Shim Hei Ran, The 'Mature' Neighbor

Xander entered his apartment to see a shoe rack. He took off the leash on Zeus, before Xander took off his combat boots. He place them neatly in the shoe rack before hanging his trench coat at the coat rack that is connected with the shoe rack, just above it.

As soon as Xander entered the living room he saw the Grey couch that the workers were carrying a few minutes ago. A flat screen TV is mounted on the wall. On the bottom of the TV is a wooden TV stand.

There is a small wooden coffee table in between the couch and the TV stand. Under the coffee table is a fluffy white circular rug. There is a tall lamp beside the TV stand. A artificial plant is on the side of the wide window, in the living room, that is covered with white curtains and under that are white blinds.

There is even a blue, rectangular dog bed beside the artificial plant for Zeus to lay on.

Beside the living room is a kitchen. There are no tables but instead there is a kitchen island that separates the living room from the kitchen. There are three tall stools on the island, so that you can use the kitchen island as a table instead.

The kitchen has a stove, cabinets, a fridge, microwave, and all the necessary things you need in the kitchen. It's very simple and pretty.

There are only two rooms. The bedroom is in a separate room, and the kitchen and living room are in the same room. There are two bathrooms: One inside the bedroom and another near the living room.

Xander entered the bedroom to see a queen size bed in the middle and two bedside table's on each side of the bed. There are two square windows on each side of the bed too. There is a desk with a computer and a shelve on top of the desk with a few books on it.

There is a closet beside the desk. The bathroom is on the right side of the room. There is a shower, a toilet and a sink in the bathroom.

After touring the apartment. Xander unpacked his clothes and other things he brought. When he was done with unpacking he realize it is already pass 6.

Xander went out of his bedroom to see Zeus laying on the couch, sleeping. Xander smiled at the dog before making his way to the kitchen.

Xander opened the fridge to see.. absolutely nothing inside.

Xander remained quiet for a second before closing the fridge. He went to the plastic bag he brought and opened it. There's dog snacks, dog food, and dog canned food for Zeus.

Xander took the plastic bag to the kitchen and place all the dog food inside a cabinet. Before closing the cabinet, Xander took a dog canned food.

Xander open the can and made his way to Zeus' dog bowl. Zeus' woke up when Xander entered the kitchen so as soon as Zeus noticed Xander making his way to his dog bowl, He stood up and ran to him.

Zeus' tail is wagging when he saw the dog food in the can. Xander smiled as he put the dog food in Zeus' bowl. Zeus' ate the dog food while Xander threw away the empty can in the trash.

After that Xander took his wallet and trench coat. He put the coat on and put his shoes. With that Xander left the apartment. Of course still earing the black face mask.

Xander close his apartment door and locked it. He made his way to the stairs and suddenly bumped into the girl he saw earlier.

"Hello. Good evening." Xander greeted the girl after he pulled his mask down a bit, to smile.

The girl stared at Xander for a second, dazed. Then she realized that the handsome boy next door is talking to her!

"Haha! Y.. yes, good evening." The girl laughed awkwardly. She doesn't know how act properly when the handsome boy next door is in front of her!

"Uhm.. Do you perhaps know a close convenience store here somewhere?"

The girl blink a few times before replying to Xander, "Actually.. I'm going to a convenience store right now. Do you want to come along?"

Xander nodded and followed the girl.

Xander picked up a few ramen packs, soft drinks, and a couple of bottles of water. He place all of those in the counter.

The lady working there didn't bother to look at Xander and swipe the things Xander bought. After a few seconds the lady place them all in a plastic bag.

Xander glance at the price on the cash register and took out his wallet. He handed the money to the lady and took the plastic bag.

"Have nice night." Xander spoke to the lady before turning to leave.

The lady finally look at Xander and she instantly freeze. She regretted not staring at him earlier. Now the handsome customer is leaving.

Xander fix the mask in his face before leaving the convenience store. He would come in this store often in the future as it is close to the apartment.

As soon as Xander walk out of the store, he saw his neighbor from earlier that showed him the way to the convenience store. She had left earlier than him because she only had to buy one thing. But why is she still here?

"Hello, Mister!" The girl made his way to Xander as soon as she saw him.

"Hello. Is there something wrong? Didn't you leave first?" Xander asked while raising an eyebrow.

"Oh. I waited for you. I wanted to know your name." The girl smiled showing the two dimples she had. They look cute.

Xander started to walk slowly back to the apartment building while the girl also started to walk beside him.

"I'm Xander Lee. How about you?" Xander glance at the girl beside him.

"My name is Shim Hei Ran! I'm 16 years old. What about Lee Xander-shi?"

"Same age." As soon as Xander said this, Hei Ran's eyes widen.

"What did you say? You're also 16?!" Hei Ran stopped her tracks and stared at Xander as if he was an alien.

Xander raised a brow before speaking, "Yeah?"

Hei Ran's mouth open. She look at Xander, dumbfounded.

"Yeah? What What you mean 'Yeah'! Lee Xander-shi! How come you look so handsome, tall, and much more mature than other 16th year old's!" Hei Ran asked.

"So you're telling me that you're immature, Shim Hei Ran-shi?"

Hei Ran frowned before turning her gaze forward and continued to walk. Her feet stump loudly as she walk making Xander chuckle from her actions.

"I'm not immature." With that Hei Ran kept quiet till they reached the apartment.
