Your POV

Natsu: I see your rocking fire magic too Romeo

"I've noticed him using it before you guys arrived."

Romeo: Look I can even make cold flames!

"I'll have to learn that one. Kinda cool knowing I can still learn the art of fire."

Romeo proceeded to light his hand I to a purple flame

Lily: What's this one?

Romeo: This purple one can stick to anything, and I got this funky one that smells like dragon farts!

"My tolerance for any type of smell can be thanked to my wind magic"

Lily: You two have a strange gift.

"Well, the stranger the gift the more exciting to see what it can be used for."

Gajeel: If you ask me romeo, you've already classed out your old man.

"By the way gajeel, since we've finally get to talk. I'd like to get to know more about your power."

Gajeel: If you insist, ask away.

"For starters, I was told by natsu that you're also a dragon slayer. If you wouldn't mind telling me what kind of dragon slayer you are that would be great."

Gajeel: I'm the special "Iron Dragon Slayer" like natsu whenever I eat iron I can replenish my energy.

"I take it since you're iron based, you prevail in physical conflict rather than ranged?"

Gajeel: That's about right. If you ever need proof you can take me on yourself.

"I'd prefer to keep my jaw intact."

He gave a slight grin before natsu spoke up

Natsu: Hmmm wait I've smelt that fire before...

Happy: Yeah I think I have as well!

Romeo: Don't tell my dad but I've been taking magic lessons from master todamaru.

Gajeel: Get out I didn't know he was teaching.

Natsu: man that sure takes me back I still need to taste the rest of his colored flames, Sweet fire buffet here I come!

"You're a bit too addicted with fire, ever think about just eating normal fire?"

Natsu: Where's the fun in that?

*Shrug* "I don't even know, just don't say I didn't warn ya when you accidentally eat some yucky fire"

Romeo: Sorry but I don't think he's too keen on seeing you Natsu.

Happy: Wow shocker.

Makarov: I've gotta admit Macao, I didn't think you'd be willing to wear the big shoes.

Macao: Well they never quite fit me well. Let's just say I was keeping them warm for ya. And now that your back I can enjoy a stiff drink.

Makarov: Oh and here I was thinking about letting you keep the position.

Macao: Are you serious!?

Macao: Maybe I could drink and be master...

Wakaba: I don't think this is the best decision you've made but I think it's kinda funny.

Makarov: me too *snickers*

Erza: You married!? C-Congratulations when did this happen!?

Alzack: About six years ago.

Bisca: Sure wish all you guys could've been there poor thing nearly passed out when I proposed it was adorable!

Alzack: Did you have to bring that up...?

Erza: *gasp* How could you get married without me there!?

Elfman: Looks like Erza blew a fuse...

Mira: I can't say I blame her I'm bummed I couldn't be there too.

Lisanna: That's wonderful do you have children?

Bisca: We have a daughter.

Alzack: Yeah we named her asuka.

Over with Wendy she was getting her painting done by a fellow guild member. Seeing her reaction was pretty funny.

Wendy: *shaking* Is this what I think it is

Johan: I tried to imagine what you would've looked like seven years older and that drawing was the end result.

Wendy:*Shakey voice* my chest

Johan: Hmm is there a problem?

Over with the cats also known as "exceeds" had their painting taken for what they would've looked like 7 years older.

Carla: My this is horrifying!

Lily: Why am I wear a loincloth?

Happy: You know we were gone for a really long time I wonder if any of the other exceeds got worried about us.

Lily: Doubtful, exceeds have a different sense of time than humans I find it likely that our absence was even noticed.

Happy: Oh yeah...

Carla: I suppose that's comforting.

Wendy: it's not fair why does reality always crush my dreams like this?

"Reality is often disappointing. Plus uh that's... Just a theory who knows what you'll actually look like in then years. How exactly does one comfort a kid about this sort of thing?"

Wendy: You wouldn't understand...

Jonah: Uhhh is there someone wrong with the picture I liked it.

Wendy was ready to speak up when I covered her mouth with one of my hands and spoke up.

"Oh you know, kids have expectations and what she's looking at probably isn't what she's looking for."

I proceeded to drag Wendy away to prevent any further issue.

Makarov: I must say kinana it looks like the past seven years have treated you well .

Kinana: That's so sweet of you thank you master.

Makarov: So tell me, have any of your memories come back yet?

Kinana: No nothing so far I wonder why. Although there are sometimes when I can hear someone calling to me. "Let me hear your voice" they say and sometimes I feel as if I know them, they're so familiar and gentle.

I was finally done handling Wendy when the guild doors opening.

Kinana: Welcome may I help you?

Jura: Wonderful it seems the rumors were truem

Elfman: Who are these bozos?

Mira: I think I know em.

Sherry: Hello my lovelies! I'm glad to hear your deaths exaggerated!

Jura: You appear to be in great health.

Jura looks over to you as he held his hand out offering a handshake

Jura: I don't think we've met what's your name?

"You can call me Y/n, pleasure to make your acquaintance fellow wizard."

Yuka: The sentiments a little redundant when they haven't aged in seven years.

"Big eyebrows!"

Lyon: You've barley been back two days and you've already trashed the place.

Gray: No way!

Lucy: No way it's Lamia Scale!

Max: Blue Pegasus and Lamia Scale helped us search for tenrou island longer than anyone else would.

"For a possibly dead group of wizards they sure kept their optimism."

Erza: We appreciate it.

Gray: Well I guess we owe you one man.

Lyon: While I'd love to take you up on that but I've got seven years on you and I'm not the kind of guy who takes advantage of children.

Gray: Yeah yeah, rub it in...

Later

Sherry: So you see, things haven't been completely bad while you were taking your seven year siesta in that time Lamia Scale climbed the ranks to fiore's second best guild. No hard feelings right Lucy?

Lucy: Second huh... is pegasus number one?

Toby: OH YEAH REAL FUNNY THOSE LAME WADS!

Yuka: Oh boy here we go, Toby you're embarrassing yourself again.

Jura: Now toby's wild rant aside, we're just glad to have you back with us.

Toby: That's right!

Gray and jura looked at Lyon who was looking at juvia

Lyon: My God I never believed in true love until now...

Lucy: Wow I don't think he's playing around!

Juvia starts biting on her hands while thinking to herself out loud

Juvia: Oh no, the love triangle has become a love maze!

Lucy: What a healthy imagination.

Guildarts: So anyway guess which lucky guy found out he's a dad!?

He proceeded to hug his daughter "cana"

Guildarts: Come on give papa some kisses!

"If only I had people to dote on me like that..."

Warren: Come on do they think they're seriously fooling anyone? And Y/n don't start being depressed!

"No kidding, this whole reunion is a mess as of now."

Wendy: She definitely takes after you.

Lily: I agree she kinda reminds me of Wendy in a way. Tiny and adorable.

I stopped myself but it was too late. Wendy proceeded to run away in tears hearing the terrible comments

Wendy: You dummies! I'll never forgive you!

Lily: Huh what'd I say!?

"Great going Lily..."

Lily: Hey you thought the same didn't you?

"Well...uh not exactly"

Later at Lucy's apartment, Lucy's POV

"Man I cannot wait to soak in my own bath again!"

I open my door and my landlord was standing on the stairs

"Crap it's the landlady"

You: Just how long was she standing there?

Lucy: You're here too!?

You: You don't have to sound surprised.

Landlady: I heard you were back miss jeartfillia I hope you and your pocket are in good health cuz you owe me seven years of rent 5,888,000 jewel

I went wide eyed and my jaw dropped and so did y/n's. He then placed his hand in my shoulder. Awe he's willing to help me even though we basically just met?

You: Lucy don't worry. If we sell that body of yours you'll make the money in no time! I'll even sell mine!

"Forget I said anything."

Landlady: I'm not letting you inside the apartment.

On the streets

"5,888,000 jewel how am I suppose to get that kinda cash, can't go to the guild for help..."

You: Just know, I can't spot you since I'm also broke.

"Uh yeah, I'm aware."

Back at the guild

Wendy: T-That was all the money I had...

Loki: We'll just consider the rest of it as a debt

The rest of the female guild members were also depressed

"The girls staying in fairy hills also had to pay seven years of back rent too, guess we'll all be broke together. But I'm seven years we missed out on so many important things. Romeo has grown into a young handsome wizard, jet and droy have gotten older and wider, bisca and alzack are raising the next generation of the guild, and besides all that everyone is recovering from guildarts and canas bombshell. makes me think about my dad. Poor guy it's been seven years since he's heard anything from me he must be worried sick. Maybe it's time I payed my old man a visit. You know Y/n, this might be the first time I've actually missed my dad, pretty silly isn't it?"

You: What did you not like him before?

"It's pretty complicated"

You: Don't bother asking him for money.

I was pretty annoyed with that comment

"I wasn't gonna!"

You: I'm kidding I'm kidding

I chuckled at his defensive side

Back to your POV

You: Hey aren't you exaggerating a little bit much

Natsu: No seriously I can't handle it

Right about now I was running behind a carriage while noticing natsu's unusual behavior. Turns out he's bad with vehicles.

Lucy: Question why did you guys have to tag along with me

Natsu: Cause our piggy bank is full of moths right now!

Happy: We thought daddy Lucy might know a good fish quick scheme that'll save our butts!

Lucy: It's called a get rich quick scheme!

Lucy: And I don't understand why you even need one last time I checked you didn't rent a house.

"Huh? Where'd they stay then?"

Lucy hesitated before answering

Lucy: In my house...

"You invited them right?"

Lucy:....

"Uh-huh..."

Natsu: That stupid safe ran off while we were stuck on tenrou island!

Happy: And it took all of our food funds with it how are we suppose to eat now!?

"Probably feared a arsonist and a talking cat."

Timeskip

Lucy: Excuse me ma'am may I ask you something?

Woman: yes ma'am.

Lucy: Do you happen to know if Mr. Jude heartfilia will be coming in today he's still registered here isn't he?

"I can't imagine what Lucy's dad looks like."

Woman: Would you be Jude's daughter by any chance?

Lucy: Yep!

The woman gave a sad look

Natsu: There a problem lady?

Happy: Is he out sick today?

Lucy: Do you have his home address?

"Maybe a phone number."

Woman: Um actually, I'm very sorry to have to tell you this but Jude passed away a little over a month ago it was a a shock to all of us.

I couldn't see Lucy's facial expression but I could tell her heart sank. Like to the deepest level of the ocean.

Later

Right Me,  Natsu, and Happy watched Lucy who was infront of you holding flowers infront of her dad's grave

Lucy's: The weigh of seven years keeps piling on.

After that sad event we left and we're walking down a path with Lucy ahead of us.

Happy: Lucy?

Natsu shook his head telling happy to keep quiet. You whispered to the both of them

"It's best if we stay quiet, obviously she's down in the dumps. Anything we say now will only make things worse."

Conveniently two women walked down the same path as us while talking about how they hated their fathers and whatnot. Obviously me and Natsu looked over to Lucy who was just standing still.

Natsu: What's the matter with you are you loud mouths really that dense!? Read the mood!

Girl: wow rude much!

2nd girl: Yeah like who care about reading?

Natsu: Shut up! Just get lost would ya?

"One day you two will understand the value of family so until then, scram."

Happy: Yeah scram!

Girl: Yeah we already were leaving, by the way your dog stinks!

2nd girl: Yeah talk about a total creep. And what's with all the belts? Do you like have no fashion sense or anything?

"Oh I'd kill her if this wasn't my own world."

Lucy: Cut it out you guys...

Natsu: Come on Lucy, you heard those two.

Lucy: Sorry for putting you through a this trouble.

Happy: Are you gonna be okay Lucy?

Lucy: Yeah, I'm just shocked about my dad that's all. I'll be fine, I know a few years have passed but it feels like I saw him alive and healthy a couple of months ago so it's hard to accept that I'll never get to see or speak to him again. It's weird, when I think back I never really got along with my dad when I was growing up and the thing with phantom certainly didn't help with matters. But then after what happened in acalypha I truly felt like my relationship with him changed for the better. It's just like him to work himself sick, guess it was too much this time. What bothers me most is that even though I feel sad and I miss him, I can't cry. The tears just aren't there, does that mean in the end he meant nothing to me?

Natsu: No of course it doesn't I don't know how to explain it but I do think think whether you cry or not means you care any less about him

"Regardless of what he might've done in the past, he was still your father. You must feel something, otherwise why bother with all this?"

Lucy: Thanks Natsu and thanks Y/n you're right, I know that I already feel better.

Timeskip

Before Iheaded out with Lucy I was asked to meet up with the former guild leader Makarov so I agreed not knowing what I was getting myself into.

Me, makarov, erza, and mirajane were at the twilightogre guild having a "discussion" or so I hoped.

Banaboster (Twilight orge leader): I'm done playing games old man I ain't got nothing else to say to you mkay? There ain't no way I'm gonna back down to you and your guild until you have payed the dept you owe me!

Makarov: I would like nothing more than to pay you, but I'm sure you're well aware of the fudential runt we found ourselves into.

Mira: Your business records have a lot of holes in them, it makes you wonder if we're paying you more than we owe.

Erza: Would you care to explain that?

Banaboster: You tramp! Are you accusing me of fraud or something?

Makarov: Not at all you can be assure that we will pay whatever we owe with proper interest someday.

" "Someday" he said."

Banaboster: You starting to try my patience you little pissant!

Makarov: Forgive me that came out wrong. What I meant is that we should start by renegotiating our interest rate.

Banaboster: What? I don't negotiate with debt beat who rough up my boys and can't pay their debt capiche? You think you're tough little man but I'll make you pay for being disrespectful. Me and my boys gotta reputation to uphold.

Makarov: Understood we only came here to discuss money but we can discuss your reputation as well I have no problem telling you what I think.

Banaboster: You wanna wear seaman's shoes you old geezer?

Makarov: Get paid back for what's owed. If memories serves, that's twilightn ogre's creed. Looks like an eye for an eye!

Erza: Indeed and when you think of it in those terms you owe us for 7 years of property damage and abuse.

Mira: So it seems you owe us, it's only fair that we get paid for every clean during that time.

The tone in the former guild master's time changed. In all honesty it was definitely intimidating.

Makarov: The suffering my children endured in your hands all the years. I wasn't there it brings tears to my eyes you hear me? So if it's war you want it's war you're gonna get!

Mira and Erza had auras around them and everyone looked scared including you and then Erza and Mira started destroying the guild and everyone in it.

"Oh fuck I gotta get out of here!"

Outside

Macao: Good grief.

Wakaba: Well I didn't expect them to go into diplomatic root in the first place.

Macao: I'm surprised they held off this long.

Wakaba: You know them, going to work here and there makes the past 7 years seem like nothing more than a bad dream.

Macao: I couldn't agree more.

The door busted open and I threw myself out of the guild

Wakaba: Natsu, Happy what are you doing here?

Macao: Are you guys gonna join the brawl!

"Eheheh, I wouldn't if I were you. It's dangerous in there, plus it's seems everything is handled."

I couldn't help but give off a nervous laugh

Wakaba: Don't, the last think we need is a fireball on our hands!

Natsu: Well after Y/n and Lucy split up with us I headed this way.

And they continued to walk with you joining them

Wakaba: What's up with them? Even the rookie seems off

Macao: Beats me.
