From there Lisa went to the saloon to have her hair done.

She changed her hair style into straight and had her eyes brows and rashes shaped.

After this she looked prettier than she had been. She then wore one of her new dresses and heels now looking very different.

Lucy was pleased to see her like this. True at first she hated Lisa but now since Lisa was her brother's daughter, She loved her. And most importantly she wanted to pay for having been the cause of Lisa's separation from her father.

Lucy came and cupped Lisa' s cheeks.

" Lisa..you look beautiful. If your father sees you like this, He will be happy. " Lucy said with a smile.

Lisa too smiled but this is what was in her mind.

' If you had not insisted on separating my parents i would have grown up like this. My father wouldn't have killed your husband and he wouldn't be in prison right now. Ms Lucy...Man shall live to pay for his sins. My father is paying...you will also pay..'

Lisa spoke this while her face had a big smile for Lucy.

After this they went back home and arrived late when it was getting dawn.

When Canary came back from work he went directly to his room and said that he wasn't going to have dinner with them.

The following day...

Lisa left her room while clad in a red tight dress short above her knees and black stiletto. She had styled her hair in a bun and applied makeup with a red lipstick.

She had a white fur coat just with her shoulders holding it on her back and then held a black expensive bag.

When she walked downstairs Lucy saw her and almost dropped her jaws.

" Lisa..why are you dressed like that ? " She asked.

" I am going to the company.." Lisa answered with a grin.

" To the Company ? " She asked and chuckled. " What are you going to do from the company ? "

" Work..." Lisa replied freely.

" Lisa you don't need to work. You will get all the money that you need. " Lucy argued.

" I know that. But I have the 40% shares of the company that my father gave me. I can't just sit down. " She explained.

" I understand and that's why I am saying that you will be receiving your money even if you don't work. "

" I know that. But Aunty...I need to go there. I just want to take part in running it. "

Lucy sighed after realizing that Lisa was serious about this.

" Okay..If its comfortable for you to work with Canary...then you can go. " Lucy said.

Lisa knew where Lucy brought this from.

" Aunty...Canary is just my cousin brother. I will get along with him. " Lisa spoke out.

Lucy moved closer and held her hands. " Lisa...I know everything is hard the way it is. " She smiled. " I will be happy if you and Canary forget the past about your relationship, your fathers and all that..and i will be glad if you start behaving as cousins. " She said.

" Aunty...Everything will be fine.." Lisa assured Lucy.

Lucy smiled again and gave her a hug. Lisa hugged Lucy back with a fake smile on her face.

After they parted Lisa got into her new car and asked a driver to drive her to the company.

When Lisa arrived, The driver opened for her and she put on shades that now her face couldn't easily be recognized.

She walked gently inside and everyone who saw her wondered who she was.

Canary was in the middle of his morning meeting with the company leaders when the door opened and they all looked as they didn't expect anyone to join them or any interruption.

Lisa entered with her heels clicking and they all stared at her.

" Good morning..." She said and removed her shades which after she put a smile.

Canary is the only person who recognized her and what helped him most was the voice other wise she had totally changed.

" Who is this young lady attending our meeting ? " One of the men asked.

" Young lady , Don't you have manners. How dare you come into a meeting ? " The second one said.

They were all not believing this hypocrite.

Canary's eyes were just fixed on her while the rest begun to murmur.

" Everyone silence ! " Canary banged the table and at this they all looked at him.

Lisa smirked and said.

" I am my father's daughter. " She spoke confidently with some pride.

" She might be Joel's daughter.." one of the men guessed which was totally true.

Canary got up and said.

" Everyone, This is Lisa Rivers. My cousin sister." Canary declared.

Bella who was seated just after Canary looked up at Lisa immediately not believing this. Lisa looked very beautiful and attractive in her new outfit.

" Your cousin ? Does it mean she is Joel's daughter ? " The eldest man asked

" That's true..i am the daughter he had been looking for. " Lisa declared.

They all got up and to greet her.

" Greetings Ma'am.." They said in chorus as they bowed.

Lisa smiled looking at them with satisfaction.

" How unfortunate that my seat is not set. " She talked in a bossy tone.

Bella as the Leading CEO of the company got up and said.

" Please sit here ..."

" No need no need. " Lisa said and begun walking circles around all of them slowly.

Most of them.couldn't still believe that Lisa was Joel's daughter.

" As a 40% shareholder of this company..I am going to be supervising each and everything done here. " She said and stopped walking.

" That's all I need. I am not going to ask for an office or position here but i am not after power. " She spoke with a smirk as if mocking Canary and Bella.

Bella was feeling angry that Lisa turned out to be Joel's daughter. And also angry that Lisa was back in Canary's life.

" I am just here to ensure that everything goes well. " Lisa declared.
