Chapter 3: The Charm of the Jar!

With Tsunade's eyes, he could already imagine what kind of miracle this water of life could produce if there were enough of it.

Immortality?

Quick wound recovery?

Reviving the nigh dead?

The gaze Tsunade looked at with Cale had changed a bit.

Someone who could come up with something like that couldn't just be an ordinary businessman.

After all, she had already left Konoha. What happened to the world was none of her business anymore.

Cale looked at Tsunade, who suddenly had a somewhat forced smile and a bleak gaze, and vaguely reflected.

Tsunade was still in the decadence period. The back-to-back deaths of her brother and lover had hit her too hard.

"I'll take my leave, then."

Cale deliberately took out a rope and pretended to slowly tie up the remaining eight scrolls, as if he wanted to carry them away on his back.

"Wait a minute."

Cale was secretly happy in his heart and lifted his head, "Is there something else, Miss?"

Healing pills, petrifying agents, and most expensive of all, the ultra-vial of Spitfire worth 80,000 in Cale's mouth.

Of course, their actual value in the system was all around 10k.

That was about six hundred trading points, which just about mrt the one-fifth minimum trade value rule.

"I made quite a bit of profit!"

Tsunade's excited voice overlapped just enough with Cale's gorgeous heartbeat.

"I can't believe there's this magical potion, magical herb."

She looked at Cale, her face filled with a blush that surfaced because of her excitement.

When did Tsunade, who was used to losing every bet, ever made as much as she does now.

"Your luck is indeed good." Cale didn't mince his words, giving just the right amount of admiration, "Even if this is a medicinal series jar set, it's very rare to be able to draw so many valuable potions."

"Hahaha."

Tsunade laughed unladylike for a few moments before reaching out and snapping the last jar.

Here, inside, was a book.

'Here we go!'

Cale's gazed sharpened slightly.

This one, it was the big gift he had prepared.

"What's this?"

Tsunade picked it up and flipped it open, "About the application of chakra to cell regeneration."

"The greatest medical ninja of all time?" Tsunade gave Cale a disdainful low snort, "Che."

She was quite a famous medical ninja herself.

'Seems like this should be the most useless thing ever.' Those were her thoughts before she read a few random lines.

Suddenly, there was something wrong with her face.

"Tsunade-sama?" Shizune next to her whispered an inquiry but was stopped from continuing by Tsunade raising her hand.

The room, suddenly, was quiet with all that was left being the sound of clattering page turns.

The book…

Much of what was written on it is, surprisingly, exactly the same as what she has studied and conceived!

Even more, there are many additions and interpretations that even she don't know about.

Cale just watched with a smile.

Actually, the author of the book was Tsunade herself, except that Cale searched fifteen years later for Tsunade's medical writings!

And only a small part of it has been intercepted.

A certain number of trading points were deliberately spent to remove any information that might appear in terms of names, dates, etc.

The system was indeed worthy of the word "almighty".

Tsunade had gone deeper into it, only to suddenly realize that there was nothing underneath it.

The entire book, and it was only about ten short pages.

For a top medical ninja like her, this felt, well, awful.
