The mark

She was about to hit her again when Tyler grab her hand, she was in so much pain, she wanted to hit kellen until she is satisfied ,she wasn't expecting kellen to betray her, she know about her and Nick but she never expect her to want her dead so she could have Tyler 

She stare at him, he is too handsome, he has the look every woman desire but she never expect her friend to get this greedy over him that she would even try to kill her.

It was just so unbelievable 

She can't believe the kellen who tried to kill her is the same Kellen who has always support her 

"What have I done to deserve that from you kel, you are like a sister to me, how could you do this to me despite everything we've been through" crying

"Le..."

"Get out of my sight, I don't want to see you" coldly

She knew leah for a very long time but not for once have she ever use such tone to talk to her, she had no idea why she became so jealous of her own bestfriend that she tried to kill her, she is so ashamed of herself,  She did all sort of despicable things just to hurt leah but leah have always love and protect her

"Am disappointed in you kellen" said in displeasure 

Kellen could not utter a word instead she bow in head in shame as she wept bitterly, regretting her action. She wish she could turn back the hands of time, she would have make things right.

Tyler was waiting for leah's decision, she looked way too angry that he even wondered if it is due to the pregnancy or broken trust

"Wife?"

"Uhh..." clench her fist when staring at kellen "Throw her in the dungeon, she shall not be given what to eat or drink until I gave the orders" gritting her teeth

"Leah!" Screamed in terror

"Take her out of my sight this instant" look away, her heartache at the sight of kellen being dragged away, she angrily brushed her tears away

She have always love kellen, it was Kellen who was there for her when she lost her brother shane, it was the same kellen who has been helping her in so many things.

Why did she become like this?

Tyler stare at leah, she was in deep thought, he understood how she felt, kellen was like a sister to her being betrayed by someone like that hurt beyond words, he pull her close to him and encircle his arms around her, burying his face in her hair, sniffing every scent of her,  kissing every part of her face, he flinch when he saw the mark on her neck.

Mark of Hades?

Impossible 

Is he hallucinating? He checked again and saw the mark still there on her neck.

"What is wrong ?" Staring at his confused face

"How did .....you ge....t this? No ....how lo...ng did you have this mark?" Trembling in fear as he stammer

"Uh....it's been there for sometime now" confused 

"No....no" broke down in tears, he knelt before her and wrapped his arms around her waist 

Please wake me up from this nightmare, it can't be leah, it just can't be the woman I love

"What's wrong?...why are you like this?" Nervous

"Why does it have to be you? Why does it have to be you my wife" grieving in so much pain

She don't know why he was acting that way, but for some reason she was scared, he is so broken right now that all she could do was to console him without asking him the reason, she will ask him when he must've calm down. She was already scared of the sudden chill and dark atmosphere, his emotions has created, she gasp in fear when she saw the cloud outside, people were running in fear for their lives.

This is dangerous 

She had to help him control his emotions, he has never been like this, she wonder what is wrong with him, is he crying because he thought the mark is painful 

"You need to stop please" pleading

"Why does it have to be you?"

"Please Tyler get hold of yourself, you have to calm down please" held his face

"Why does it have to be you wife, of all people in the world, why YOU!" Thundered in anger 

She could see his eyes turning black, she wondered why that mark is affecting him, she shouldn't have scratched her neck if only she knew he will be like this over the mark her fingers left on her skin

"What the hell are you saying please talk to me" confused

"That mark on your neck" helplessly 

"I got it while scratching my neck after a terrible nightmare, there's absolutely nothing to worry about, am fine as you can see" turning around

He stare at her with so much pity, this was the first time he is staring at her that way, he held her chin covering his mouth against hers before pulling away, she could feel his tears on her face. 

Why is he acting this way?

Why is he staring at me with so much pity?

It's unlike him

"I will be back"

"Where ar....."

He didn't wait for her response, he hurriedly left her presence, right now he want to be with hades. He want to know the reason why he chose leah 

Why would hades want him to kill his wife and unborn child?

He will never hurt his wife, why does it have to be leah? 

Why her?

What does she have to do with hades?

"Why her?" He screamed in pain

Ariana hurried to leah's chamber when she heard the news about kellen's betrayal, she found her deep in thought, she wasn't aware of her presence, she knows it's because she is still in shock about kellen's betrayal 

"Leah" hug her

"Anne"

"Am sorry you had to go through all that, you will be just fine I promise you"

"Yea" worriedly 

She kept wondering why kellen would want to kill someone as wonderful as leah, she doesn't deserve such hatred from someone like kellen. Leah have always shown her nothing but pure love and in return for her good deed, she got betrayed by the person she consider as sister

"Do you have any idea what this mark is?" Pointed at her neck

"No, did you have a tatoo? It look so beautiful on you"

"No, your brother freaked out after seeing the mark, he doesn't look happy at all...." she flinch when she saw the lightning 

There was a thunderstorm and whirlwind in the forest, looking at it she know it was Tyler, have she anger him? What could be the reason behind this emotional damage.

Could it be because he met tasza? Definitely not

He start acting strange after seeing the mark. She is sure it has something to do with the mark.

All he could see was darkness, the cold feeling that always render him helpless, he knew where he was, he was eager to meet hades.

"Surprise!" Laughing in satisfaction 

"How could you?"

"Ohhh you were not expecting the one I chose to be your beautiful wife right?"

"I will never spill the blood of my wife"

"Then your parents soul shall perish, you will never see them again" threatened

It was a difficult decision but right now leah is all that matters to him, he will never do anything to hurt her, she light up his world when it was filled with nothing but darkness and now he want to take away that light from him, he will never let hades have his way.

"I will NEVER kill my wife" stubbornly 

"Oh boy, you will" laughing

"What do you mean?"

"What will happen if the soul of the one in this world is trap in your wife's body?" Laughing 

"How could a god like you do something so despicable?"

"You can't change that fate, I have chose her, she belongs to me. She is mine" obsessively 

How dare him ? Leah will always be mine and mine alone, I don't  care if hades is a god but I won't allow him take leah away from me

"No! She is MINE!!"

"You already accept the offer, there is no turning back and trust me, your wife will be MINE "

"Never, she is MINE and will always be, no man or god will claim her, because she belongs to me and me alone"

"You know nothing boy, I can control you and we already have an agreement, there is no going back" coldly
