"Why should I bow before that man?" asked a kid. "He's a top aristocrat of this kingdom. Kid, we're low class-men, born in lower class families. Archery Class!

"Are you all done conversing and whispering?" the head administrator Kang Hyun Woo asked in a loud voice. All the students stopped speaking. "This year a new teacher has entered here to teach you all archery, sword fighting and horse riding. Meet Instructor Cheung Shin," pronounced Head administrator Hyun Woo.

Hyun Woo turned to Cheung Shin and told him to continue the class who thanked him. After that head administrator left from there.

Cheung Shin pinched the skin between his brows. "Aish, I have to teach these newbies. Above all there is a man who has seen my face. I have to make sure that he will not say that thing to anyone," Cheung Shin thought.

"What is this instructor doing?!" muttered Sung Tae.

"Okay, let's start this class," said Cheung Shin in a loud voice. "Before starting this class, I would like to tell some important things. Please abide by those things.

I do not like who talk while I speak.

I want results from every student. Yes, I do not fail students so work hard to get a pass because if you are failed to do then, I will make that student work more on himself.

Keep these two things in your mind. If anyone has questions he can ask," asserted Cheung Shin, looking at all of them.

No one spoke anything. "Interesting! If no one has questions it means everyone here knows everything," Cheung Shin stated and slightly smiled. He then turned to his right when the servant handed him a bow and an arrow.

"5 points are important in archery. First is having a Proper Stance. Your feet must be in a line towards the center of the target." He aligned himself in the middle of the target.

"Second, put the arrow in the bow on the arrow rest. Concentrate on your target as if it is the only thing in front of you," he declared and did the same.

"Third, grip the string. Either two or three fingers you can use. Generally three are used. The grip must not be too hard or too lose because it can either lead to breaking of bow or missing of the target," he asserted.

"Fourth, Draw the Bow." Saying this he drew it out towards his face, one eye shut to get hold on the target.

"Fifth, Aim the target. The center should be the aim and the last step, release the arrow." Saying this he released the arrow and it directly hit the target, straight in the middle. The arrow traveled so fast that it was invisible for many.

All the students were surprised to see that. "Whoa! His skills are like a military general," muttered Sunwo. Lee Eunshi smiled seeing Eunho. "She has chosen a nice name for herself- Cheung Shin and her skills have refined in all these years," he thought with a slight smile on his lips.

"So, who will be the first one to try this?" Cheung Shin asked.

No one speak anything. "Then should I choose?" Cheung Shin asked. All the students agreed.

"You, come here," Cheung Shin said, pointing towards Yoon Shik.

"I- I?" he stuttered, pointing his fingers towards himself. His eyes were blinking as he did not expect this.

"Yes, you. Do not make me wait," stated Cheung Shin. Sunwo pushed Yoon Shik ahead. "You can do it," he whispered and slightly smiled. Yoon Shik gulped and then went towards the platform. He picked up a bow and an arrow from the table and went near Cheung Shin.

"Do not stare at me. Your target is there," Cheung Shin stated, pointing towards the round wooden target. Yoon Shik hands were trembling as he never picked that thing in his life.

"I should have taught him that," murmured Do Yeong worriedly.

"That Sangmin does not know archery. He will fail," Chan Sul said and smiled.

Yoon Shik did what Cheung Shin had told earlier. As he released the bow, it hit the ground a meter away from him. Students started laughing seeing that. "Yoon Shik, you are worse than a kid," said Ro Sang Pil loudly and laughed along with other students.

"Why do you not try?" Cheung Shin said loudly.

"What?" he mumbled.

"Yes, come here and show me what you can do," Cheung Shin stated. Ro Sang Pil quickly come to the stage and then grabbed a bow- arrow set. He aimed at the target and released it. It missed the center but it hit at the second innermost circle. Everyone clapped for him there. He was smiling widely when Cheung Shin said, "This is worse than I expected. The aim was at the center."

Ro Sang Pil looked at him in disbelief. "Do not stare into your Master's eyes. I might take them out," stated Cheung Shin sternly.

"Make a group of ten students. At least three aims you all have to give. Failed to do so will lead to no lunch meal," declared Cheung Shin loudly.

Ro Sang Pil went down the stage. Yoon Shik too turned to leave when Cheung Shin said, "Where are you going? Did I tell you that you can leave?"

Yoon Shik turned to him. His eyes were lowered. "Practice harder than them. As I told you I do not fail students so it's better you to get a pass," stated Cheung Shin and threw the bow towards him. Yoon Shik caught it and looked at it.

Cheung Shin then walked past him, down the stage. Yoon Shik on the other hand picked arrows from the table and started practicing. Total eight groups were formed and the students started coming and tried to get at least three central aims.

Yoon Shik on the other hand was struggling holding the bow and arrows properly. Do Yeong went near him. "Yoon Shik, hold like this," Do Yeong told him. Yoon Shik nodded and tried doing that.

"I did not permit to converse," Cheung Shin said loudly. Do Yeong and Yoon Shik looked at him. Yeong hit at the perfect center and left the stage. Yoon Shik smiled seeing that when he saw Cheung Shin was glaring at him.

"It seems you won't her lunch meal today," Lee Eunshi said in a low voice to Yoon Shik.

"Hmm," Yoon Shik hummed.

"You are happy about this?!" whispered Lee Eunshi and aimed the target three times in just a few seconds. "He has such a refined archery skills," Sunwo thought, looking at Lee Eunshi. The students continued aiming for the center and everyone hit the central target before the lunch meal time except Kim Yoon Shik.

The three drumbeats were heard which indicated that it was a lunch time but because Yoon Shik could not complete the task he was not allowed to it. He looked at his hand which had got marks of the strings and it was giving him pain.

Cheung Shin finally came back to the stage once other students left the ground. "You will fail no matter how many times you are going to try," proclaimed Cheung Shin.

"Why, master?" Yoon Shik asked.

"First the way you are standing; second your eyes are blinking too much; third the way you are holding the bow and arrow and fourth you are not concentrated enough." Cheung Shin explained Yoon Shik everything.

He then went near him and then grabbed his both arms. He kicked at his feet. "Open them," he ordered. Yoon Shik did so. He pulled him slightly towards him. "You must stand in the middle of the target. That way you will best view of your aim." Yoon Shik was nodding.

"Hold the bow tightly," Cheung Shin said. Yoon Shik tightened his grip around the bow. "You are not meant to break it. Hold it firmly but in a way that pressure won't be to much," he said loudly. "Now, put the arrow," Cheung Shin said.

Yoon Shik then pulled the string when Cheung Shin hit at his hand with a wooden stick he was holding. "Ahh," Yoon Shik screamed. "Do not hold it too tightly. It will break at this rate," he asserted.

"Forgive me, master," Yoon Shik said. Cheung Shin made him hold the string and then told him to aim the target.

"What are you seeing?" Cheung Shin asked.

"Ten circles master," Yoon Shik replied.

Cheung Shin chuckled upon hearing his response. "You are far away from your aim." Cheung Shin pronounced. "You must see the center," he then stated.

"It is tough as it is my first time, master Shin," Yoon Shik complained.

"So?" mumbled Cheung Shin.

Yoon Shik closed his one eye and focused at the target from the other. "Release," said Cheung Shin commanded him. He did so but it did not reach the target. "Continue the practice till the sunset," Cheung Shin stated. Yoon Shik turned his gaze at him and then lowered his eyes.
