Magic

"We didn't fight, he is just taking a shower," Jenny said lazily while playing Minecraft. well, she was trying to speed-run the game. Speed running a game is when someone tries to complete a game as fast as possible. the fastest the game Minecraft has been sped run was 9 minutes and 52 seconds.

"Wow, he should start an Only Fan."

"Jenny move aside, you're in the way. how can I come with you in the way like that?"

"I'm not gay... but hear me out."

Jenny was confused seeing these comments popping up. but as she looked back and saw me wearing only shorts and no shirt, and me currently drying my upper body with a towel, she froze. for a moment, it was like something out of a movie. time seemed to slow, as the water running down my body couldn't help but be so eye-catching at the moment. The fact I was drying my hair, seemed to only add an extra hint of charm to this scene.

"What?" I asked calmly, seeing how she was just looking at me, not looking away. My words snapped Jenny back to reality and she quickly shook her head, slightly embarrassed, she went on to quickly cover the camera, 

"Shameless. This woman is taking the sight all in for herself. Who was recording? Mind sharing it with everyone else?"

"I can't wait to edit this."

"It's nothing, I just didn't expect you to appear with your shirt off like that... when was the last time you had a haircut?" Jenny asked quickly changing the subject.

"I just cut it with a knife when it gets too long... is something wrong?" I asked causing Jenny to give me a weird look.

"you're getting a haircut tomorrow morning." She said softly, I was slightly uneasy about Jenny's look. it was like she was looking at a doll she wanted to dress up.

"Tomorrow I will take you out shopping as well for clothing. I don't want to be rude, but your sense of fashion isn't the best. you just put on stuff that fits." She said lightly, making me shrug slightly. if it fits, then it is okay... I didn't see the problem with that.

Well, I went on to sit down and watched her play. Jenny uncovered the camera, and went on to sit down, and instantly her face turned dark to see the comments. It was then she realized they might have seen my face, but I shrugged at her words, not caring much as I was far from the camera, and my face was covered by the towel. so they would have only seen hints of it.

I didn't say anything and just watched her stream, while she taught me how to play Minecraft. Minecraft was more complex than Fortnite. One had to go around collecting resources, craft them into stuff, they had to eat, and so on. All led to the end game where they fought the ender dragon, a boss fight. but the game was large, so even after defeating the end boss, the near-endless size of the game allowed one to find something new to do. My heart was caught by this game, and I quickly found that I could spend hours in this game... although the graphics were off-putting, 

"Are you able to change the game's graphics? why is everything square?" I asked leaving Jenny not knowing how to answer this. but I quickly got the information off the comments, although many of them just wanted me to take off my ghost face, while Jenny kept banding a few.

So, time passed, and soon the stream came to an end and Jenny headed off home. As she left, I went down to the basement where I found many things that my uncle had sent to me. I went on to take them all to my room, which took a few trips due to how many parts there were.

I went on to improve Zeus, making him a level 5 piece of an AI. At this scale, Zeus was above even a quantum computer. this meant that Zeus given a good amount of information could be considered all-knowing at least 99.999% of the time on a scale as large as a multi-solar system.

"Are you able to sense magic?" I asked calmly while looking at the new upgraded watch. I had installed senses that allowed this thing to even sense things down to the subatomic level. I felt like I could have gone further, but it would have been hard to keep this watch so small

"Give me a challenge. all around you is a unique energy, for now, I will call it Mana. I have scanned it and found it to be far more clean and pure energy. I will download all the data I have collected on it into your mind." Saying this, information entered my head. I nodded at this information and got to work, improving Zeus to be more powerful using this information 

"Everything is made out of this mana... could the world be created using a powerful spell?" Zeus asked to which I shrugged lightly.

"Maybe, but if everything is a spell... does that not mean breaking down the world might allow one to recreate this spell? If that is so, then could those mages have everything set up to try and use us to help them tap into the secret of said spell?" I asked calmly,

"the chance for that is high," Zeus said softly, while he went on to help me try and sense mana. with Zeus' powerful levels of processing at the moment, Zeus had already broken Mana down to understand many of its secrets.

With his help, plus the fact I was a super genius, I easily went on to understand mana and its working. but this got me thinking, if everything is made out of mana, then everything was mana, and mana was everything. they were one of the same.

The possibilities here were endless, just what could I do with mana? what were the limits of said mana? If I could make a way to gather Mana, reforming matter then I would have all the resources I could think of at my fingertip. just the thought of this made my eyes glow.

"Zeus, how possible is it to take mana and turn it into something like metal?" I asked while a hologram appeared, showing the blueprints of a human. I ignored everything about a human, zooming in on the human stomach which showed the container of mana which is stored within the dantian.

"100%... but with the current Earth level of tech, that would need more research into mana, currently, I'm trying to form spells. I'm still learning about mana myself, so more time is needed." Zeus said while I closed my eyes, I gathered my mana, and slowly the mana in the air gathered.

I didn't gather that within my stomach, I was scared that it might make me stronger or something. what if the more you use mana, the stronger your mana becomes? So, I was going to ignore it, and instead, I gathered what was around me.

I went through all of the information I knew about magic and went on to picture a candle. the mana slowly gathered, and at the same time, the image of a magic circle appeared. it was red in a circle and had all types of weird patterns. but after a moment, on top of this magic circle, a weak flame appeared

"got it. try doing a magic circle for every element. water, air, earth, and maybe lightning. there might also be yin and yang." Zeus said, I nodded and went on to try and create a water ball, which was done. but the water disappeared and seemed like it couldn't be drunk, it turned back to mana after some time.

I went on to do it with all elements, the hardest elements were earth. I tried to create something solid, it needed more mana from my surroundings and more of my attention to do so.

Yang was also hard. This was because Yang covered a wide amount of things, heat, Light, day, life, creation, and the list went on. So, I simply pictured a ball of light, thereby creating a white magic circle. but when I pictured a leaf, a green magic circle was created with a leaf appearing at my palm.

Yin was even harder as it went against everything Yin followed. Yin was everything dark, cold, death, and destruction. this took some time, but I was able to create ice and even controlled shadows and the darkness

After all of the data from all of the unique magic circles, I could form. In the end, Zeus broke everything apart into two parts. lets for example look at fire magic.

Fire magic was like a computer folder, within that folder was a spell. fireball was just one spell. Zeus was able to create many of said folders, and form all types of magic based on said magic circles.

spells were just a way to manipulate said magic. but Zeus believed it might just be a subform of a whole. Zeus theorized that fire magic might be a fragment of a bigger picture, and with all forms of magic coming together, then complete magic could be gained, which the system was calling primal magic.

This got me thinking deeply about his words, but after a moment I went on to try and see if I could lessen the use of mana for a spell.

"First thing first... enchantment magic. If I can enchant stuff, and manipulate its form and shape, that would be for the best." I said to which Zeus went on to think for some time, going over his understanding of magic, before going to try and put together a spell that could enchant magic, and give it to me.

"By the way, is there an anti-magic spell? well, for now, take a break. I will upgrade your parts in a moment." I said to which Zeus sighed softly as this was getting hard for him to do. Seeing this, I smiled slightly. I was capable of doing it myself. but I wanted to let Zeus learn and collect data. In fact, I should be able to do it far faster than Zeus was thanks to my learning capability. 

After all, given the time, I should be able to create level 20 tech. the only thing limiting me was the resources around me. but with enchantment magic, I believed this problem should disappear as I could take any ore and turn it into anything. I should even be able to take ores and give them unique properties. enchantment magic was the only thing I cared to make sure I mastered. hell, I was even planning on making something capable of doing it for me to avoid getting stronger.

"Zeus began the plans to build an enchantment magic robot... let's call it Hephaestus. Also, begin in the works of robot Odin. Odin would be the smartest of you all, you would be an unmatched master of electricity, try seeing if you can even use electricity to control matter... but thats for the future." I said calmly, 

"... wow, you're taking our name too seriously. but understood." Zeus said, speechless at my words. so the plans were made, I went on to spend the rest of the night, working on improving enchantment magic and mastering it. if I just mastered this, then I could make those robots within a few days.

There was a game called Horizon, which had Machines that fed off of biomass to replicate themselves and effectively wipe out the human race. I wanted to know if I could create such a thing... would that not be an endless amount of stuff I could sell to the system?
