Amelia sat down carving herself some new arrows from trees which were cut down and dipped it inside her mixture of silver and wolf bane, she looked at the map she had stolen from the pack's school library. She had made a promise to her father to always carry on the family's legacy no matter what and was not breaking that promise

It had been twelve good years since she stepped foot in that land, a part of her felt nervous, but she had to be brave just like her elder brothers always told her

being the only girl among four boys, Amelia did everything with them. Though she was little but don't underestimate her, her brother taught her how to fight off anyone that tried to mess with her just so when they weren't around she could defend herself, and she did indeed follow their orders and every move

It was crazy how she was the only survival in the family and ever since then she has been under the care of Rita; a former maiden in Loki's chamber, but she died due to childbirth with the baby five years ago

It had been tragic for Amelia but her last words to her made her stand strong and never to give up in her dreams, Amelia continued on her journey towards her home but was suddenly attacked by three rogues

"look I don't want..." One of them growled at her

"What is a pretty girl like you doing in the woods?" One of them said checking her out

"I wouldn't do that if I were you" she said and the last one tried to touch her

"You don't have a wolf" Charlie; the smallest among them sniffed her

"Get her boys!" Jett; the eldest among them ordered, and they shift into their wolf form

Growling at her Charlie launched towards her from behind catching her off guard, and she fell to the ground with some bruises

Just as Charlie was about to bite her arm off she poured a little among of her mixture in his mouth and he dropped on her immediately

Tyler took a step back as he perceived the silver and wolf bane. She moved Charlie off her and hid the mixture in her bag

Pulling out an arrow to aimed towards Jett who was smiling at her. He thought it was just a normal arrow, and he will heal immediately but boy did he go crashing on the ground and screaming

Tyler stood in his wolf form without moving, looking at the wolf in that position Amelia set her arrow down, and he bowed in submission

She walked closer to him and tried to place a hand on his fur, but he moved back in fear

"Relax I'm not going to hurt you unless you're looking for trouble" Tyler sat down as she played with his fur

He stood up and walked towards a tree, but Amelia didn't go towards him because she had seen his a lot of times, when they shift back they become naked, so they go behind trees to wear clothes

"What are you doing out here?" She turned around and looked at him

His long blonde hair brushed to the side with his finger, his beautiful emerald green eyes stare down at her with a small smile on his face

"Going home" she answered

"Home? The only building you can find here is the one the king and family use to leave in, so are you lost?"

"No, that's where I'm going to"

"That's your home?" He sounded sad rather than confused

"Yeah"

"When was the last time you went there?" They started to walk towards the path

"When it all burnt into ashes, but I promise I'll come back to carry on my father's legacy"

"Hold on a second, Rose?" She looked at him and nods

He immediately attacked her with a hug, but she was only confused. Did she know him? Or is he just playing with her?"

"I'm not breathing" he let go of her immediately

"Jeez I thought you died"

"Well obviously I didn't, but I really can't remember who you are"

"Of course you don't I was always that weirdo in school who had a thiny tiny crush on you, but your brothers will kill me if I come up to you"

"Hold on a second, you're the rascal I beat the shit out of because of a misunderstanding"

"Yep!"

"Oh my God come here" she hugged him,

"We were not friends, but we sure have terrible memories of you and I beating each other up"

"Not to mention my brother beating you because you made me cry. Jeez, its been so long"

"Tell me about it"

"Where have you been?" He asked

"Alpha Loki took me from here the day of the fire and put under the care of a maiden, but she died due to child's birth and the child died too. It was sad, but I had to let go and be the maiden that I am in his chamber. Loki knew his position doesn't work on me but have no idea whose daughter I was because they believe didn't believe that the daughter of a king could be wolfless"

"I'm sorry about that, but can I ask you something?"

"Yeah, sure"

"Your mother died when you were born, right?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Did any of them ever told you what your mum was?"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean the world is filled with so many supernaturals maybe your mum wasn't a werewolf rather a vampire, which, fox or anything"

"It is possible for two different species to be mate?"

"Yes Amelia, it's possible"

"They didn't tell me much about her when they were alive because they thought I would blame myself for her death which I did for a period of time but since then they never told me anything about her"

"Perhaps we should ask gran Willow"

"Who is that?"

"To tell you the truth, the day of the fire she saved me from it and that was the first time I saw her, and she took care of me. She knows a lot about our pack, perhaps she knew your mother"

"This place really is wrecked up" Amelia stared at the fence of her home with a fallen gate, the whole place was a mess

"Not really wrecked up, a part of the pack wasn't burnt"

"Where?"

"The cemetery and it's house. That's where me and gran Willow live"

"Take me there"

"Now you have to be very careful, there are a lot of broken glasses that keep multiplying every day somehow"
