was revealed to him. Or was there some hidden message you placed in his office to give him some hope and let him have some minute chance of success." Lance accused the old man of cheating a little on the bet to help his new favorite student, Daniel.

Although Lance's accusations was only a joke, Frank doesn't take it kindly and hit him right at the back of his head woth his right hand heavily.

Lance was rubbing the small swelling he acquired from his teacher's hit and he said softly," You still hit as hard as you do back in those days."

" Of course. I haven't slacked in my training and practices as two of my students did in the past. " Frank said with slight anger in his tone.

Lance appeared guilty and just looked down at his feet and tried to defend himself," You know about what happened to me in the past and how I lost my hands.

That lose it took a long time fir me to recover and my students dropped down astronomically after that injury.

If it wasn't for Carol support I don't think I could have recovered from that mental blow. I owe her way too much."

This managed to calm down Frank and he only said one thing about this matter," No human is invincible no matter how strong he gets. He will have ups and dowms in his life and it depends upon him on how he overcomes those situations.

Many spend their whole life trying to overcome the mental trauma, those type of incidents leaves in them , but some lucky ones because of the care of their loved ones manage to get over it quicker.

You are lucky to have her by your side. Don't make her wait any longer than you already did. She is your sun. The one who will guide you and help you gain even higher achievement you jad before your injury."

" Don't worry old man. I won't make the same mistake twice. I will never leave her alone again. " He said with great determination.

His determination broughtba small smile on the principal's face.

"And enough of these dragging you always do, get back to point. How did he know that their was a traitor in there who objective is destruction of the city. " Lance asked his mentor.

" Before I tell you how he knew that I want to see what letter did, young Daniel send for his Minister friend." Frank said curious about the letters content.

Glossory 4 :

Thunder hound:

Shape: Similar to a Vizsla breed woth a thunder bolt mark on their body.

Size : about 2 metres tall and 3-3.5 metre long

They aren't known for their size or defence. Their defense is weak as any grade 2 weapon could bring them down easily no matter they are grade 4 or grade 5.

But they are lightning fast and are often found in groups of ten. They don't have much number . They buy energy quicker and hence they require large amount of food and hemce they are often hunting.
