CHAPTER THREE

I can't stay here for another minute, I can't be her, I will never betray my home or give my body to a man, neither will I marry a devil which I did, but never will I be here to be his wife. I did the first thing that came to my mind I fled out of his room and ran to God knows where, I was in a room where I found ropes I sigh in relief as I threw it across the window and held it as I close my eyes, swinging down the window.

Thank God for mountain climbing lessons, I succeeded in landing on the ground, my hands were aching badly but I didn't care, I took off running away into where I don't know, gosh damn it my leg hurts badly as I ran deep into the bush believing that no one will notice am missing but I was wrong when I saw the flashes of light and heard the horses whining

"Damn it" I muttered as I hid behind a tree closing my mouth firm so I won't make a sound as I tremble in fear. I kept closing my eyes and forcing it to open perhaps I did find myself at home but nothing happened

The men seem to have gone far when I came out of my hiding but I bumped into something strong, my eyes widen when I saw him glaring at me as if he was going to kill me, his eyes were red but immediately changed. Gosh damn it perhaps am imagining things

I was going to run when he roughly grab me and pull me next to him, I was trembling as his hand rest on my waist

"How dare you try to escape!!" He flare as the ground shook at the sound of his voice, the birds flew away in fear while the winds starts to blow heavily as if it was going to blow her skin away

"Please let me go!" She cried helplessly as her tears kept flowing

His voice was calm so was the wind as he roughly grab her hair in his hands, she gasp in pain as he muttered roughly

"You dare not run now that you've got what you want"

"No"

He roughly pushed me as I fell to the ground, he got on his horse and asked me to come to him, I was hesitating to take his hand as I remain glued on the ground, I won't go anywhere with him, he frightened the hell out of me, he gave me a warning look as he glare at me, he look irritated.

"Come here for the last time Leah!"

Well, am Leah and I won't give up, am not their leah and fuck her wherever she is, I squeeze my hands as I stretch my hands towards him only to threw a handful of sand at his face.

He hissed as he cursed in a foreign language as I took the advantage of his momentarily blindness and push him off his horse and got on it as I let the horse ride me away, goddamn it, I can't ride a horse I have never tried it but then the horse stopped

"Come on horse! We need to go help....."

I didn't finish my statement when the horse shriek pushing me off as I fell to the ground, I tried to stand up but I couldn't, my ankle is broken and so was my left elbow

"Damn you! Gosh damn you!" I cursed the horse as I glare at it, my body tense when I heard movement, I turn around and realize we are surrounded by wolves, I was afraid not realizing when I stood up and stand before the horse, am trying to protect the horse or was I looking for someone to lean on

Then I heard a foreign language when the wolves were ready to lunch their attack, my legs were trembling as I clung to the horse. The wolves fled away all of them, I began to tremble after knowing I am his prey, the man is too powerful that both nature and animals listen to his command.

I couldn't run, my hand clung tight on the horse rein as he moved towards me with one swift move, I was staring at his pissed face when I felt the sharp pain on my cheek, I fell back as I held my cheek, the pain was too much I have never been hit this way, my cheek was on fire as I remove my hand from my cheek then I saw blood, yea my blood.
