after waiting 20 minutes ned came out looking extremely upset he looks at me and smiles a bit he says "the king is dead and I've been claimed regent until joffrey comes of age"

"yes I guessed so if robert was one thing it was predictable give me 10 minutes I'll round up my 200 men and we will go tell my dear sister"

he surprisingly nods and asks to go with me I agree and we head off to the barracks to get my soilders

once we get there i address my men "soilders today we are going to put ned stark in the Regency position the late king robert baratheon made it his final decree do you stand with me"

the soilders stand to attention and say "sir yes sir" (if you are confused why they would say this hes taken apart of the westerlands standing army so there disciplined) I smile at this and we head to the throne room on the way there little finger shows up and offers the gold cloaks to us sandor very politely tells him to fuck off and we carry on we finally go through the doors and there are already gold cloaks here but they serve the queen

"sister dearest you are in ned stark's seat the seat next to the throne is for the regent so stand up another seat will be brought out for you"

"I am my sons regent not this northern savage who made him regent anyway"

"the king made him regent before he died we even have his signature and vmbelive me its impossible to imitate the kings scruffy hand writing"

"ser barristan selmy I belive no one can question you're honor would you please write the kings final decree" ned asks

"the kings seal unbroken" he breaks the seal and opens it up and reads out "until my true born son comes of age ned stark shall be his regent and tytos lannister shall be the hand in neds absence" this last bit shocks me as I dont wish to be hand but it's like the Tullys say family duty honor

"no shall not make my son you're puppet gold cloaks to arms defend you're king" they draw their swords my men draw theirs and I draw mine "who wishes to to fight my men when you're out numbered and the kingsguard should help us since this was youre old kings last decree that and joffrey has no claim to the throne he is not a baratheon"
