"Your Highness, the British government has agreed to provide us with a support of £55 million in value or other industrial equipment. This funding will be paid over ten years, with an annual share of £5.5 million," Minister Andrew explained with a smile. "Prime Minister Robert has agreed that we can choose the resources or industrial equipment we need for this support. In theory, apart from strategic technologies and industrial equipment of the UK, we can exchange any industrial equipment and resources for this support on an equal basis."

"Can we also exchange for naval technology?" Arthur asked with some interest.

British naval technology was one of the main factors that kept the British Navy ahead of the world, along with a huge investment in the navy and a two-power policy.
