Chapter 15

Sherlock began preparations for the next test. It was a tough one but it was doable with practice and patience.

Sasha would be required to teleport herself to another imaginary place. It didn't matter which place but it did matter that she were able to transport Sherlock with her.

The plan was to locate Sherlock's old friend, get to her, protect her, and teleport her from her captures into a safe space.

Sherlock enter a state of calm, "You need to focus for, Ehhh, this. This could be, Ehhh, a very big, Ehhh, problem if it, Ehhh, goes incorrectly."

Sasha nodded, "Where do I take us? Is there a set safe space? Do we just go into outer space?"

Sherlock shook his head, "No, no, Ehhh, no. It is all up to you. You get in, Ehhh, and get her out, Ehhh."

With her eyes closed and her imagination running wild Sasha placed her palms together and willed herself to teleport with Sherlock to another place.

When she opened her eyes they were in a Russian jail surrounded by smelly old men and armed guards, "This is not, Ehhh, where I, Ehhh, imagined Sasha."

Quickly and efficiently, Sasha closed her eyes and pressed her palms together again as the prisoners closed in.

She opened her eyes again and was back on the couch again, safe and sound.

Sasha had an idea to test herself more, "Aaron, come here please!"

Aaron came trotting downstairs with a look of dumbfound curiosity painted all over his face, "What's up Sis? You practicing magic down here with a talking parrot?"

His sarcasm did not fall on deaf ears, "As a matter of fact, I am. I need to try something and see what happens. Can you just go and stand in front of the fireplace?"

Aaron hesitantly walked in front of the extinguished fireplace and waited for some wildly crazy magical experience.

Giving final directions, "I want you to hold a hostile feeling inside of you. I want that feeling to be towards me. Anger, I need real anger."

Aaron chuckled but agreed and began to focus on the time Sasha broke his brand new Xbox controller.

His rage filled him and changed his face to a cherry red. He was hot to the touch. The anger of his brand new Cyberpunk Xbox controller being destroyed devoured his guts.

Sherlock and Sasha could feel the heat radiating from his body, "Alright Aaron, here we go."

With two hands pushed out in front of her, Sasha focused on Aaron's forced rage. Every part of her brain was put into changing that anger into another emotion.

The heat in the room suddenly began to dissipate. Aaron's cherry face began to peach back to normal. He suddenly released his tensions and felt a severe dose of happiness running through his body.

Aaron perked up, "What did you do? How did you do that?"

Sherlock chirped, "Sasha, Ehhh, your hands!"

Looking down to her palms, she and everyone else noticed a distant blue covering the entire surface of her hands and fingers.

She couldn't feel her hands at all but she did not panic. With a quick mental action Sasha thought of having normal sensitive hands.

It was as simple as that.

Her hands were healed and she had successfully changed Aaron's emotional state. She was feeling ready for the rescue mission.

Getting there could be a problem though.
